Abstract

Building quality Islamic education institution has been an urgent demand nowadays, particularly with the increase of socio-political, economic, constitutional, and many other state problems which are called by the experts as a multidimension crisis. Hence, the educational sector, in this case is Islamic education institution, is one of the only hopes when other sectors experience crisis. As Islam is a perfect religion, so that an educational institution with the soul of Islam can be eligible to be called as the true Islamic education institution. Such institution, is believed by writer, will be able to solve most problems and demands in this multidimension crisis. The principles, mechanisms, and stages to take the soul of Islam is called as coagulation of education quality. Coagulation is a term in chemistry which could be simply understood as a unique process to purify water by putting a certain coagulant material, while quality is the degree of excellence in a product. Therefore, with this coagulation of education quality, Islamic education institutions are expected to be able to be the value basis for the creations of value dense products needed by other sectors experiencing multidimension crisis which is actually a value crisis. Keywords: coagulation of education quality, epistemological, Islamic education institution Membangun Lembaga Pendidikan Islam yang bermutu adalah suatu kebutuhan mendesak hari ini.  Tuntutan akan hal itu semakin terasa urgen saat melihat meningkatnya berbagai problem sosial-politik, problem ekonomi, problem ketata negaraan, dan setumpuk persoalan bangsa lainnya sampai-sampai banyak pakar menyebutnya sebagai krisis multi dimensi. Oleh sebab itu sektor Pendidikan spesifik dalam hal ini lembaga Pendidikan Islam sebenarnya adalah salah satu tumpuan harapan disaat sektor yang lain sedang mengalami krisis. Islam adalah agama yang sempurna, karenanya jika ‘Ruh Islam’berhasil dipakai oleh suatu lembaga Pendidikan maka lembaga Pendidikan tersebut layak disebut sebagai lembaga Pendidikan Islam sejati. Lembaga yang seperti inilah yang diyakini penulis akan mampu menjawab sebagian besar tuntutan zaman yang sedang mengalami krisis multi dimensi ini. Prinsip-prinsip, mekanisme, dan pentahapan dalam ‘pengambilan’ ruh Islam itulah yang penulis sebut dengan istilah “koagulasi mutu”pendidikan. Koagulasi adalah satu istilah dalam ilmu kimia yang secara sederhana bisa dipahami sebagai suatu proses unik dalam penjernihan air dengan memasukkan materi koagulan tertentu. Sementara mutu/ kualitas adalah kelayakan dari suatu produk. Maka dengan koagulasi mutu Pendidikan ini, Lembaga Pendidikan Islam diharapkan benar-benar mampu menjadi basis-nilai bagi lahirnya produk-produk padat-nilai yang dibutuhkan oleh sektor-sektor lain yang sedang mengalami krisis multi dimensi yang sesungguhnya adalah krisis nilai Kata kunci: Koagulasi mutu pendidikan, epistemologis, lembaga pendidikan Islam

