Jurnal Kreativitas Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan jurnal yang bertaraf nasional yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengaplikasian hasil penelitian dan ilmu-ilmu di bidang kesehatan yang dilakukan pada masyarakat dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan, penyuluhan, pendidikan kesehatan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pencegahan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah kesehatan yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut disusun dalam suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang kesehatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK COVID-19 atau Corona Virus Diesease-19 adalah sebuah penyakit terbaru di tahun 2019 yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid-19 melanda banyak Negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Pandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya merupakan masalah nasional dalam suatu negara, tapi sudah merupakan masalah global. Covid-19 berawal dari daerah Wuhan Cina. Penyebaran Covid -19 yang begitu cepat dan beresiko kematian. Penularannya diduga melalui aerosol pada daerah mulut, mata dan hidung. Covid-19 berdampak kepada kehidupan sosial dan melemahnya ekonomi masyarakat yang kemudian mempengaruhi pelayanan publik. Permasalahan yang disoroti adalah bagaimana dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pelayanan publik dan upaya penanggulangan wabah COVID-19.. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya melakukan isolasi mandiri untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 di lingkungan masyarakat.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu penyuluhan kepada ibu-ibu kader di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedaton tentang pentingnya menjalani protokol kesehatan dan melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumah sebagai tindakan preventif untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh mahasiswa FK Malahayati kelompok 13 CHOP dan pihak puskesmas kedaton dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Desember 2020. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan kader tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini sehingga penyuluhan ini berdampak baik dan efektif. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Kesehatan, Covid  ABSTRACT COVID-19 or Corona Virus Disease 19 is a new illness in 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid -19 originated in the Wuhan area of China. The spread of Covid-19 is so fast and deadly, transmission through physical contact is transmitted by the aerosol through the mouth, eyes, and nose. Covid-19 has an impact on social life and the weakening of the people's economy. The issue of how the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on public services and efforts to overcome the Covid-19 outbreak. The Problem that followed is about how’s the impact of the outbreak affects public service. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge about how too important it do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community. The method that used in this activity is counseling the cadres in the puskesmas kedaton her territory about how too important to do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community. The activity was assisted by the students of the medical faculty of Malahayati University especially group 13 CHOP and staff of puskesmas kedaton and was held on December 19, 2020. The results of this activity are increased knowledge of the cadres about how too important to do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community so that can be concluded this counseling worked so well and effectively. Keywords: Education, Health, Covid

Abstract

ABSTRAK Virus corona (COVID-19) dapat menyebar melalui percakapan dan pernapasan normal dengan orang yang terpapar. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan COVID-19 adalah melalui pemakaian masker. Hal ini sejalan dengan imbauan Pemerintah untuk menerapkan protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19, salah satunya melalui pemakaian masker kain untuk masyarakat umum. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Pidie untuk menggunakan masker kain ketika melakukan aktivitas di luar rumah sebagai pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 serta memberikan penjelasan mengenai cara menggunakan masker kain yang benar di saat melakukan aktivitas di luar rumah selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 22 April 2020 di Simpang 4 Kota Sigli dengan cara membagikan masker kain kepada masyarakat Pidie yang beraktivitas di luar rumah disertai dengan sosialisasi tentang cara pemakaian masker kain yang benar. Antusias masyarakat Pidie dalam menerima edukasi dan pembagian masker kain terlihat selama kegiatan ini. Diharapkan kesadaran masyarakat Pidie untuk selalu menggunakan masker kain ketika beraktivitas di luar rumah semakin meningkat sehingga dapat menurunnya resiko penyebaran COVID-19 di lingkungan masyarakat Pidie yang harus tetap beraktivitas di luar rumah. Kata Kunci : Pencegahan, COVID-19, Pemakaian Masker, Masyarakat Pidie    ABSTRACT The coronavirus (COVID-19) can be spread through interacting and normal breathing with exposed people. One of the ways to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 is through wearing masks. This is in line with the government's appeal to implement health protocols for the prevention of COVID-19, one of which is through wearing cloth masks for the general public. The aim of this community service is to increase the