Abstract

Defined there are several problems that often occur and that are the cause of traffic congestion at the intersection of three unsignalized Jalan Raya Sekarpuro - Jalan Raya Ki Ageng Gribig - Jalan Wisnuwadhana Pakis District, Malang Regency The congestion that occurs is caused by long lines of vehicles due to the presence of large vehicles passing through the intersection of three unsignalized Jalan Raya Sekarpuro - Jalan Raya Ki Ageng Gribig - Jalan Wisnuwadhana. The large flow of vehicles passing through the unsignalized triple intersection of Jalan Raya Sekarpuro - Jalan Raya Ki Ageng Gribig - Jalan Wisnuwadhana where the width of the road is not balanced with the traffic flow. The number of activities on the shoulder of the road such as parking vehicles on the shoulder of the road and there are also street vendors that affect the performance at the intersection of three unsignalized Jalan Raya Sekarpuro - Jalan Raya Ki Ageng Gribig - Jalan Wisnuwadhana. From the results of the analysis of existing conditions at the intersection, it is known that the value of vehicle volume in the first week is 11449,5 skr / hour. The performance of the intersection can be seen from the results of data processing using the Indonesian road capacity guidelines PKJI 2014 at the intersection of three unsignalized the highest degree of saturation (DJ) value is in the first week of Monday morning peak hour is 1.0> 0.85, then it is included in the level of service criteria F, namely the state of the flow persists or there is a long queue of vehicles with low capacity, the volume is below capacity and forms a series of vehicles, congestion often occurs and the time is long enough. In extreme circumstances speed and volume can drop to zero.

Abstract

Planning and controlling costs and time on a project is part of construction project management which is very important. If there are project delays or costs that exceed the plan cost, it will affect the implementation of the work. This research case study was selected for the Montfort Seminary Dormitory Structure Construction Project in Malang City. Researchers only analyzed structural work with a duration of 188 calendar days. The researcher's goal is to find out the projected cost and time of completion of the project against the initial planning. The method used is Earned Value Concept using BCWS, BCWP, ACWP indicators. To see the projection of work in this study using Cost Variance with CV and CPI indicators, for Cost estimates using ETC and EAC. As for Time Variance, using SV and SPI indicators and time estimates using EAC and EAS. The projected total cost of completing the project is IDR 2,203,741,880. After the project bidding, the cost amounted to Rp1,844,162,647, and after the implementation, the actual cost or expenditure cost amounted to Rp. 1,809,802,748. With the remaining funds amounting to IDR 34,359,898. The results of the calculation of CPI (Cost Performance Index) until week 27 => 1. The results of the SPI (Schedule Performance Index) calculation up to week 27 =>1 Good and Efficient Cost Performance and Good Schedule Performance with the Schedule according to the Plan and no delays in project construction work.

Abstract

An environmentally sound drainage system as a system that is able to keep a facility, especially roads, dry, and can handle problems such as flooding and puddles on the surface, Jalan Simpang Seputuk is an active crossing that is used but there are several obstacles on the left and right side of the road, namely there are puddles of water when it rains, therefore the use of drainage functions is very important. This research uses a quantitative approach method and with secondary data analysis. The study location is topographically in a low and flat position near the Sesayap river which is the downstream of 2 watersheds namely the Seputuk river and the Rian river, the cost budget plan for excavation of soil, soil backfill and left channel stone masonry starts from STA 4+400 - 8+600 Rp2,067,403,777.00. The budget plan for excavation, backfill and right channel pairs starting from STA 4+400 - 8+600 IDR 1,807,281,377.00. With the results of the total cost of planning the drainage channel STA 4 + 400 - 8 + 600 right and left channels IDR 3,874,685,154.00.