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching within Indonesian Islamic Senior High Schools. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, the study synthesizes existing research to identify effective AI applications, challenges faced by educators and students, and the broader implications for educational reform. The findings reveal that AI can significantly enhance EFL instruction through personalized learning experiences, intelligent tutoring systems, and language learning applications, which improve student engagement and language proficiency. However, challenges such as inadequate teacher training, resource limitations, and ethical concerns regarding data privacy must be addressed to ensure successful implementation. The implications of this study highlight the need for a balanced approach that combines AI integration with human interaction in teaching practices. Additionally, it underscores the importance of professional development for educators and equitable access to technology for all students. This research contributes to the growing body of literature on AI in education and provides actionable insights for policymakers and educators seeking to enhance English language teaching in Indonesia's Islamic Senior High Schools. Keywords: Artificial intelligence, EFL teaching, Indonesia, Islamic senior high schools Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL) di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metodologi Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR), penelitian ini mensintesis penelitian yang sudah ada untuk mengidentifikasi aplikasi AI yang efektif, tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pendidik dan siswa, dan implikasi yang lebih luas untuk reformasi pendidikan. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa AI dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan pengajaran EFL melalui pengalaman belajar yang dipersonalisasi, sistem bimbingan belajar yang cerdas, dan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa, yang meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan kemahiran bahasa. Namun, tantangan seperti pelatihan guru yang tidak memadai, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan masalah etika terkait privasi data harus diatasi untuk memastikan implementasi yang sukses. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya pendekatan yang seimbang yang menggabungkan integrasi AI dengan interaksi manusia dalam praktik pengajaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan profesionalisme bagi para pendidik dan akses yang adil terhadap teknologi untuk semua siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang berkembang tentang AI dalam pendidikan dan memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan pendidik yang ingin meningkatkan pengajaran bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam di Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of parents who marry underage to become parents, explain the form of parenting for parents who marry underage, and analyze the impact of parenting for parents who marry underage on Sasak Muslim families in Central Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological sociological juridical approach. Conducted by interviewing several sources according to the data needed. The results of research conducted on couples who married underage in Sasak Muslim families in Central Lombok Regency parenting patterns are the majority of underage marriage actors have no readiness to become parents, the parenting patterns used are a combination of democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting, and young age and lack of knowledge affect the moral ethics of their children. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapan orang tua yang menikah di bawah umur menjadi orang tua, menjelaskan bentuk pola asuh anak bagi orang tua yang menikah di bawah umur, dan menganalisis dampak pola asuh anak bagi orang tua yang menikah di bawah umur pada keluarga Muslim Sasak di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis fenomenologis. Dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada beberapa narasumber sesuai dengan data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap pasangan yang menikah di bawah umur pada keluarga Muslim Sasak di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah pola pengasuhannya adalah mayoritas pelaku pernikahan di bawah umur belum ada kesiapan untuk menjadi orang tua, pola pengasuhan yang digunakan kombinasi diantaranya pola asuh demokratis, otoriter dan permisif, dan usia yang muda serta minimnya pengetahuan berpengaruh kepada etika moral terhadap anak-anaknya. Kata kunci: Pola asuh anak, menikah di bawah umur.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the marketing strategies used by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ijtihad Danger to attract student interest and the inhibiting factors. The research method used is qualitative research which is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results obtained in the field. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The marketing strategy indicators in this research are: product, price, location, promotion, human resources, physical evidence, process. The results of this research show that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger has a marketing strategy, namely several superior program products including: sending students home, imtaq, memorizing short surahs and congregational Dhuha prayers. The fees offered by madrasas have been adjusted to the educational facilities and services, and are supported by the school's strategic location and adequate physical evidence. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger has carried out quite good promotional activities through brochure media activities and direct visits to the community. The inhibiting factors for the marketing strategy can be seen from internal factors originating from the weaknesses of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger and external factors originating from threats from outside Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger. So, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy carried out by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ijtihad Danger has been said to be quite good in attracting students' interest in going to school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Madrasah, Student Interests Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang digunakan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ijtihad Danger dalam menarik minat siswa dan faktor penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, dengan berusaha mengambarkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawanacara dan dokumentasi. Adapun indikator strategi pemasaran dalam penelitian ini berupa: Produk (product), Harga (price), Lokasi (place), Promosi (promotion), Sumber daya manusia (people), Bukti fisik (physical evidence), Proses (process). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger memiliki strategi dalam melakukan pemasaran yaitu beberapa produk program unggulan diantaranya: menghantar siswa pulang, imtaq, penghapal surah-surah pendek dan Sholat Dhuha Berjamaah. Biaya yang ditawarkan oleh madrasah telah disesuaikan dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan jasa pendidikan, serta didukung oleh lokasi strategis dan bukti fisik sekolah yang cukup memadai. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger telah melakukan kegiatan promosi yang cukup baik melalui kegiatan media brosur dan kunjungan langsung ke masyarakat. Faktor penghambat strategi pemasarannya yaitu dapat dilihat dari faktor internalnya yang berasal dari kelemahan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger dan faktor eksternalnya berasal dari ancaman dari luar Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger. Jadi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Ijtihad Danger sudah dikatakan cukup baik dalam menarik minat siswa untuk sekolah di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-ijtihad Danger.   Kata kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Madrasah, Minat Siswa

