Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit gagal ginjal terminal adalah salah satu bentuk penyakit kronik yang bisa menyebabkan sindrom kecemasan.Pengetahuan yang dimiliki seseorang erat kaitannya dengan kecemasan seseorang yang mengerti tentang penyakitnya dan bisa mengurangi kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada pasien terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik            Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan quota sampling dari pasien yang terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik di Ruang Cempaka, Gardena, dan Wijaya Kusuma RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik yaitu sebanyak 14 pasien. Variabel independen adalah pengetahuan dan variabel dependen adalah kecemasan pada pasien terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan uji korelasi spearman dengan signifikasi α<0,05.            Hasil analisa data di dapatkan hasil kemaknaan ρ=0,679 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada pasien terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik di Ruang Cempaka, Gardena dan Wijaya Kusuma RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik.Teori sebelumnya mengatakan bahwa pengetahuan berhubungan dengan kecemasan. Namun dalam penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada pasien terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik, dikarenakan ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi responden terdiagnosis gagal ginjal kronik yang diduga dari keluarga, lingkungan dan sarana prasarana. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, kecemasan, pasien gagal ginjal kronik ABSTRACT Terminal kidney disease can cause anxiety syndrome. A knowledge closely related to someone who understands the anxiety about the disease and can reduce anxiety. This study aims to analyze the relationship of knowledge with anxiety in diagnosed patients with chronic renal failure.This study used cross sectional study design. Sample was taken by quota sampling technique of newly diagnosed patients with chronic renal failure in Cempaka Room, Gardena, and Wijaya Kusuma Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik that was 14 patients. Independent variable was knowledge and dependent variable wass the anxiety of patientwith newly diagnosed chronic renal failure. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using spearman correlation test with significance α<0.05. Theresults shown that p=0.679 which means there was no significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety in patients with diagnosed chronic renal failure in Cempaka Room, Gardena and Wijaya Kusuma Hospital Ibnu Sina Gresik.Previous theory said that the knowledge associated with anxiety. However, in this study there was no correlation between knowledge with anxiety in new diagnosed patients with chronic renal failure, but there were other factors might influence the respondents that was family, environment and infrastructure. Keywords: Knowledge, anxiety, chronic renal failure patients

Abstract

ABSTRAK             Kecemasan merupakan hal yang paling sering dialami oleh semua orang terutama usia remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja putra (13-15 tahun) di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro.            Desain penelitian ini adalah Pra Eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest – Postest. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak  43 responden yaitu remaja (13-14 tahun) yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Baureno Kabupaten Bojonegoro bulan Februari 2015. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup (indept interview) skala HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) dan lembar observasi. Kemudian ditabulasi, data dianalisis menggunakan uji  Wilcoxon sign rank test dengan tingkat kemaknaan P <0,05.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari sebagian (79,4%) remaja yang telah diberikan terapi musik klasik terjadi penurunan kecemasan. Hasil pengujian statistik terdapat pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun) dengan nilai tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Ada pengaruh terapi musik klasik terhadap tingkat kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun).            Tenaga kesehatan perlu meningkatkan pemberian terapi musik klasik untuk kesehatan jiwa terutama tentang kecemasan remaja (13-15 tahun). Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik Klasik, Kecemasan, Remaja ABSTRACT                         The anxiety is a moment all that happens to people especially the adolescents to face the day. The purpose of the study was to know the effect of classical music therapy at the level of anxiety adolescents (13-15 years) at SMPN 2 Baureno District of Bojonegoro.                        The research design was Pra-Experiment used one group pretest-posttest design research approach. The sample was simple random sampling, 34 respondents of adolescents that fulfill inclusion criteria at SMPN 2 Baureno Bojonegoro in February 2015. The data taken used indept interview HARS scale (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and observation. The data analysis used Wilcoxon sign rank test with p<0,05.                        The result showed more than (79,4%) of adolescents that have given therapy got lower of anxiety level. The result of statistic test showed that there was effect of giving classical music therapy for the level of anxiety adolescent (13-15 years) with the level significant was 0,000 (p<0,05). There an effect of classical music therapy for the level of anxiety adolescents (13-15 years).                        Based on the results, medical officer should be no increase in therapy of classical music celebration of mental health problems, especially of adolescents (13-15 years). Keywords: Clasical Musical Therapy, Anxiety, Adolescents