Abstract

Biodegradable plastic or bioplastic is a type of plastic that is environmentally friendly because it decomposes into water and carbon dioxide through bioplastic components. The raw materials for bioplastics come from natural sources that can be recycled and biodegrade, such as cassava peel starch and cellulose. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of bioplastics made from cassava peel starch, rice straw cellulose, and chitosan with varying amounts of glycerol using biodegradation analysis tests. This research focuses on biodegradable plastic using different amounts of glycerol, namely 4 ml, 6 ml, and 8 ml. The best results for bioplastics made from cassava peel starch were found at a content of 38.03%, this was achieved in the 8 ml glycerol variant, for a mixture of starch and cellulose, the best results were obtained in the 6 ml glycerol variant with a content of 61.93%, and for a mixture of starch, cellulose , and the best chitosan results were obtained in the 4 ml glycerol variant with a content of 57.14%. Abstrak Plastik biodegradable atau bioplastik merupakan jenis plastik yang ramah lingkungan karena terurai menjadi air dan karbon dioksida melalui komponen bioplastik, bahan baku bioplastik berasal dari sumber alam yang dapat didaur ulang dan terurai secara biologis, seperti pati kulit singkong dan selulosa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas bioplastik berbahan dasar pati kulit singkong, selulosa jerami padi, dan kitosan dengan jumlah gliserol yang bervariasi menggunakan uji analisis biodegradasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada plastik biodegradasi dengan menggunakan jumlah gliserol yang berbeda yaitu 4 ml, 6 ml, dan 8 ml. Hasil terbaik untuk bioplastik berbahan dasar pati kulit singkong terdapat pada kandungan 38,03% hal ini dicapai pada varian gliserol 8 ml, Untuk campuran pati dan selulosa, hasil terbaik diperoleh pada varian gliserol 6 ml dengan kandungan 61.93%, dan untuk campuran pati, selulosa, dan kitosan hasil terbaik diperoleh pada varian gliserol 4 ml dengan kandungan 57,14%.

Abstract

The research objectives in this study are to determine the characteristics of unsignalized intersections, to determine the performance of unsignalized intersections, and to find the best alternative to solving existing problems at unsignalized intersections. From the results of research and analysis that has been carried out at the intersection of Jl.Gadang Bumiayu - Jl.Rajasa - Jl. Kyai Parseh Jaya Selatan - Jl. Kyai Parseh Utara Malang City, it can be concluded that the flow of vehicles is stable or smooth, good road conditions, no sidewalks, no road markings, no traffic signs. The performance of the intersection Jl. Gadang Bumiayu - Jl. Rajasa - Jl. Kyai Parseh Jaya Selatan - Jl. Kyai Parseh Jaya Utara for the highest traffic volume occurs on Saturdays with the highest traffic volume. The highest traffic volume occurs on Saturdays with the highest total volume occurring in each direction amounting to 3477 skr/hour with a degree of saturation equal to 0.67, so the level of service is C. Which is where the traffic flow conditions are still in a stable state but the motion and speed of the vehicle are controlled. Alternative solutions that can be provided are the installation of no parking signs, the installation of road markings at the intersection of Jalan Gadang Bumiayu so that there is no accumulation of vehicles in the middle of the intersection and there is no intersection in the road marking field.

