Abstract

The development of advanced trade and technology has an impact on the progress of the development of Intellectual Property Rights. Along with these developments, copyright violations are also rife. In this study, the authors wanted to examine the application of criminal sanctions related to copyright infringement, especially the duplication of Digital Versatile Disks with game content. in seeing how the application of criminal sanctions for Copyright violators in duplicating DVD Games, the authors raised the case with decision No. 1766/Pid.B/2014/PN.TNG regarding the duplication of DVD Games without permission by the defendant Anton Sucipto by way of reproducing, copying DVD Game discs using duplicator tools and/or machines located in a rented house in one of the areas in Tangerang City South, Banten. This research is a normative juridical research and is an exploratory research through a statutory approach. The results of the research and discussion conclude that the application of Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright has been well applied in the study of decisions, but in its application as a deterrent to copyright infringement activities it is still not effective. Copyright infringements will continue to occur due to weak supervision and law enforcement regarding cases such as the duplication of DVD games which are still widely circulated in Indonesia.Keywords: Act of Copyright; DVD Game; Illegal copying

Abstract

According to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimated are 463 million adults, 20–79 years, living with diabetes mellitus in 2019 which accounts for 9.3%. Diabetes Mellitus is chronic metabolic disease, characterized by high levels of glucose in the blood. The general objectives this study were describe nursing care for people with Diabetes Mellitus with the problem of unstable blood sugar levels related to the inability of families to care for elderly, and provide Cinnamon Powder Brewed Drinks to decrease blood sugar levels. The method used is case study, namely by collecting data using the format of nursing care. The results from nursing actions carried out for seven days with infusion of cinnamon powder consumed 2 times a day found that patients and families were able to recognize health problems, were able to decide on appropriate actions to treat family members, and to use health facilities. The results of nursing care at Mr. B, there is no dizziness, the vision is no longer blurred. Based on the results of the nursing care carried out, it is hoped that it can be used as learning material and reference material in providing nursing care for Diabetes Mellitus patients.

Abstract

The development of the internet in Indonesia has changed very quickly over time. The large number of online shop accounts that have emerged then makes business and business competition even higher. One way that is widely used by online shop business owners today to get consumers' attention is to use the services of an artist on Instagram, or what is commonly called a "celebgram". The problems studied are the implementation of agreements between business owners and celebrities in promoting a product online and settlement of defaults in the implementation of agreements between business owners and celebrities in promoting a product online. This study uses an empirical juridical approach with primary data and secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study concluded that: The implementation of the agreement between the business owner and the celebrity in promoting a product online has carried out the agreement in good faith, where the implementation of the agreement between the business owner and the celebrity in promoting a product online, in this case the business owner will offer cooperation to the public figure to be able to help market the product. These public figures were then asked to provide endorsement appointments, and the problem in implementing the agreement between the business owner and the celebrity in promoting a product online was the occurrence of a default, namely: carrying out the endorsement, but it was late, and carrying out something, but not according to the agreement.Keywords: default, agreement, business owner, celebgram, online.

Abstract

Abstract: Research conducted while carrying out a certified internship at Tjokro Style Hotel Yogyakarta, the quality of service provided by the hotel was low and the location of the hotel was narrow so that it disrupted activities. This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of service quality and location on guest satisfaction staying at Tjokro Style Hotel Yogyakarta. This type of research is causal associative, to determine the effect of service quality (X1), location (X2) on guest satisfaction (Y) staying at Tjokro Style Hotel Yogyakarta. The population is guests who have stayed at Tjokro Style Hotel Yogyakarta, are over 17 years old and are not corporate or group tour guests. The sample is 98 respondents, using a sample technique that is purposive sampling. Primary and secondary data collection, namely the distribution of questionnaires and can be directly from the hotel. Hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression tests, using SPSS version 26.00. The results of the study are: (1) Service Quality in the good category (79%) (2) Location in the good category (70%) (3) Guest satisfaction (53%). Test the Multiple Linear Regression hypothesis with a calculated F value of 9.303 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, where the service quality and location variables have a significant effect on guest satisfaction, with an Adjust R Square value of 0.146. Has a significant relationship to the three variables.Keywords: Service Quality, Location and Guest Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the application of recording and preparation of financial reports based on SAK-EMKM for UMKM in South Solok district. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data in this study is the triangulation technique. From the results of the study, it was found that two UMKM (Rika Bakery & Cake and Sungai Kalu Restaurant) in South Solok District had implemented accounting records and preparation of financial reports properly and correctly due to the background of financial staff who had studied in college.Keywords:UMKM, SAK EMKM, Financial Statement

