<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the civil servant pension payment service procedures and what obstacles are faced in the pension payment service and how to overcome them. This type of research is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the service procedures for civil servants' pension payments were filing, verification, authorization, closing and posting. The problems faced are the existence of a family principle in the process of settling pension payment services and a deviation from standard operating procedures. This can be overcome by conducting training for employees to follow standard operating procedures and be subject to sanctions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the price and service quality affect consumer purchasing decisions GEPREK BENSU Pematangsiantar and analyze the most dominant factors in influencing consumer purchasing decisions GEPREK BENSU Pematangsiantar. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study was 40 people and the number of samples in this study was 40 people because the sampling in this study used the census method. The data analysis technique used was the instrument test, namely the validity test and the reliability test, the classic assumption test, namely the normality test and the hypothesis test, namely multiple linear regression, the correlation coefficient, the determination coefficient, the partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that price and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. The author's suggestion is to improve consumer purchasing decisions can be done by way of competitive pricing, increasing product diversity, and improving the quality of service. GEPREK BENSU Pematangsiantar needs to maintain the elements that have been assessed as good (price and quality of service) by customers and need to fix things that are still considered lacking.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sosial ekonomi petani terhadap minat belajar anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel independen penelitian adalah sosial ekonomi petani yang terdiri dari latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, pendapatan dan pengeluaran keluarga dan kepemilikan kekayaan. Sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian adalah minat belajar anak. Penelitian dilakukan di masyarakat Bandar kalifah. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan pengeluaran keluarga dan kepemilikan kekayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar anak. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini tidak menemukan bukti bahwa latar belakang pendidikan orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat belajar anak.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine empirically about the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. A sample of 155 respondents. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling where sampling provides equal opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. Test data in this study are validity, reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t-test and f test. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study found t count> t table is 4.807> 1.976 and significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. t calculate the known job satisfaction> t table is 2.290> 1.976 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. t calculate known work discipline> t table is 4.174> 1.976 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bahtera Bahari Shipyard. And there is motivation, job satisfaction, and employee discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the F test (simultaneous) F value of 27,197 (Fcount)> 3.05 (Ftable). And the value is significant at 0,000 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are the main resources in an organization that functions as the main organization and the activities of the organization as well as one of the main spearheads for each organization's operations. And besides increasing human resources also required aspects of the company that are needed to provide knowledge well to carry out the direction of the organization. The purpose of this study was to study the partial and simultaneous interaction of work discipline variables, work experience, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. This quantitative study used a sampling technique of 107 participants. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire interviews with all respondents using a Likert scale as a measurement scale and SPSS Version 22 as a data processing application. As a result of the T-Test, the partial variables of work coordination, work experience, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT Kumala Indonesia Shipyard. And results of the F Test states that simultaneous work variables and positive and significant work experience on employee performance, work experience, and simultaneous organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku disiplin preventif terhadap kinerja pegawai (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju) Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana sebagai formula dalam memperjelas pengaruh variabel penelitian, berupa perilaku disiplin preventif sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen, dimana nilai variabel dependen bergantung pada variabel independen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling (sampel acak sederhana) sebanyak 45 responden yang terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju melalui kuesioner penelitian. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS Versi 24. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24 menghasilkan persamaan regresi ditunjukkan pada tabel Coefficients dengan nilai konstanta (alfa) sebesar 11,247, koefisien regresi (beta) sebesar 0,347 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel perilaku disiplin preventif memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju. Nilai koefisien korelasi dan determinasi dapat dilihat pada tabel Summary, dimana nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,984 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,992 yang berarti bahwa perilaku disiplin preventif memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,561 yang nilainya lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel. Hal ini berarti bahwa perilaku disiplin preventif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Mamuju.]]>

<![CDATA[Reformasi birokrasi diarahkan untuk menciptakan aparatur yang bersih, brtanggung jawab, prtesional, birokrasi yang effisien dan effektif serta mampu menciptakan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan insentif terhadap peningkatan motivasi pegawai pada Kantor Setda Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Setda Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah 99 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu cara pengambilan sampel dimana populasi menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil apabila gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dilksanakan dengan baik maka motivasi pegawai juga semakin baik. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan ada pengaruh positip dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap motivasi pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara. Insentif sudah diberikan secara layak, sehingga motivasi pegawai juga semakin meningkat. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan ada pengaruhpositip dan signifikan antara insentif terhadap motivasi pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Jepara.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh periklanan, Celebrity Endorser, dan label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen shampo sunsilk hijab dikalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo Angkatan tahun 2016 berjumlah 253 Mahasiswa. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat presisi 5% diperoleh sebanyak 155 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analsiis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa berdasarkan uji simultan variabel periklanan, Celebrity Endorser, dan label halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, selanjutnya berdasarkan uji parsial yaitu untuk periklanan dan celebrity endorser berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan label harga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the motives of customers in investing their funds in Islamic banks in Indonesia. In general, there are two motives, speculation and investment, and these two motives want to be identified in this study. As is known from sharia business principles that speculation is prohibited while investment is a motive that is permissible and even highly recommended, so it is expected to have an impact on more productive activities and can provide maximum benefits at the opening of broader employment opportunities and increased welfare people. The data used in this study are financial reports from Islamic banks collected from OJK statistics, for the period 2013 to 2017. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression which will relate the dependent variable of mudaraba deposits as a representation of savings in Islamic banks with two independent variables consisting of stock prices to identify stock returns as a representation of the motive of speculation as well as profit sharing or ratio which is a representation of investment motives. The results showed that stock returns simultaneously did not influence the changes in mudaraba deposits. Nevertheless the results of the partial statistical analysis indicate that the RS has a negative and significant influence on mudaraba savings. The next finding is that profit and loss sharing has a positive and statistically significant simultaneous effect on mudaraba savings in Islamic banks.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to design the Islamic financial literacy media, implement the Islamic financial literacy media and evaluate the effectiveness of Islamic financial literacy media for i-generation. The research methods and techniques used are Research and Development (R&D), action research, and experimental research. Research and Development Research is used to develop and validate Islamic financial literacy products. Action Research and Experimental Research are used to observe the effectiveness of the implementation of financial literacy learning models. The object of this service is the madrasa aliyah students in Surakarta Karisidenan. The results of the need assessment found that the Islamic financial literacy media that is right for i-generation is an interactive Android-based e-book. This media can increase sharia financial literacy because the internet and android are very familiar and user friendly for i-generation. This research contribution in addition to providing interactive e-books is to form a Sharia Financial Smart Generation community for i-generation. This community can be used as a means of grounding Islamic finance from an early age to realize Indonesia as the center of the world Islamic economy. Other findings from the study found that i-generation was also interested in videograms or memes as a medium for obtaining information so that the media needed to be considered also as media literacy in the digital age.]]>