Abstract

Plastic waste can cause environmental pollution because it does not decompose easily and takes a long time to decompose completely in the soil along with decomposing organisms. Bioplastics can be made to solve the plastic problem. Environmentally friendly plastics such as bioplastics are made from renewable natural raw materials that can be biodegraded such as cellulose and starch. Bacteria can decompose plastic into water and carbon dioxide, thereby reducing inorganic waste pollution, especially plastic. One of the advantages of using natural raw materials in plastic production is that they are renewable natural resources. The raw material used in this research is cassava peel starch, where bioplastics are produced using three different treatments by adding cellulose and glycerol and increasing the volume of glycerol. The bioplastic analysis carried out was a bioplastic solubility test in water. Where the best solubility test results were obtained for bioplastics from cassava peel starch and glycerol when adding 8 ml of glycerol with a value of 41.37%. In bioplastics from cassava peel starch and rice straw cellulose, 6 ml of glycerol is added, namely 31.18%. Meanwhile, bioplastics from cassava peel starch and chitosan include the addition of 4 ml of glycerol, namely 28%. Abstrak Sampah plastik dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan karena tidak mudah terurai dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk terurai sepenuhnya di dalam tanah bersama organisme pembusuknya. Bioplastik dapat dibuat untuk mengatasi masalah plastik. Plastik ramah lingkungan seperti bioplastik terbuat dari bahan baku alami yang terbarukan yang dapat terbiodegradasi seperti selulosa dan pati. Bakteri dapat menguraikan plastik menjadi air dan karbon dioksida, sehingga mengurangi polusi sampah anorganik, terutama plastik. Salah satu keuntungan penggunaan bahan baku alami dalam produksi plastik adalah karena merupakan sumber daya alam yang terbarukan. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pati kulit singkong, dimana bioplastik diproduksi dengan tiga perlakuan berbeda dengan menambahkan selulosa dan gliserol serta meningkatkan volume gliserol. Analisis bioplastik yang dilakukan adalah uji kelarutan bioplastik dalam air. Dimana hasil uji kelarutan terbaik yang diperoleh pada bioplastik dari pati kulit singkong dan gliserol adalah pada penambahan gliserol 8 ml dengan nilai 41,37%. Pada bioplastic dari pati kulit singkong dan selulosa jerami padi adalah pada penambahan gliserol 6 ml yaitu 31,18%. Sedangkan pada bioplastik dari pati kulit singkong dan kitosan adalah pada penambahan gliserol 4 ml yaitu 28%.

Abstract

The participation of stakeholders and the community plays an important role in waste management. Merjosari Park is a beautiful park located close to residential areas, making it one of the most profitable locations in Lowokwaru District. The purpose of this study is to determine the population and waste generation at the Merjosari Village TPS, analyze the TPS and the way waste is transported at the Merjosari District TPS, and determine the transportation link between the TPS and the Supit Urang Landfill. Several conclusions can be drawn from the analysis of the population in Merjosari Subdistrict in 2024 which amounted to 23,085 people and in 2028 increased to 27,005 people based on calculations and planning studies that have been carried out. In Merjosari Village, waste production is estimated to reach 4,432,089 tons per year in 2024 and 5,184,690 tons per year in 2028. Based on the results of the TPS analysis, Merjosari Village requires ten units of fiber bins with a capacity of 0.66 m3, three motorized carts with a capacity of 1.5 m3 for collection, and a compactor fleet with a capacity of 10 m3 per compactor unit for waste transportation in 2024. Twelve fiber bins with a capacity of 0.66 m3 will be available by 2028. Three motorized carts, or 1.5 m3 collection equipment, will be available for use, and one compactor, or 10 m3 capacity, will be used for waste transportation. Tracking of transportation from TPS to landfill shows an average trip time of 4.25 hours per minute.

Abstract

At intersections there is often a conflict between opposing traffic flows and cutting each other off. One of the intersections that has a high level of congestion is the four unsignalized intersection at Jalan Raya Kepuharjo - Jalan Balai Desa Kepuharjo - Jalan Pertamanan Karangploso District Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the performance, and level of service at four unsignalized intersections on Jalan Raya Kepuharjo - Jalan Balai Desa Kepuharjo - Jalan Pertamanan Karangploso District, Malang Regency. This research uses quantitative and descriptive research types that are guided by PKJI 2014. The results of the study obtained the intersection performance obtained the results of the intersection capacity (C) of 26143 skr / hour, with a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.49, intersection delay (T) of 22.76 sec / sr and queuing opportunities that occur are 40.17% - 79.5%. The level of service obtained results of 0.49, with these results obtained the standard level of service type C (stable flow, increasingly limited speed), for the prediction of the level of service in the next five years DS 0.52, for the level of service C (stable flow, increasingly limited speed).

