This research is aimed to: 1) find out the objective condition of supporting elements of Character Building Training Program in Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatra at the antecedent phase, 2) look over the efectivity of the program implementation at the transaction phase, and 3) identify the character of students as the outcome of CBT Program. This formative evaluation research applies qualitative research particulary countenance stake. The data are collected by observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data are analyzed by domain analysis technique, tacsonomy, and componential technique, based on evaluation phase and applied together with data collecting. This study aims to determine the quality of the Statemen of Good Conduct or SKCK issuance service process at the Bungo Police in the perspective of service quality theory according to Zeithaml et al. This study used a qualitative research method, with informants consisting of: (1) Head of Intelkam, Bungo Police; (2) three personnel from the Bungo Police Intelligence Unit; (3) eight people from the Bungo Regency who applied for the SKCK. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the overall quality of the SKCK-making service process at the Bungo Police Intelligence and Security Unit office can be said to be quite good, but some deficiencies are still found, namely in the Assurance (Guarantee) dimension and the Empathy dimension. The supporting factors for the implementation of the SKCK issuance service process at the Bungo Resort Police are officers who support each other and encourage each other when providing SKCK-making services, then the Intelligence and Security Unit is also supported by assistive tools such as computers and other devices. While the inhibiting factors faced by the Bungo Police Intelligence Unit when processing SKCK issuance services were: there were limited officers who provided SKCK manufacturing services, only some officers were able to operate computer equipment, then the Bungo Police Intelligence Unit also did not have this filing cabinet to organize documents and archives. archives so as not to be scattered on the service desk.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial behavior, self control, and family social support on financial literacy partially and simultaneously at SMA N 4 Padang. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample size of 65 students. The technical analysis used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a partial influence of financial behavior, self control, and social support on financial literacy at SMA N 4 Padang. And there is a simultaneous influence of financial behavior, self control, and social support on financial literacy at SMA N 4 PadangKeywords: family social support, financial literacy, financial behavior, self control.

The Covid-19 vaccination program is currently being discussed as a strategic effort in resolving the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Positive news related to the Covid-19 vaccination program currently dominates media coverage, one of which is the online Kompas.com. This study aims to reveal the textual strategy and packaging of the Covid-19 vaccine news text in representing the dominant discourse, using Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis model through analysis of the dimensions of the text structure. This study uses a qualitative method with a critical paradigm. The critical paradigm is used to see how the media here creates a certain way of thinking or discourse that is dominant and considered correct, so that it becomes an idea that is accepted as common sense by the community. The data used in this study were in the form of news on the Covid-19 vaccine on online, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the news of the Covid-19 vaccine on Kompas.com as a whole supports a positive view of the Covid-19 vaccination program through language strategies which include information control, diction selection, message packaging and various other efforts to support the construction of reality developed by the media.