awareness of the Pidie community to use cloth masks when carrying out activities outside the home as a prevention of the spread of COVID-19 and to provide an explanation of how to use the correct cloth masks when doing activities outside the home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity took place on April 22, 2020, at Simpang 4, Sigli City by distributing cloth masks to Pidie people who had activities outside the home accompanied by socialization on how to use cloth masks correctly. The enthusiasm of the Pidie community in receiving education and distributing cloth masks was seen during this activity. It is hoped that the awareness of the Pidie community to always use cloth masks when doing activities outside the home will increase so that it can reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 in the Pidie community who have to continue their activities outside the home. Keywords: Prevention, COVID-19, Use of Masks, Pidie Society

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu jenis penyakit baru dan belum pernah terdeteksi maupun terindetifikasi dari manusia, yang kemudian diberikan nama Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID19). Prinsip pencegahan dan strategi pengendalian secara umum saat ini masih belum ada vaksin untuk mencegah infeksi covid-19. Cara terbaik untuk mencegah infeksi adalah dengan menghindari terpapar virus penyebab. Tujuan setelah penyuluhan, diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengetahui manfaat dari vaksin dan selalu menerapkan protokol kesehatan dapat mencegah virus covid 19. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan kesehatan tentang vaksin dan penerapan protokol kesehatan di era New Normal. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan pada masyarakat dalam pencegahan penyakit covid-19 pada masyarakat Dusun Cenrana Desa Carawali. Dengan demikian, pemberian penyuluhan pada masyarakat tentang pencegahan penyakit virus Covid-19 berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari masyarakat dan pihak pemerintahan. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Vaksin, Protokol Kesehatan, dan Covid-19  ABSTRACT One of the new types of disease and has never been detected or identified from humans, which was later given the name Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID19). There is currently no vaccine to prevent infection with COVID-19. The best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to the virus that causes it. The goal after the counseling is is hoped that the public can know the benefits of vaccines and always apply health protocols to prevent the covid 19 virus. The activities carried out are in the form of health education about vaccines and the application of health protocols in the New Normal era. There is an increase in knowledge in the community in preventing covid-19 disease in the Cenrana Hamlet community, Carawali Village. Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan PPM ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kejadian pandemi covid 19 yang berdampak  kepada pelayanan kesehatan disemua tingkatan, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Citra RT 04 RW 12 Desa Jayaraga Garut. Pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu ini tidak bisa melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan setiap bulan. Ibu yang memiliki bayi balita tidak datang ke posyandu walaupun dijinkan untuk membuka pelayanan selama dua bulan. Melihat kondisi tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di Posyandu Citra saat pandemi Covid 19. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diawali dengan persiapan sosial, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan PPM ini adalah tetap melakukan pelayanan kesehatan selama dua bulan dan melakukan kunjungan pada bayi balita yang tidak datang dibulan tersebut, melakukan pemeiksaan tekanan darah bagi masyarakat sekitar dan melakukan gerakan kebersihan bersama masyarakat di sekitar lokasi posyandu Citra. Diharapkan dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan.Kata Kunci : Covid 19, Peningkatan Pelayanan, Posyandu. ABSTRACT This PPM activity was motivated by the Covid 19 pandemic which had an impact on health services at all levels, including health services at Posyandu Citra RT 04 RW 12 Desa Jayaraga Garut. Health services at this Posyandu cannot provide health services every month. Mothers who have babies under five do not come to the posyandu even though they are allowed to open the service for two months. Seeing this condition will affect public health problems. This activity aims to improve health services at Posyandu Citra during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method of activities carried out begins with social preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The results of this PPM activity are continuing to provide health services for two months and making visits to infants who do not come this month, conducting blood pressure checks for the surrounding community, and conducting hygiene movements with the community around the Posyandu Citra location. Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak adalah tunas, potensi, dan generasi muda penerus cita-cita perjuangan bangsa, memiliki peran strategis dan mempunyai ciri dan sifat khusus yang menjamin kelangsungan eksistensi bangsa dan negara pada masa depan. Di Era 4.0 yang terjadi sekarang di dunia, banyak masyarakat yang beralih menuju dunia teknologi digital. Salah satu teknologi digital yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh semua kalangan adalah gadget. Tidak terkecuali pemanfaatan gadget ini oleh anak-anak. Gadget akan mempengaruhi kondisi psiko-sosial pada anak, terlebih gadget juga akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan anak. Dan tanpa disadari juga, karena terlalu seringnya mereka bermain dengan teknologi, mata sebagai indera penglihat manusia akan terpengaruh oleh radiasi yang ditimbulkan. Oleh karena itu, dengan dilakukannya pemberdayaan kader terkait kesehatan mata diharapkan peran kader dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kesehatan mata pada anak dapat berjalan optimal. Program kemitraan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kader terhadap upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kesehatan mata pada anak. Target utama program ini adalah kader kesehatan di Dusun Sukosari, Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini meliputi survei awal terkait kesehatan mata pada anak, dan melaksanakan penyuluhan tentang upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian kesehatan mata pada anak dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pemahaman kader kesehatan terkait Penyakit Mata khususnya upaya dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit mata pada lansia di Dusun Sukosari, Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang.Kata Kunci : Anak, Indera Penglihatan,  Kesehatan Mata  ABSTRACT Children are the shoots, potentials, and the next generation of the ideals of the nation's struggle, have a strategic role, and have special characteristics and traits that ensure the continuity of the existence of the nation and the country in the future. In era 4.0 that is happening now in the world, many people are turning towards the world of digital technology. One of the digital technology that is widely utilized by all circles is gadgets. There is no exception to the use of this gadget by children. Gadgets will affect psycho-social conditions in children, especially gadgets will also adversely affect the health of the child. And unwittingly, too, because too often they play with technology, the eye as the human sense of vision will be affected by the radiation caused. Therefore, with the empowerment of cadres related to eye health, it is expected that the role of cadres in efforts to prevent and control eye health in children can run optimally. This partnership program aims to improve cadres' understanding of efforts to prevent and control eye health in children. The main target of this program is health cadres in Sukosari Village, Pandansari Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This activity includes initial surveys related to eye health in children and conducting counseling on efforts to prevent and control eye health in children using counseling methods and interactive discussions. The result of this community service activity is an increase in the understanding of health cadres related to Eye Diseases, especially efforts in the prevention and control of eye diseases in the elderly in Sukosari Hamlet, Pandansari Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. Keywords: Children, Sense of Vision, Eye Health

Abstract

ABSTRAK Golden age merupakan masa yang sangat penting untuk memperhatikan tumbuh kembang anak secara cermat agar sedini mungkin dapat terdeteksi apabila terjadi gangguan perkembangan. Peran kader posyandu mempunyai peran penting dalam memantau perkembangan anak. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu dalam pemantauan perkembangan balita melalui KPSP untuk mencegah gangguan perkembangan pada balita. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dimasa pandemi ini berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan mentode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan demostrasi kepada kader posyandu dalam pemantauan perkembangan melalui KPSP. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Air Itama Pangkalpinang. Waktu pelaksanaan bulan Februari 2021. Sasaran adalah Kader Posyandu berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kader sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang pemantau perkembangan balita melalui KPSP dengan p value 0,001. Adanya peningkatan  nilai rata-rata pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pemantauan perkembangan  balita melalui KPSP sebesar 40,32. Diharapkan  kader posyandu dapat mengaplikasikan dalam memantau perkembangan balita melalui KPSP sehingga perkembangan balita optimal. Kata kunci: balita, KPSP, kader posyandu, perkembangan  ABSTRACT The golden age is a very important period to pay attention to the development of children carefully so that it can be detected as early as possible in the event of developmental disorders. The role of posyandu cadres has an important role in monitoring children's development. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres in monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP to prevent developmental disorders in children under five. The activity method used during this pandemic was in the form of providing health education is by using lectures, question and answer methods, discussions, and demonstrations to posyandu cadres in monitoring progress through KPSP. This community service activity was carried out at the Air Itama Pangkalpinang Community Health Center. The implementation time is February 2021. The target is Posyandu cadres. The results obtained were that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of the cadres before and after being given education about monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP with a p-value of 0.001. There was an increase in the average score of posyandu cadres' knowledge about toddler development monitoring through KPSP of 40.32. It is hoped that posyandu cadres can apply it in monitoring the development of toddlers through KPSP so that the development of toddlers is optimal.  Keywords: toddlers, KPSP, posyandu cadres, development