Abstract

Accurate Flood Discharge Plan analysis can help in the process of waterworks planning. Hydrograph is one way to estimate or predict the magnitude of the planned flood discharge in a watershed. Synthetic unit hydrographs can be calculated if daily rainfall data is available. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the planned flood discharge followed by comparing the SCS and gama 1 methods by means of creager in the Kali Konto Kediri Hilir Watershed, Jombang Regency, East Java. The Synthetic Unit Method used in this research is HSS SCS and HSS Gama 1. In the Hydrograph calculation, the rainfall used is 25 years, starting from 1994 - 2018. This study produces a discharge plan for the HSS SCS-CN method with a 2-year return period of 540.4 m^3, a 5-year return period of 681.5 m^3, a 10-year return period of 775.2 m^3, a 25-year return period of 894.3 m^3, a 5-year return period of 983.8 m^3, a 100-year return period of 1074.0 m^3. for the results of the HSS Gama 1 method discharge plan with a 2-year return period of 500.3 m^3, 5-year return period of 631.0 m^3, 10-year return period of 719.6 m^3, 25-year return period of 833.2 m^3, 50-year return period of 918.6 m^3, 100-year return period of 1005.0 m^3. After the results of the discharge plan are obtained, then these two methods will be tested using the Creager Method. In the Creager test, it was confirmed that the HSS method that is suitable for application in the Kali Konto Kediri Hilir watershed is HSS SCS-CN. ABSTRAK Analisis debit banjir rencana yang akurat bisa membantu dalam proses perencaan bangunan air. Tepri hidrograf adalah salah satu cara memeperkirakan atau memprdiksi besarnya debit banjir rencana pada suatu Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Hidrograf satuan sintetis dapat dihitung jika tesedia data curah huajn harian. Tujuan utama diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa debit banjir rencana yang dilanjutkan membandingkan metode SCS dan gama 1 dengan cara creager di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Kali Konto Kediri Hilir, Kabupatn Jombang, Jawa Timur. Metode Satuan Sintetik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah HSS SCS dan HSS Gama 1. Dalam perhitungan Hidrograf, curah hujan yang digunakn sebanyak 25 tahun, mulai dari tahun 1994-2018. Penelitian ini menghasilkan debit rencana untuk metode HSS SCS-CN dengan kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 540,4 , kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 681,5, kala ulang 10 tahun sebesar 775,2 , kala ulang 25 tahun sebesar 894,3 , kala ulang 5o tahun sebesar 983,8 kala ulang 100 tahun sebesar 1074,0 . untuk hasil debit rencana metode HSS Gama 1 dengan kala ulang 2 tahun sebesar 500,3 , kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 631,0, kala ulang 10 tahun sebesar 719,6 , kala ulang 25 tahun sebesar 833,2 , kala ulang 50 tahun sebesar 918,6 , kala ulang 100 tahun sebesar 1005,0 . Setelah didaparakan hasil debit rencana, selanjutnya kedua metode ini akan di uji menggunakan Cara Creager. Dalam pengujian Creager dibutikan bahwa metode HSS yang sesuai untuk di terapkan di DAS Kali Konto Kediri Hilir adalah HSS SCS-CN.

Abstract

Batu City is a city that is the center and has a variety of supporting activities that make the Batu City Square area a place with 24-hour activities. This is because the Batu City square offers facilities that make visitors feel satisfied while in the square, the activities that occur in Batu city not only occur inside the building, but many activities that occur outside the building such as street vendors who carry out trading activities along the sidewalks of the Batu City Square Area. So that the real impact of the misuse of sidewalks by these street vendors causes pedestrians to use the shoulder of the road in the traffic area, this results in traffic flow becoming obstructed and less comfortable, causing the level of safety and comfort of road users to decrease. So it is necessary to analyze the level of service related to pedestrian satisfaction or comfort with the use of the Batu City Square sidewalk. The conclusions that can be drawn include the level of Service (LOS) of the Batu Square Area on the sidewalk with service level f. This level of service is quite good according to the minimum standard of sidewalk planning. The effective width of the existing sidewalk is not sufficient to accommodate the volume and flow of pedestrians in the Batu Square area, so that pedestrians are not free to precede other pedestrians or change the speed of walking.