Abstract

Although it has not even been 3 years of cooperation, there have been many customers who have completed the murabahah KPR contract at Bank NTB Syariah, which is specifically located in Grand Muslim Housing, Terong Tawah. This research aims to determine the selling price of subsidized houses through a murabahah contract at PT. Sharia NTB Bank. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the location and research information is taken purposively (designated), that is, those who are considered to be related to certain characteristics. The research was conducted at Bank NTB Syariah KC Pejanggik. The informants in this study were the leaders of Bank NTB Syariah KC Pejanggik, employees, and customers of KPR FLPP who made financing at PT Bank NTB Syariah. The research method used in this study consisted of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are arranged through data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that 1). the determination of the subsidized home selling price (FLPP) at PT Bank NTB Syariah is the purchase price plus the profit margin that has been mutually agreed upon between the bank and the customer. 2). Financing products tapak sejahtera iB amanah at PT. Bank NTB Syariah is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 4 of 2000. So it can be stated that in determining the selling price of murabahah products it is in accordance with sharia principles or the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Meskipun belum genap 3 tahun menjalin kerja sama, namun sudah terdapat banyak nasabah yang selesai melakukan akad murabahah KPR di Bank NTB Syariah yang khusus berlokasi di Perumahan Grand Muslim, Terong Tawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan harga jual rumah subsidi melalui akad murabahah pada PT. Bank NTB Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, lokasi dan informasi penelitian diambil secara purposive (ditunjuk), yakni yang dianggap mempunyai sangkut paut dengan karakteristik tertenu. Penelitian dilakukan di Bank NTB Syariah KC Pejanggik. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan Bank NTB Syariah KC Pejanggik, karyawan, dan nasabah KPR FLPP yang melakukan pembiayaan di PT Bank NTB Syariah, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam teknik analisis data disusun melalui koleksi data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (display data), dan kesimpulan (veification). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1). penentuan harga jual rumah subsidi (FLPP) pada PT Bank NTB Syariah adalah harga beli diambah dengan margin keuntungan yang telah disepakati bersama antara pihak bank dan nasabah. 2). Produk Pembiayan tapak sejahtera iB amanah pada PT. Bank NTB Syariah sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI No 4 Tahun 2000. Sehingga bisa disebutkan bahwa dalam penentuan harga jual produk murabahah sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah atau Fatwa DSN-MUI. Kata kunci: Penentuan Harga Jual, akad Murabahah, KPR Subsidi

Abstract

The progression of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly influence higher education. Even though AI tools (Chat GPT, google translate) gives advantages in vocabulary improvement, grammar checking, and independent learning but plagiarism, accuracy and technology addiction is become the core problem issue. This study aimed to explore the perspectives of students in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Teacher Education Program (PGMI) at Institute Agama Islam Latifah Mubarrokiyah (IAILM) on the utilization of AI in English learning. This study used a mixed method design, analyzed quantitatively with descriptive statistics and qualitatively using thematic analysis. Stratified sampling techniques was used to gain sample which amount 44 students across four semesters. Questionnaire with closed and open ended questions were used to collect the data. Closed data item were measured using Likert Scale. The findings reveal that students have basic awareness and surface level experience with AI, mainly using it for vocabulary, translation, and grammar support. In terms of views and attitudes toward AI were moderately positive. It recognizes that the role of AI support language skills and creativity but it can be replaced the role of teachers. In the terms of concerns were also note, especially about plagiarism, inaccurate information, technology addiction, uncritical thinking. Generally, students regards AI as a supportive rather than substitutive tool in language learning. This study highlights the need of conducting AI literacy training at PGMI, integrating technological knowledge with ethical considerations to encourage critical thinking. This findings have practical implications for curriculum design and digital literacy development, particularly in preparing future elementary teachers to integrate AI in English teaching effectively.

Abstract

This study was conducted to design a Public Speaking Handbook for students enrolled at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic school Boarding. The authors employed the R&D (Research and Development) method by adopting the 4-D model. The research instruments were observation, interviews, and surveys. The research participants comprised 29 students, one teacher, and several other lecturers, who were selected using a purposive sampling method. Quantitative data was collected from surveys, while qualitative data was collected from student records and observations. The researchers conducted a needs analysis and a perception survey on the manual among students. The students' perception score was 3.41, which was considered "good." Twenty-nine respondents participated in the pilot study. The experts’ verification and students’ perception results meet the content, design, and format criteria and constitute attractive educational material that reflects students' needs, preferences, and deficiencies. This demonstrates that its development is feasible.

Abstract

Amidst the rapid flow of globalization and digital transformation marked by the presence of machines, robots, and artificial intelligence, the cultural identity of Islamic boarding schools faces new challenges. This research is significant because it examines how Generation Z students at Al-Yasini Islamic Boarding School adapt to the automated world through linguistic strategies, particularly in their use of English as a symbol and tool of distinction. This research aims to understand the practices and meanings behind the linguistic products produced by students in a modern context, and how this process shapes their identity and social position in global society. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies and in-depth interviews with students from the Foreign Language Development Institute, language dormitory mentors, and English teachers. Two theories are used to interpret this phenomenon: Pierre Bourdieu's Cultural Capital, which explains how language becomes a form of symbolic capital in the social structure of Islamic boarding schools, and Jan Nederveen Pieterse's Cultural Hybridization, which highlights how local Islamic boarding school values are reformulated into a global format through English narratives. The results show that Islamic boarding school students not only master language as a technical skill but also produce cultural artifacts such as poetry, speeches, and books in English that combine Islamic values with global expressions. The main findings demonstrate the transformation of the students' identities from local actors to global students capable of negotiating their position in the posthuman world order. The novelty of this research lies in the discovery that Islamic boarding schools, as traditional institutions, can create a foreign language-based educational model that is not assimilative, but rather hybrid, blending local values and global strategies. The theoretical implications enrich the discourse on Islamic boarding school education as a space for the production of cultural capital and a dynamic and reflective field of cultural hybridization towards the future