Basically every implementation of a divorce will certainly cause a legal consequence between every couple who ends their marital relationship, one of the legal consequences is regarding the joint property produced in their marriage. So this becomes a very important urgency if a marriage ends in a divorce. Cases related to divorce and disputes regarding the distribution of joint property for those who are Muslims occur throughout the Batam City area where the dispute is resolved in the Religious Courts that are adjusted to their authority. The research problem is, How is the Dispute Settlement of the Distribution of Joint Assets / Gono-gini in the Batam Religious Court. This study uses a descriptive method by using a normative approach (Legal Research) to obtain secondary data and an empirical approach (Sociological Juridical) to obtain primary data and through a field approach (Field Research). In Islamic law, joint property is also known as syirkah. Syirkah is a mixture, in this case, it is a mixture of assets obtained by husband and wife during the marriage. Assets that are united due to syirkah during marriage become joint property. In the event of a divorce, the syirkah assets are divided between husband and wife according to the consideration of the extent of their efforts in obtaining the property. Article 97 of the Compilation of Islamic Law states that divorced widows or widowers are each entitled to one-half of the joint property as long as it is not specified otherwise in the marriage agreement. In the decision number 1438/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Btm. The Panel of Judges has decided that the distribution deviates from the applicable provisions with a percentage for the husband . and wife for the joint property. The results of this study are that the basic considerations used by the Panel of Judges in making this decision have been thinking more forward on progressive legal values, so that in deciding this case the Panel of Judges has overridden the applicable provisions and according to the view of Islamic law that these considerations are in accordance with justice. in Islam, namely based on balance, equality and non-discrimination, granting rights to the entitled and the delegation of existence based on the level of eligibility. Postpartum blues ini dikategorikan sebagai sindrom gangguan mental yang ringan. Oleh sebab itu, gangguan ini sering tidak dipedulikan bahkan sering dianggap sebagai efek samping dari keletihan, sehingga tidak terdiagnosis dan tidak tertangani sebagaimana harusnya. Postpartum blues adalah suasana hati yang dirasakan oleh wanita setelah melahirkanyang berlangsung selama 3-6 hari dalam 14 hari pertama pasca melahirkan, di mana perasaan ini berkaitan dengan bayinya. Postpartum blues ini dikategorikan sebagai sindrom gangguan mental yang ringan Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatifdengananalitikkolerasi dan desainpenelitianiniadalahsecaracrosssectional. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 34 orang ibu pospartum, dengan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dan leaflet. Analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitianresponden yang berisiko memiliki gejala postpartum blues sebanyak 38,2%, dalam kelompok umur berisiko 47,1%, jenis persalinan dengan tindakan sebanyak 35,2%, memiliki dukungan suami yang kurang sebanyak 55,9%, dan yang memiliki dukungan keluarga yang kurang sebanyak 44,1%. The Serebu Rupiah Per Umpi Donation Program for the Cisalatri River (Dona Sapitri) is a program of the Panyileukan District in facing the rainy season. Overcoming this incident, the sub-district has a community called Dona Sapitri (Donations of Serebu Rupiahs Per Umpi). This community was formed as a form of community mobilization. The Dona Sapitri community or donations for the Cisalatri river consists of 14 RW or about 17,000 residents of Cipadung Kidul. The goal is to make the river function properly. However, in the implementation of this program, it has not run as it should, there are still many obstacles that are felt so that the objectives of this program have not been achieved optimally. In this study, researchers used a descriptive method with an inductive approach. The results of this research are: (1) Overall, collaborative governance in flood resolution through the sarebu rupiah per umpi donation program for the Cisalatri River in Cipadung Kidul Village, Panyileukan District cannot be said to be successful. (2) There are three factors that support the Sarebu rupiah donation program for the Cisalatri River in Cipadung Kidul Village, Panyileukan District, namely: (a) Government support factors. (b) Fund support factor. (c) Community support factor. (3) The ideal model of collaborative governance in flood resolution through the Sarebu rupiah per umpi donation program for the Cisalatri River in Cipadung Kidul Village, Panyileukan District is: (a) Making an initial agreement, namely as a shared value. (b) Building leadership. (c) Building legitimacy. (d) Build trust. (e) Managing conflicts. (f) Planning.

Biodiesel merupakan bahan bakar alternatif yang dihasilkan dari minyak nabati yang memiliki sifat ramah lingkungan, salah satu yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku biodiesel adalah minyak sawit (crude palm oil),dengan perkebunan yang luas dan produksi yang besar di Indonesia saat ini. Crude Palm Oil (CPO) digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan biodiesel, pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tahap esterifikasi dan transesterifikasi, katalis yang digunakan pada tahap esterifikasi adalah H2SO4 (pa)sebanyak 1%(b/b) dan metanol sebanyak 15% (b/b), dan katalis CaOsebanyak 2 % (b/b)pada tahap transesterifikasi.Hasil analisa biodiesel didapatkan rata-rata densitas 0,8269 g/ml, rata-rata viskositas 3,654 cSt dan rata-rata kadar air 0,304%. As a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who handles the administration of other ASN personnel in the Regency of Lima Puluh Kota, the ASN of the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota Regency is expected to carry out their roles and functions professionally. It was known that leadership, self-efficacy, and coordination can affect the level of professionalism of employees, which will be reflected in their performance achievements. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership, self-efficacy, and coordination on the performance of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research was a descriptive-qualitative-research that conducted from October to November 2021 at the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The results of this study indicated that leadership, self-efficacy, and coordination affect the performance of the ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota Regency significantly, either partially or simultaneously. This research is expected to provide scientific data in improving the performance of ASN at the Regional Secretariat of Lima Puluh Kota Regency.

Solok City Public Relations utilizes social media in carrying out its duties to support government work programs. The city of Solok has the slogan "Kota Beras Serambi Madinah" which reflects the vision and mission of the city of Solok in the context of the work program of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor. This study was conducted to analyze the use of social media by Public Relations of Solok City in realizing “Kota Beras Serambi Madinah” using Media Richness Theory by Richard L. Daft and Robert H. Lengel. This study uses a qualitative method, constructivist paradigm with a case study approach. Informants were determined by purposive sampling technique, conducted in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, data analysis and data validation. The results of the study found that Solok City Public Relations tried to use all the wealth of social media to realize the goals that have been set. One type of social media has two different accounts (profiles) with different language variations and signs to reach more audiences, anticipate the rapid exchange of information on social media and promote the Solok City Public Relations website. The ability of social media to show feelings and emotions is used by the Public Relations of Solok City to instill the values contained in the slogan " Kota Beras Serambi Madinah"
