This study aims to determine the effectiveness of street vendors' implementation of YLPTK Padang Optisi Refraction Academy (ARO) Academic Year 2016/2017. This study analyzes the effectiveness of PKL programs with the CIPP model (context, input, process, product). This research is quantitative descriptive, which uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale for data collected from respondents. Sampling was done by total sampling, as many as 50 students. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the PKL program in ARO YLPTK Padang in the 2016/2017 academic year is categorized as effective, judging from the variables, input, process and results.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA materi zat tunggal dan campuran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW pada siswa kelas V-B UPT. SD Negeri 01 Limo Kaum. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yang masing- masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. S ub jek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V-B UPT. SD Negeri 01 Limo Kaum yang berjumlah 27 siswa meliputi 15 siswa laki- laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi dan soal tes hasil belajar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data analisis secara statistik menggunakan rumus persentase, apabila 85% siswa tuntas belajar maka siklus dihentikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V-B UPT. SD Negeri 01 Limo Kaum. Peningkatan siswa yang tuntas belajar dari P ra S iklus ke S iklus I 26% dan S iklus I ke S iklus II 18,5%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada Pra S iklus 48,1% siswa tuntas belajar, Siklus I 74,1% siswa tuntas belajar, dan Siklus II 92,6% siswa tuntas belajar. Penelitian ini dihentikan pada siklus II karena indikator yang diharapkan telah tercapai yaitu siklus akan berhenti apabila 85% dari total siswa dalam satu kelas mendapat nilai 80 dan pada siklus II 92,6% siswa dalam satu kelas mendapat nilai 80.

This research is motivated by the interest and way of learning of less good students so that disturb the process of learning process. For that we need some ways to learn that can help students in learning. The way students learn about Indonesian lessons is influenced by the learning habits that are applied so far. This study aims to reveal the relationship of interest in learning and how to learn the results of learning Indonesian in SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Payakumbuh. The type of this research is quantitative research using correlational descriptive method with a population of 230 people. Then taken the sample of this study using cluster sampling technique as many as 27 people. This research uses two variables, variable (X) interest in learning and way of learning and variable (Y) learning outcomes. The steps of data analysis as follows. (1) Correcting and tabulating the questionnaire value; (2) Give a score on each question; (3) Score the results of the Mid Semester 2 exam; (4) Grouping values by rating scale; (5) Correlating data of interest in learning and ways of learning on learning outcomes; (6) Hypothesis testing; and (Summing up the results of data analysis. Data analysis using statistical method with data analysis show: (1) test result prove t_hitung bigger than t_ (table) that is 6,2859 ? 1,708 hence there is relation anatra learn interest with result learn student of class VIII A SMPN 2 Payakumbuh; (2) test result proves t_hitung bigger than t_ (table) that is 6,1617 ? 1,708 hence there is correlation between way of learning with result of study of student of class VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Kecamatan Payakumbuh; (3) test result proves t_hitung bigger than t_ (table) that is 7,2078 ? 1,708 hence there is relation anatra interest learn how to learn with result learn student of class VIII A SMPN 2 Payakumbuh. So it can be concluded there is a relationship between interest in learning and how to learn on learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar, serta hambatan-hambatan yang timbul dalam pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar di Kantor Dinas Linkungan Hidup Kota Padang. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan kegiatan yang mempermudah pekerjaan dalam suatu instansi atau organisasi. Surat masuk merupakan semua jenis surat yang diterima oleh instansi maupun yang di terima dari pihak lain. Surat keluar merupakan surat yang dikeluarkan oleh instansi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik interaktif, yang terdiri dari: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan data dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan surat di Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Padang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal, yaitu 1) Penggunaan peralatan pengelolaan surat belum optimal. 2) Penemuan kembali arsip kurang optimal. 3) Belum ada tindakan khusus yang dilakukan untuk melakukan perawatan arsip yang ada. 4) Belum adanya petugas yang menangani arsip. 6)Belum adanya kesadaran dari pegawai di Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Padang tentang pengelolaan arsip.