Abstract

In the digital era, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Duolingo have increasingly been used to support language acquisition. However, students' experiences and attitudes toward these tools remain underexplored in the local academic context. This research aimed to identify both the perceived advantages and disadvantages of AI in English learning. A qualitative narrative method was employed, involving 16 sixth-semester English students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using open-ended questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The findings reveal that students generally perceive AI positively, noting its role in enhancing accessibility, personalized learning, and improvement in key language skills—speaking, writing, reading, and listening. Nevertheless, concerns were raised about over-reliance on technology, reduced classroom interaction, and limited accuracy in context-sensitive tasks. Internet connectivity issues and access restrictions on premium features were also highlighted. The study concludes that while AI offers valuable support in EFL learning, it should be integrated thoughtfully alongside human interaction and traditional pedagogies. These insights can inform educators, institutions, and future researchers in designing balanced, student-centered approaches to AI-assisted language education

Abstract

The temporary closure of the Piyungan Final Disposal Site (TPA) in 2022 due to overcapacity has triggered a severe waste crisis in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Unsightly and malodorous mounds of waste accumulated across various corners of the city, forcing the reopening of a landfill that had originally been slated for closure since 2012. This recurring crisis, which resurfaces every time the Piyungan landfill is shut down, highlights the weaknesses in the waste management system and the low ecological awareness of the community as upstream waste producers. In this context, Javanese local wisdom, such as the philosophy of hamemayu hayuning bawana—which emphasizes harmony between God, humans, and nature—offers a relevant ecological perspective.This article is a qualitative study employing a literature review approach that aims to analyze the waste crisis in Yogyakarta through an ecological interpretation of the Qur'an and examine its connection to Javanese local wisdom. Data analysis was conducted through an interpretive approach and a literary sub-approach to interpret the relational meanings between the text, cultural values, and the reality of the environmental crisis. Abdul Mustaqim's ecological exegesis (tafsir) serves as the primary analytical framework to understand the triadic relationship between God, humans, and nature. The findings indicate that this Javanese philosophy aligns with the ecotheological paradigm in the Qur'an. Developing awareness of the harmonious relationship between God, humans, and nature is essential as part of a sustainable environmental solution, particularly in efforts to address the waste crisis in Yogyakarta. Keywords: Waste Crisis, Yogyakarta, Ecotheology, Abdul Mustaqim, Ecological Interpretation ABSTRAK Penutupan sementara Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) Piyungan pada tahun 2022 akibat kelebihan kapasitas telah memicu krisis sampah yang serius di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Gunungan sampah yang kotor dan berbau menyebar di berbagai sudut kota, memaksa pembukaan kembali TPA yang sejatinya sudah direncanakan tutup sejak 2012. Krisis ini berulang setiap kali TPA Piyungan ditutup, memperlihatkan lemahnya sistem pengelolaan sampah dan rendahnya kesadaran ekologis masyarakat sebagai produsen sampah di bagian hulu. Dalam konteks ini, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Jawa, seperti falsafah hamemayu hayuning bawana yang menekankan keselarasan antara Tuhan, manusia, dan alam, menawarkan perspektif ekologis yang relevan. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yang bertujuan menganalisis krisis sampah di Yogyakarta melalui tafsir ekologis Al-Qur’an serta mengkaji keterkaitannya dengan kearifan lokal Jawa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan interpretatif dan sub pendekatan sastra untuk mengintripretasikan relasi makna antara teks, nilai budaya, dan realitas krisis lingkungan. Tafsir ekologis Abdul Mustaqim menjadi pisau analisis utama untuk memahami relasi triadik Tuhan, manusia, dan alam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa falsafah Jawa tersebut sejalan dengan paradigma ekoteologis dalam Al-Qur’an. Kesadaran terhadap relasi harmonis antara Tuhan, manusia, dan alam perlu dibangun sebagai bagian dari solusi keberlanjutan lingkungan, khususnya dalam upaya mengatasi krisis sampah di Yogyakarta.
