Abstract

Electronic commerce is increasingly in demand by the public. One of them is trading beauty products electronically. The city of Padang is one of the cities that includes many electronic trading activities. E-commerce often encounters obstacles such as payment procedures, legal protection, electronic signatures, and dispute resolution mechanisms that may occur in the future. E- commerce must also comply with positive laws. Even though there are a number of barriers to e-commerce, this type of trading still has its fans. In addition, ignoring technological developments will have a negative impact in the future, so openness and being proactive and anticipatory are alternatives that can be chosen in dealing with the dynamics of technological developments including trade developments such as electronic commerce or what is commonly referred to as electronic commerce or e-commerce. This is because Indonesia has become part of the global e-commerce market. The focus of this research is: First, to determine legal protection for consumers in trading beauty products electronically in Padang City; Second, to find out the legal settlement in the event of a dispute by the parties in the e-commerce of beauty products in the city of Padang. The purpose of this research is to find out how legal protection is for consumers in trading beauty products electronically in Padang City and to find out how the legal settlement is in the event of a dispute by the parties in electronic trade in beauty products in Padang City. Keywords: Legal Protection, Consumers, E-Commerce, Beauty Products

Abstract

Suctioning is needed in patients who are attached to a ventilator because of the inability to remove secretions independently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of suctioning with closed suctioning on non-invasive hemodynamic changes (MAP, heart rate, oxygen saturation and respiratory rate) in patients who are attached to a ventilator. While the research method is quantitative using a pre-experimental research design. The research design uses a one group pre-post test design approach. The research results obtained that the majority of MAP (blood pressure) was 70-100 mmHg, namely 19 people (61.3%), the majority heart rate was 60 -100x/min as many as 16 people (51.6%), while the majority of Oxygen Saturation is 95-100% as many as 25 people (80.6%), and the majority Respiratory Frequency> 12x as many as 26 people (83.9%), while the average effect obtained is mean blood pressure before suctioning.T was obtained at 1.06 and after that at 1.19. Mean Heart Rate before suctioning.T was obtained at 1.35 and after that was 152. Mean Oxygen Saturation before suctioning.T was obtained at 0.81 and after that was 0.94 and the mean Respiration before suctioning.T was obtained at 1.84 and after that at 1.00 With the results of blood pressure analysis before suctioning with a P-value of 0.002. This means that there is a significant effect between the average blood pressure before and after suctioning. The Heart Rate before suctioning with a P value of 0.000. This means that there is a significant effect between blood heart rate before and after suctioning. Furthermore Oxygen Saturation before suctioning with a P value of 0.004. This means that there is a significant effect between Oxygen Saturation before and after suctioning. While Breathing before suctioning with a P value of 0.000. This means that there is a significant effect between breathing before and after suctioning.

Abstract

Pegagan air (Hydrocotyle vulgaris L.) is one of the plants used as medicine, one of the contents of pegagan air (Hydrocotyle vulgaris L.) is asiaticoida. Asiaticosides are known having antioxidant and neuroprotective activities. This research aims at finding out the effect of immersion time before sonication of pegagan air (Hydrocotyle vulgaris L.) toward the leaf extract on asiaticoside levels. Extractions parameters used are immersion time and sonication time. The asiaticoside level was analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography by column C-18, the mobile phase of methanol : water (70:30), flow rate of 1 ml/min and detected at wavelength 206 nm. Calibration curves were made by using a series of concentrations of 2-14 ppm with a regression equation y = 11656x + 142673. Optimum asiaticoside levels in pegagan air (Hydrocotyle vulgaris L.) leaf extract were obtained at the time of immersion for two hours with sonication time for 15 minutes. The asiaticoside level obtained in the extract of pegagan air (Hydrocotyle vulgaris L.) leaf was 0,1699 mg/10 mg extract with a percentage of 1.6842%.Keywords: Pegagan air, Asiaticoside, Immersion, Sonication, HPLC.

Abstract

The implementation of Child Identity Cards (KIA) in Mamuju Regency experienced delays in implementation which resulted in the issuance and ownership of the card being relatively low and had not reached the national target of 30% even though the Mamuju Regency Population and Civil Registration Office carried out innovative activities in the form of The Population and Civil Registration Ball Movement for Mamuju Regency to improve the quality of population administration services. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Golla Kambu in increasing the issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA), obstacles and efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Golla Kambu in the issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA). Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach to implementation according to the theory of George R. Terry. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and documentation. Result: The findings obtained by the authors in this study are that the issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA) through the implementation of Golla Kambu has increased and is classified as good, although it is still constrained by infrastructure, budget and the level of public awareness and understanding. Conclusion: The implementation of Golla Kambu in increasing the issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA) has been going well, this is due to the collaboration and coordination of the Population and Civil Registration Office with several local SKPD by utilizing public places and community leaders. In order to optimize the implementation of Golla Kambu, it is recommended to use social media in disseminating information and making standard operating procedures for special procedures for issuing Child Identity Cards (KIA) through Golla Kambu. Keywords: Participation; Youth Generations; Lorong Literasi Gowa Programs