Abstract

ABSTRAKHipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor terbesar penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas pada penyakit kardiovaskular. Ada 2 terapi pengobatan untuk menurunkan tekanan darah baik farmakologis (captopril 12,5mg) dan non-farmakologis (perasan air cincau hijau). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membandingkan efektifitas air perasan daun cincau hijau (cylclea barbata miers) dan obat hipertensi terhadap tingkat hipertensi.            Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Quasy Eksperimental. Sample diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 10 responden yang diberikan intervensi cincau hijau dan 10 responden diberikan obat hipertensi captopril 12,5 mg. Variabel independen yaitu pemberian air perasan daun cincau dan pemberian obat hipertensi. Variabel dependen yaitu tingkat hipertensi. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan observasi.            Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test pemberian air perasan daun cincau hijau menunjukkan hasil (α hitung) = 0,000 dan korelasi Z = 3,702. Sedangkan untuk pemberian obat hipertensi captopril 12,5 mg menunjukkan hasil (α hitung) = 0,000 dan korelasi Z = 4,802 artinya bahwa pemberian obat hipertensi (captopril 12,5 mg) lebih efektif untuk menurunkan hipertensi.            Hipertensi dapat diobati dengan berbagai macam terapi baik yang melalui terapi farmakologis (obat hipertensi) maupun menggunakan terapi non-farmakologis (air perasan daun cincau hijau).Kata kunci: Air perasan daun cincau hijau, obat hipertensi (captopril 12,5 mg) dan tingkat hipertensi   ABSTRACTHypertension or high blood pressure disease is disorder of the blood vessel resulted in the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood are inhibited to tissue that need. There are two therapeutic treatments for lowered blood pressure in both pharmacological (captopril 12,5mg) and non-pharmacological (green grass jelly leaf juice water). The purposed of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the juice of green grass jelly leave (cylclea barbata Miers) and hypertension drugs on the level of hypertension in patients with hypertension.            The study designed used Quasy Experimental. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling as many as 10 respondents on the intervention used green grass jelly and 10 respondents used hypertension drugs. The independent variables were the provision of green grass jelly leaf juice and hypertension regimen while the dependent variable was the level of hypertension. The data were taken by using observation.            The resulted of statistical Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed administration of green grass jelly leaf juice get the result (α count) = 0,000 and correlation Z=3.702, while administration for captopril 12,5 mg get the result (α count)=0,000 and correlation Z= 4.802, it means that the administration for hypertension drug (captopril 12,5 mg) is more effective to reduce hypertension level.    Hypertension can be treated in various ways, either through pharmacological therapy (medication hypertension) or used non-pharmacological therapy (green grass jelly leaf juice).Keywords: Green grass jelly leave juice, administration for hypertension regimen (captopril 12,5mg), and hypertension level.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hernia adalah suatu tonjolan (protrusion) dari organ dan sebagian organ intra abdominal yang keluar dari kavum abdomen melalui lakus minoris (Facial defek) dinding abdomen dan masih meliputi peritoneum. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kejadian hernia inguinalis yaitu faktor beban kerja fisik (mengangkat berat) dan faktor usia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis  hubungan antara beban kerja fisik dan usia dengan kejadian hernia inguinalis.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Retrospektif. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 pasien hernia inguinalis. Variabel independen adalah beban kerja fisik dan usia, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kejadian hernia inguinalis. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan kuesioner dan hasil diagnosa medis. Data ini menggunakan uji statistik Mann Whitney dengan nilai signifikansi p ≤ 0,05.Hasil uji statistik beban kerja fisik didapatkan hasil p=0,576 artinya tidak ada hubungan beban kerja fisik dengan hernia inguinalis. Hasil uji statistik usia didapatkan hasil p=0,028 artinya ada hubungan usia dengan kejadian hernia inguinalis. Hernia inguinalis terjadi karena faktor usia yang mengakibatkan tekanan intra abdomen semakin melemah dan melemahkan otot rongga abdomen sehingga kanalis inguinalis terbuka sampai terjadi hernia inguinalis karena prolap usus yang masuk kedalam anulus inguinalis.Upaya yang diperlukan untuk mencegah hernia inguinalis adalah petugas kesehatan secara bersama-sama memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang cara bekerja dengan prinsip ergonomik. Kata kunci: Beban kerja fisik, usia, hernia inguinalis.  ABSTRACT A hernia is a protrusion of organs and parts of the intra-abdominal organs out of the abdominal cavity through lakus minoris abdominal wall and still covers the peritoneum. There are several factors that can influence the incidence of inguinal hernia include physical work load factor and age. The purpose of this study was to analyze the corelation between physical workload and age with the incidence of inguinal hernia. This research used retrospective design. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The samples were 30 patients with inguinal hernia. Independent variable was physical work load and age and the dependent variable was the incidence of inguinal hernia. The data of this study were taken by questionnaire and medical diagnosis. Data was analyzed using the Mann Whitney statistical test with the significance p≤0.05. Statistical test results showed physical workload p=0.576 it means there was no relationship between physical workload with inguinal hernia. Statistical test results showed age p=0.028 it means there was a relationship between age with the incidence of inguinal hernia. Inguinal hernia occurs due to age factor that resulted in weakens intra-abdominal pressure and muscle in abdominal cavity weakens so that the inguinal canal is open until inguinal hernia occurs because prolap bowel into the inguinal ring. The effort to prevent an inguinal hernia is health workers together with the public provide health education how to work with ergonomic principles. Keywords: Physical workload, age, inguinal hernia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK           Perilaku seks menyimpang adalah aktivitas seksual yang dilakukan tanpa adanya hubungan pernikahan dan dilakukan tidak sewajarnya, bila hal ini di biarkan akan berdampak pada seks bebas dan perzinahan.          Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one-group pre-post-test design, dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Variabel independennya adalah pendidikan seks, dan variabel dependennya adalah pencegahan perilaku penyimpangan seksual. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner.          Dari hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test didapatkan hasil pengetahuan(α hitung) = 0,001dan korelasi Z= 3,302 artinya ada pengaruh kuat pendidikan seks terhadap pengetahuantentang pencegahan perilaku penyimpangan seksual pada remaja. Sikap(α hitung) = 0,001dan korelasi Z= 3,352 artinya ada pengaruh kuat pendidikan seks terhadap sikap tentang pencegahan perilaku penyimpangan seksual pada remaja. Tindakan(α hitung) = 0,000dan korelasi Z= 4,128 artinya ada pengaruh kuat pendidikan seks terhadap tindakan tentang pencegahan perilaku penyimpangan seksual pada remaja.          Pendidikan seks tentang pencegahan penyimpangan seksual sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku remaja tentang penyimpangan seksual agar remaja tidak terjerumus pada kehidupan seks yang bebas dan perzinahan dan juga di perlukan peran orang tua, guru dan masyarakat untuk mengawasi perilaku remaja.Kata kunci: Pendidikan seks, perilaku (pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan) penyimpangan seksual ABSTRACT Sexual deviation behavioris sexual activity without marriage and not properly, it also has an impact onfree sexand adultery. Independent variable was sex education, and the dependent variable was the prevention of sexual deviation behavior. The data of this research were taken by using a questionnaire.The statistical test of Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test results obtained knowledge (α count)=0.001and Z correlation=3.302, it means there is a strong influence of sex education on knowledge about the prevention of sexual deviation behaviorin adolescents. Attitude (α count) =0.001and Z correlation=3.352, it means there is a strong influence on the attitudes of sex education on the prevention of sexual deviation behavior in adolescents. Abstract