This paper is focused on factors that influence the changes in students’ writing ability. Several factors can affect students’ academic writing, it can come from culture, education, social aspects, and cognitive aspects. Those factors are too broad to be discussed in this paper. Finally, the author tries to describe the factors that are just related to the teaching process. They are materials, media, classroom activities, classroom management, teaching strategy, and teacher‘s approach.

Implementation of public service is a state effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen and the state of the goods, services and administrative services provided by the delivery of public services. The nature of public services is the provision of excellent service to the community which is the embodiment of the obligations of the government apparatus as a public servant. Therefore, the development of public services, namely: the institutional elements of service, process pelyanan and human resources service providers. In this connection, efforts to improve the performance of public services are always pleased with the development of these three basic elements. Improving the quality of public services is one of the agenda of bureaucratic reform, which dotted the fact of bad factual quality of public services largely determined by the quality of attitudes and character of the apparatus government that is not praised, corrupt and irresponsible. Currently, many phenomena that occur in the community that shows that the services provided by the government apparatus has not touched directly to the public interest because the system is not effective and efficient so that slow the public service and have no certainty. Just as if we take care of a file in this case about the making of family cards and other affairs often found the treatment is not good and is characterized by indifferent government apparatus so impressed slow in providing services, of course in the community in the city of Padang, it can not be allowed to take place continue, because the dynamics of community life that continues to occur also need the ideal government figure to meet the expectations of society.

Abstrak Dewasa ini dunia digital saat ini dalam perkembangan yang pesat mengingat kecanggihan teknologi saat ini, terutama di bidang profesi desain. Salah satu contohnya adalah jasa Illustrator, yaitu suatu disiplin kerja yang mengkhususkan pada seni, misalnya mendesain gambar, membuat ilustrasi, mendesain sampul buku, spanduk, sablon, dan sebagainya. Luasnya profesi desain membuat banyak peluang lain di bidang desain yang belum banyak diekspos. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang meliputi menganalisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, kode pemrograman, implementasi dan pengujian unit ke situs web ini, nantinya website ini akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan terhubung ke database MYSQL.

This research aims at the waste management program through community-based 3R system in various regions. Solok regency is one of the area that has the problems in the management of garbage, this problem became the issue because of the processing facilities of garbage based on 3R system is not maximized absolutely by the government of Solok regancy. This research uses the theory that said by Van Meter Van Horn which consists of six variables: Standard and Policy Purposes, Resources, Inter-Organization Communication, Implementing Attitudes, Implementing institution Characteristics, Environmentally Social, Economics and Politics. The result of this research shows that The implementation of Garbage Management Policy of TPS 3R based on the community in Solok Regency which has not working well and having many obstacles was seen from 6 variables. The first is the standards and policy goals are not completely well. The Second is the financial support and human resources are insufficient. The Third is the Communication between implementing agencies is not well established. The fourth8 is the characteristics of the implementing agency has not been established well. The fifth is the attitude of executors who are still not professional. The last is social environmentally, economics and politics that has not manage well.Keyword: Implementation of the Reduce Reuse Recycle-based Community Waste Management Policy.

The increasing of elderly result impact in increased health services for the elderly, one of is integrated service post of elderly. The increasing of health care result are not offset with interesting or visiting the elderly to utilize behavioral health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the behavior of elderly and family support against utilization the integrated service post of elderly. The study design was a cross sectional with the population of each month amounted to 70 people with an age range 57 to 90 years. The sample is done by Accidental sample totaling 59 respondents and data collection by questonnaaire. The results of research by bivariate analysis was using the chisquare test shows that there is a relationship between the knowledge of the elderly with the use of integrated service post of elderly where p value (0.000) < α 0.05, there is a relationship between attitude with the use of integrated service post of elderly where the p value(0.000) < α 0.05, there is a relationship between practice with the use of integrated service post of elderly where the p value (0.001) < α 0.05, there is a relationship between family support with the use of integrated service post of elderly where the p value (0.001) < α 0.05. Researchers hope that the Healt Center staff can improve the socialization of activity in integrated service opost for elderly, a Cadre of integrated service post and family about information, remind the schedule of integrated service post as an effort to motivate the elderly to utilize the integrated service post of elderly. It is expected for cadres of integrated service post to be able to motivate families to provide support to the elderly.