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Anemia dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal. Penyebab utama anemia pada kehamilan adalah defisiensi besi kemudian diikuti oleh defisiensi folat. WHO memperkirakan angka kejadian anemia sekitar 42 % terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan kondisi ekonomi menengah kebawah. Bit merah (Beta vulgaris L)  mengandung vitamin A, B, dan C dengan kadar air yang tinggi. Bit merah juga mengandung zat besi, kalsium dan fosfor yang bekerja dengan merangsang sistem peredaran darah dan membantu membangun sel darah merah karena kandunga asam folat dan B12 dalam Bit Merah adalah kunci penting dalam metabolisme seluler dan dibutuhkan dalam perkembangan normal eritrosit. Tujuan pengabdian adalah dapat memberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil tentang pemanfaatan Bit merah (Beta vulgaris L) dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin di Desa Sungai Pauh Kecamatan Langsa Barat. Bentuk kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode penyuluhan dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab, dengan mengukur pengetahuan dilakukan pre dan post test. Kesimpulan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah diberikan edukasi pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: Bit Merah, Anemia, Ibu hamil.  ABSTRACT Anemia can be caused by many things. The main cause of anemia in pregnancy is iron deficiency followed by folate deficiency. WHO estimates that the incidence of anemia around 42% occurs in pregnant women with middle to lower economic conditions. Beetroot (Beta vulgaris L) contains vitamins A, B, and C with high water content. Beetroot also contains iron, calcium, and phosphorus which work by stimulating the circulatory system and helping build red blood cells because the folic acid and B12 content in red beets are important keys in cellular metabolism and are needed in the normal development of erythrocytes. The purpose of this service is to provide education to pregnant women about the use of beetroot (Beta vulgaris L) to increase hemoglobin levels in Sungai Pauh village, Kota Langsa Barat district. The form of activity used in community service is the method of extension with lectures and questions and answers, by measuring knowledge conducted pre and post-test. The conclusion is that there is an increase in knowledge after being given education to pregnant women. Keywords: Beetroot, Anemia, pregnant women

ABSTRAK The World Health Organization menetapkan outbreak SARS-CoV-2 sebagai Kedaruratan Kesehatan Masyarakat yang Meresahkan Dunia dan dinyatakan sebagai pandemik. Penyebaran dan penularan penyakit Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) sangat tinggi, dengan jumlah penderita lebih dari 117 juta di seluruh dunia. Diperlukan berbagai strategi dan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pencegahan, penanggulangan dalam rangka mengatasi COVID-19. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Stikes Achmad Yani adalah ikut berperan serta dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan COVID-19 di wilayah Kota Cimahi dan Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatori dalam berbagai aktifias pencegahan dan penanggulangan COVID-19. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan selama pandemic COVID-19 diantaranya adalah demontrasi pembuatan handsanitizer, penyemprotan disinfektan, mengirimkan tim relawan pemeriksaan Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) antibodi Cluster Lembang dan relawan Check Point pada kegiatan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar di Kota Bandung. Pemberian donasi kepada masyarakat terdampak pandemik COVID-19 dan donasi Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) ke fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas. Pelaksanaan Rapid Test Diagnostic (RTD) antibodi dan RTD antigen bagi mahasiswa, dosen dan Karyawan. Stikes Achmad Yani juga berperan serta dalam gebyar Vaksin COVID-19 bagi tenaga kesehatan dan mengirimkan relawan sebagai vaksinator yang diselenggarakan oleh Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin berkerjasama dengan PPNI. Partisipasi Stikes Achmad Yani Cimahi dalam berbagai kegiatan yang terkait dengan COVID-19 diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam rangka pencegahan penularan, pengendalian dan penanggulangan COVID-19. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, disinfeksi, relawan, Rapid Diagnostic Test  ABSTRACT The World Health Organization recognize the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak as a public health emergency of Internasional Concerns and declared it as a pandemic. The spread and transmission of Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) are very high and reported that over 117 million people have been sufferers worldwide. Several strategies and actions can be carried out to prevention, controlling and overcoming COVID-19. The purpose of community service carried out by Stikes Achmad Yani is to participate in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in Cimahi and Bandung district. The methode used in community services are participatory methods in several activities for prevention and control of COVID-19. Community Service activities carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic included demonstrations of making hand sanitizers, spraying disinfectants, sending a team of volunteers to examine the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) antibody for the Lembang Cluster, and volunteer Check Points at Large-Scale Social Restrictions activities in Bandung. Providing donations to people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and donations of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to health service facilities such as hospitals and health centers. Implementation of Rapid Diagnostic Test (RTD) antibody and RDT antigen for students, lecturers, and staff. Stikes Achmad Yani also participated in the COVID-19 Vaccine for health workers and sent volunteers as vaccinators organized by Hasan Sadikin Hospital in collaboration with PPNI. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemilihan kepala Daerah atau Pilkada adalah wujud demokrasi dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM). Pemilihan kepala daerah pada tahun ini sangatlah berbeda dari Pilkada-Pilkda sebelumnya, dikarenakan ini pertama kalinya dilaksanakan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di tengah – tengah pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan keputusan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, tentunya pemerintah harus juga memikirkan terhadap resiko terburuk yang akan terjadi, yaitu kasus covid-19 akan semakin meningkat. Untuk itu perlu adanya strategi yang harus dilaksakan selama pelaksanaan pilkada. Melalui Penyuluhan tentang covid-19 dan cara memutus mata rantai penyebarannya diharapkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya bagi petugas pilkada meningkat, mengingat petugas pilkada akan berinteraksi dengan banyak orang saat pelaksanaan pilkada, sehingga pelaksanaan Pilkada bisa berjalan aman dan sehat. Hasil evaluasi sebagian besar peserta (90%) memahami dan mengerti tentang  materi yang disampaikan. Peserta senang dengan penyuluhan ini, hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya peserta yang aktif dalam diskusi dan mengajukan pertanyaan serta antusias ketika pelaksanaan diskusi. Kata Kunci : Pilkada, Petugas Pilkda, Covid-19  ABSTRACT The democratic party for the Regional Head Election or better known as the Pilkada is the manifestation of democracy and human rights (HAM). This year's regional head elections are very different from the previous Pilkada-Pilkda, because this is the first time a Regional Head Election has been held in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the decision that has been set by the government, of course, the government must also think about the worst risk that will occur, namely the covid-19 case will increase. For this reason, it is necessary to have a strategy that must be implemented during the implementation of the elections. Through counseling about covid-19 and how to break the chain of distribution, it is hoped that public knowledge, especially for election officials, will increase, considering that pilkada officers will interact with many people during the election, so that the implementation of the Pilkada can run safely and healthily. The results of the evaluation, most of the participants (90%) understood and understood the material presented. Abstract

ABSTRAK Dari 10 besar penyakit terbanyak di Provinsi Lampung, pada tahun 2013 hipertensi menduduki urutan ketujuh dengan jumlah 17,29% dan meningkat menjadi urutan kelima pada tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30,01% dan pada tahun 2015 hipertensi meningkat lagi menjadi urutan ketiga dengan jumlah 31,07%, pada tahun 2018 dengan jumlah 34.1%. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah penyakit yang umum terjadi dalam masyarakat. Keadaan itu terjadi jika tekanan darah pada arteri utama di dalam tubuh terlalu tinggi. Salah satu penanganan non farmakologis yang dipergunakan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi adalah seledri. Tujuan setelah penyuluhan dan demonstrasi, diharapkan pemberian rebusan daun seledri dapat menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi pada klien hipertensi. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan menggunakan leaflet dan demonstrasi pembuatan rebusan daun seledri. Terdapat penurunan tekanan darah pada klien hipertensi setelah pemberian rbusan daun seledri selama 7 hari di kecamatan sekampung mudik desa brawijaya. Dengan demikian, pemberian rebusan daun seledri pada klien hipertensi sangat efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Kata Kunci: Rebusan daun seledri, tekanan darah, Hipertensi ABSTRACT The 10 biggest diseases at Lampung Province, in 2013 hypertension was in seventh place (17.29%) and increased to fifth in 2014 (30.01%) and in 2015hypertension increased again to third (31, 07%), in 2018 34.1%. Hypertension or high blood pressure is a common disease in society. This situation occurs when the blood pressure in the main arteries in the body is too high. One of the non-pharmacological treatments used to reduce high blood pressure is celery. The purpose after counseling and demonstration, expected to give a decoction of celery can reduce high blood pressure in hypertension's clients. The activities were carried out in the form of counseling using leaflets and demonstrations making celery stew. There was a decrease in blood pressure in hypertension's client after the administration of leaves of celery for 7 days in mudik village, brawijaya village. Thus, giving celery decoction to hypertension clients is very effective in lowering blood pressure. Keywords: Celery stew, blood pressure, hypertension