ABSTRAK           Keluarga merupakan sistem pendukung utama dalam memberikan perawatan langsung pada setiap keadaan sehat dan sakit yang dialami oleh klien gangguan jiwa. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap klien jiwa antara lain: pengetahuan, sikap, kepercayaan, keyakinan, lingkungaan dan sarana kesehatan.          Design penelitian ini menggunakan Cross sectional design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga yang mengalami gangguan jiwa sebanyak 20 responden, pengambilan data dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 19 responden. Variabel independennya adalah pengetahuan dan sikap dan variabel dependennya adalah motivasi keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap klien gangguan jiwa. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner.          Hasil uji statistik Spearman Rank Test menunjukkan pengetahuan                 (α hitung) = 0,000 dan korelasi r = 0,750 artinya ada hubungan kuat faktor pengetahuan dengan motivasi dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap klien gangguan jiwa. Sikap (α hitung) = 0,000 dan korelasi r = 0,765 artinya ada hubungan kuat sikap dengan motivasi dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap klien gangguan jiwa.          Diperlukan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan kepada keluarga dalam memberikan dukungan agar keluarga lebih menyadari akan pentingnya motivasi dalam memberikan dukungan keluarga terhadap proses percepatan penyembuhan klien dengan gangguan jiwa.Kata kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, dukungan, gangguan jiwa ABSTRACT The family is the primary support system in provided direct care to every health and pain experienced by clients with mental disorders. There are several factors that influence the motivation of the family in provided support to the client: knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, convictions, environment, and health facilities.This Study used Cross-sectional design. The population in this research was a family who has a family member who suffered a mental disorderas much as 20 respondents, with purposive sampling samples that taken were 19 respondents. Independent variables were knowledge and attitudes while the dependent variable was the motivation of the family inprovided support to clients with mental disorders. The data of this research were taken by used a questionnaire.The results of Spearman rank test showed knowledge (α count) = 0.000 and r correlation = 0.750, it means that there was a strong relationship between knowledge factor with the motivationin provided support to clients with mental disorders. Attitude (α count) = 0.000 and r correlation = 0.765, it means that there was a strong relationship between attitude factor with the motivation in provided support to clients with mental disorders.Need an effort to increase families knowledge in provided support to the client so the families more aware about the importance of motivation in provided family support to accelerate the healing process of the clients with mental disorders.Keywords: knowledge, attitude, motivation, support, mental disorders

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecemasan pasien preoperatif seksio sesarea penyebabnya bisa karena takut terhadap nyeri atau kematian. Kecemasan bisa dikurangi dengan pemberian spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir yaitu bentuk intervensi perawat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual dengan membantu mengajarkan doa dan tehnik relaksasi berdzikir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir terhadap kecemasan pasien pre operasi seksio sesarea.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis Quasy experimental. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh pasien yang akan menghadapi operasi seksio sesarea yang pertama di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Gresik dengan jumlah 38 responden. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 34 pasien dan dibagi menjadi 17 responden dengan perlakuan spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir dan 17 responden kelompok kontrol dengan mendengarkan murrotal Alquran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur HARS sebelum dan sesudah pemberian spiritual care membaca doa dandzikir dan sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok mendengarkan murrotal Alquran. Analisis menggunakan uji statistik Wilxocon Signed Rank Test dan Man-Whitney Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan α < 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan setelah diberikan perlakuan tingkat kecemasan menurun dari cemas berat yaitu 29% resonden menjadi tidak cemas yaitu 52,9% responden. Hasil analisa uji statistik didapatkan nilai α = 0.000 yang berarti ada pengaruh spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir terhadap kecemasan pasien pre operasi seksio sesarea.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkanperawat dapat menjadikan spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir sebagai intervensi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual pada pasien yang akan menghadapi pembedahan khususnya seksio sesarea. Kata kunci: Spiritual care membaca doa dan dzikir, kecemasan pre operasi seksio sesarea ABSTRACTAnxiety of the preoperative caesarean sectionpatients can be caused from the fear of pain or death.  