Abstract

This research is an effort to respond to the times as something that cannot be stopped, one of the impacts is Artificial Intelligence technology which offers many benefits in various sectors of life. Like a double-edged sword, in addition to having a positive impact Artificial Intelligence technology also has a negative side, both of which have been clearly felt. In Indonesia there are no rules that can accommodate specifically about Artificial Intelligence both utilization and protection from its impact including. The method used in placing the point of this research problem is the normative research method. So far, Indonesia's efforts in responding to this matter have only reached the action plan, as well as the formulation of a national strategy, all of which are not sufficient to respond to the times so that the regulation of Artificial Intelligence, in this case special arrangements related to the utilization and protection of users from negative impacts, is an urgent solution.

Abstract

In order to fulfill its obligations and perform its functions, the government engages in a variety of structuring, management, and development activities, one of which is population administration, which is governed by Law Number 24 of 2013 and closely connected to social life in national development to advance people's welfare in order to achieve the goals. The balance between the government's objectives of meeting community needs and empowering institutions internally through accurate document services embodies the aspirations of the country.  This study employed a descriptive analytic method together with methods for gathering data from literature or literature studies. Regarding what the descriptive approach entails, it has to do with exposing a phenomenon or the connections between two or more phenomena.  The study's findings support the notion that population administration policy entails a number of structuring and regulating actions in the issuance of population documents and data through civil registration, population registration, management of population administration information, and utilization of the outcomes for public services and the development of other sectors. However, in reality, impediments from both internal and external sources still affect the quality of service, which in turn affects how well work programs are carried out and reflects the performance of the personnel involved in it.   Keywords: Implementation, Public Service, Population Administration.

Abstract

Maintenance of land registration data is carried out when there is a change in the physical data or the data of the jurisdictional object of Land registration that has been registered The transfer of land rights can be through two ways, namely by switching through a legal event such as inheritance and transferred due to the existence of legal acts such as sharing of rights. As a result of the inheritance, the property belongs to the land. Based on the formula of the above problems, the purpose of this research is to know the process of management of the transfer of land rights related to the sharing of common rights based on inheritance and to know why the BPN of the Fifty City District uses APHB as the basis for transfer of inherited rights. The research method used by the authors in this study is descriptive, which is the research that focuses on solving the problem investigated by describing the state of the subject and the object based on apparent facts. The result of this research is that there are several factors or several things that cause the division of inheritance rights to be done with two processes first yaiu by descending inheritors first then using the Act of Common Division of Rights as the basis for the distribution of heritage rights.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the persuasive language used by fashion design students Universitas Negeri Padang for fashion products advertisement in e-commerce fashion courses. Fashion students promote their products on e-commerce websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee and other e-commerce applications or websites. Researchers want to know the persuasive language used in the ad because there is no previous research. To be a reference for local entrepreneurs in using persuasive language in advertisements for fashion businesses. And become a reference for learning material for fashion students in fashion e-commerce courses. This research uses qualitative methods. This method was chosen by the researcher because this research uses text as data and includes several processes in data analysis. This information was obtained from several fashion business e-commerce websites used by Universitas Negeri Padang fashion design students to promote their products in fashion e-commerce course. The researchers used posting and descriptions, which are statements and phrases, to assess the research data. The researcher's initial step in analyzing the data is to classify it according to the theory of persuasive language. The next step was to interpret the message contained in the ad. And the last step was to conclude the research. The sample group included 100 descriptions and slogans from students' e-commerce addresses. Alliteration was found to be the most often employed literary device, followed by imagery and assonance. The persuasive  was mostly used in advertising captions to describe product attributes, illustrate the items, actions or feelings, and emphasize.