Anxiety can be decreased by giving spiritual care praying and dhikr, are one of the nurse intervention the form of spiritual fulfillment by helping teach prayer and dhikr relaxation techniques. This concept focused in the thinking addressed to the creator. This research aim was to know influence of spiritual care a prayer and dhikr for the anxiety of patients pre surgery caesarean section.This research used Quasy Experimental design. The population in this study was all of the patients who would face the first caesarean section in Muhammadiyah hospital with the total 38 patients. The total sample which fulfilling inclusion criteria as 34 patients and divided into 2 groups which 17 respondents given spiritual care treatment a prayer and dhikr and 17 respondents was control grouplistening murrotalAlquran. Collecting the data used structured interview HARS before and after the treatment.Statistical analysis used Wilxocon Signed Rank Test and Man-Whiteney Test with the level of significance α < 0,05.The result showed the level anxiety of the respondents decrease from severe anxiety (29% of the resondents) to be not worry (52, 9% of the respondents). Statistical analysis found that α = 0.000, it meansthere was an influence of spiritual care a prayer and dhikr for the anxiety of patients pre surgery caesarean section.Base on this study nurse is expected to give spiritual care, a prayer and  dhikirintervention fulfilling the spiritual needs of patients who will face surgery. Keywords: Spiritual care a prayer and dhikir, anxiety to preoperative caesarean section

Abstract

ABSTRAK Menurut data dari 33 RSJ di seluruh Indonesia tahun 2013 pasien gangguan jiwa mencapai 2,5 juta dimana 40% mengalami gangguan jiwa berat (Kemenkes, 2013). Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor penyebab kekambuhan pasien gangguan jiwa adalah perilaku keluarga yang tidak tahu cara perawatan pasien skizofrenia di rumah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan faktor yang berhubungan dengan dukungan keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia.Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh keluarga pasien skizofrenia yang mengantar pasien di poliklinik RSJ dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purporsive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 94 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sedangkan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan Spearman dan Regresi logistik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan dukungan keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia (r=0,00); terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor kecerdasan emosi dengan dukungan keluarga (r=0,00); dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan dukungan keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia (r=0,00). Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor kecerdasan emosi dengan nilai koefisien 31,287.Faktor pengetahuan, sosial ekonomi dan kecerdasan emosi berhubungan dengan dukungan keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia sehingga dapat mencegah kekambuhan pasien. Perawat perlu meningkatkan pelayanan konsultasi tentang kecerdasan emosi kepada keluarga agar pasien skizofrenia mendapat dukungan baik dalam perawatan. Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, kecerdasan emosi, sosial ekonomi dan dukungan keluarga, pasien skizofrenia ABSTRACT According to data from 33 Psychiatric Hospital in Indonesia of 2013, the mental disorder patients reach 2.5 millions where 40% experienced heavy mental disorder (Health Ministry, 2013). Several researchers showed  that one of causal factor for the recurrence  of the patients  the family members who do not know how to handle schizophrenia in home. This research aims to explain factors relation with the Family Support in Caring Schizophrenia Patients.The research design was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The population  were all schizophrenia patient’s family  that accompany the patients in the adult mental polyclinic  of RSJ dr Radjiman Wediodiningrat Lawang and sample was taken by using purposive sampling with sample of 94 respondents. The research instruments were questionnaire which for validity and reliability while the research data  was analyzed using spearman and logistic regression. The research results showed the significant relationship between  family knowledge in caring the schizophrenia patients (r=0.00) and there was significant relationship between emotional intelligence  and family support (r=0.00), and also there was significant relationship between social and economic  with the family support  (r=0.00) in caring the schizophrenia patients (r=0.00).  At the results of logistic regression analysis showed the most dominant  factor was emotional intelligence with coefficient value of 31.287. Factors relation with the family support in caring the schizophrenia patients was  emotional intelligence, knowledge, social economic factors. While the most dominants was emotional intelligence, so it need improvement of consultation service about emotional intelligence to the family so the schizophrenia patients get support in the caring. Keywords: knowledge, emotional intelligence, economic and social status, family support.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                    Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia untuk hidup layak produktif sehingga perlu penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan yang terkendali dalam biaya dan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mempertahankan fasilitas kesehatan ruang rawat inap di sebuah rumah sakit dalam memberikan fasilitas kesehatan pada pasien BPJS harus sama tidak membeda-bedakan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan fasilitas ruang rawat inap dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS.            Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data tentang fasilitas ruang rawat inap dan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rank sperman corelation, sampel yang digunakan adalah pasien sebanyak 25 orang.            Hasil analisa statistik hubungan fasilitas ruang rawat inap dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS adalah p= 0,034 yang berarti ada hubungan fasilitas ruang rawat inap dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS, dengan derajat korelasi hubungan r=0,426 yang artinya mempunya korelasi kuat.            Semakin baik fasilitas ruang rawat inap maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Pasien merasa puas ketika di rawat di rumah sakit akan merekomendasikan ke orang lain atau keluarga tentang kelengkapan fasilitas yang dimiliki setiap ruangan yang ada di rumah sakit dan ini sekaligus dapat menjadi promosi tersendiri untuk perkembangan rumah sakit kedepannya.Kata Kunci :Fasilitas Ruang Rawat Inap, tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS. ABSTRACT Health is a basic human need to live decent and productive so it needs health service that good cost and quality controlled. The efforts that undertaken to maintain health facility in wards at the hospital that providing health facilites to patient should not discriminate between BPJS patient and others. The purpose of this study to clarify the relationship of patient in ward facilities with the level of patient satisfactions of BPJS system.This study used cross sectional design. Data collection of inpatient facilities and patient satisfaction used a questionnaire. The analyzed used Rank Spearman Correlation, the patient sample was 25 patients.            Statistical analysis of the relationship inpatient facilities with BPJS patient satisfaction level was p=0,034, it means there was a relationship inpatientfacilities with BPJS patient satisfaction level, with relationcorelation degree r=0,426 which had strong corelation. The better patientfacilities in ward will impact on improving patient  satisfaction. Patients are satisfy when treated to the hospital would recommend to other people or their families about the completeness of facilities of every room in the hospital and it also can be a separate promotion for the future development of the hospital.Keywords: In Ward Facilities, BPJS patient ssatisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Orang tua khususnya ibu sangat berhubungan dalam memberikan dukungan dan semangat untuk anaknya terutama agar bersedia merawat dan membersihkan gigi.Ibu yang diyakini sebagai orang yang paling tepat dan paling baik dalam memberikan perawatan pada anak sehingga bila tugas ibu tidak terlaksana dengan baik maka akan berdampak pada karies gigi pada anaknya semakin berat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan dukungan ibu tentang kebersihan gigi dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak usia 4-6 tahun.Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional design dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 responden. Variabel independennya adalah dukungan ibu tentang kebersihan gigidan variabel dependennya adalah kejadian karies gigi. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi.Hasil uji statistik Spearman Rank Test didapatkan (α hitung) = 0,000 dan korelasi r=0,800 artinya ada hubungan sangat kuat dukungan ibu tentang kebersihan gigi dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak usia 4-6 tahun.Dukungan ibu tentang kebersihan gigi terhadap anaknya merupakan langkah awal agar anaknya tidak mengalami karies gigi.Pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu dalam perawatan kebersihan gigi merupakan aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan agar ibu mampu memberi dukungan yang baik sehingga anak tidak mengalami karies gigi. Kata kunci: Dukungan ibu, kejadian karies gigi, anak usia4-6 tahun. ABSTRACT Parents especially mothers are related to providsupport and encouragement for children to take careand clean the teeth. Mother is believed to be the most appropriate and best in provided care to the child. The purpose of this study explained the relationship of mother support of dental hygiene with the incidence of dental caries in children age 4-6 years. Cross-sectional design was used in this study, withpurposivesampling. Samples were taken as many as20respondents. Independent variable was the support ofthe motheraboutdentalhygieneandthe dependent variablewas the incidence ofdental caries. The data of this research were taken using questionnaires and observation.The Spearman rank test showed α=0.000 and r =0.800 correlation it means there was a significant correlation of mother support of dental hygiene with the incidence of dental caries in children age 4-6 years. Mother support to their childrenaboutdentalhygienewas the first stepto prevent dental caries. Knowledge, attitude, and mother’s action in taking care of dental need to be increased so that mother be able to give a good support so the childern do not get dental caries. Keywords: Mother support on dental hygiene, incidence of dental caries children age4-6 years.
