Abstract

Road Kalipare-Donomulyo is the access road to the tourist district of Blitar District and also towards the tourist Paths. current road conditions and drainage Kalipare ? Donomulyo much damage because it takes research to identify the damage, plan thick roughness and dimensional proper drainage channels, efficient, as well as optimal in order to working properly. this research aims to know the road repair plan by using the method of NAASRA and drainage improvement plan by using the LOG Method PERSON III. Results in getting from the thick rigid roughness perhitingan Highway Kalipare-Donomulyo STA 0 + 000-1 000 + by using the method of NAASRA, in the rigid kind of roughness can be used is Concrete reinforced with thick layers melted away roughness And 18 cm. The results obtained from the perhitingan on drainage method using LOG PERSON III, i.e. the width of the channel is 0.55 m, channel height of 0.275 m

Abstract

Roughness of a road that has been serving the traffic, will experience changes in road surface roughness and structure entirely. For it to be given an extra layer to be returned has a value of strength, comfort level, security level, the level of kedapan to water and level speed water flows as planned. Factors affecting thick layers of traffic load is added, the performance of the old road roughness, temperature and type of add layer used. The Add method of the thick layers of planning used in the standards work of wiguna village tegalgondo malang is bina marga indonesia method is a modification of the method of AASHTO 1972 Revision 1981 modification aims to penyusain the environment, the basic soil properties and types of layers that are generally in use in indonesia, in this study the author will discuss the planning process calculation of additional roughness layer (overlay) on road works wiguna. The results of the analysis showed a thick layer to the bottom of the Foundation (sub base) 20 cm thick with an aggregate class B, the Foundation (Base course) 15 cm thick with an aggregate class B, the surface layer (surface) 5 cm laston and able to serve traffic for 10 years.

Abstract

In a construction project on building planning, the selection of materials and materials is very necessary. This is so that the building project can run well, with an efficient cost and can be carried out on time and has the strength to bear the burden on the building. The method to be carried out is an important part of project implementation. The important thing is the coefficient in the execution of work at a lower cost. Determination of the coefficient of work implementation must refer to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Steel is a construction material that is resistant to tensile force while concrete is a strong construction material against compressive force. However, of these two materials have different prices, strengths and methods of implementation. Structural analysis in this study uses the staad Pro V8i software to determine internal forces in the structure. In calculating the cost budget analysis used is the analysis of the Ministry of PUPR in 2016. From observations made on the column and beam building construction of the Faculty of Education, University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang which has a building area of ??205.7 m2 and consists of five floors with a height of 23.08 m by using a steel structure WF (Wide Flange) on the existing building with a total planning cost of Rp 766.560.101,24. While the total cost of planning reinforced concrete as a comparison of the steel structure is worth Rp 449,250,345.85. From the results of data analysis that has been done to find a more economical price is reinforced concrete structure with the difference between the two comparisons is Rp. 317.309.755,39. The savings in the cost of planning work for column structures and reinforced concrete beams reached 37% more economical than steel.

Abstract

Retaining wall is an important component of the main building structure for building highways and other environmental related contoured land or land that has a different elevation. Briefly the retaining wall is a wall built to hold the soil mass above the structure or building is created. There are several types of retaining walls are often used in the building construction field include Gravity retaining walls, cantilever retaining walls, retaining walls kontrafort, and retaining walls butters, used in this study is a gravity type retaining wall using stone couple of times. The purpose of this study was to analyze the stability of the rolling force, shear and bearing capacity. The dimensions of the retaining wall are constructed with a length of (b) 17 meters and height (h) = 7.5 meters, base width (B) = 5 meters, normal waterfront condition without earthquake, stability to rolling force = 2.0> 1, 5 (safe), shear force = 2.3> 1.5 (safe), flood water conditions without seismic, stability to bolsters = 2.3> 1.5 (safe), shear force = 2.7> 1 , 5 (safe) and ground support force = 217.94 <qa = 7571,08 (safe). The retaining wall is planned to cost Rp.1.484,629,98 / m3.

Abstract

  Tirto-Joyo Landungsari is a road that connects Dau Subdistrict with Batu District. This road is included in the classification of Local roads (Alternatives), namely roads that are passed by vehicles that are quite large and have a heavy burden. Because frequent heavy-duty vehicles are traversed causing the road to become damaged, the road needs to be repaired or re-rehabilitated. Based on the conditions in the location, the additional layer pavement analysis (overlay) on the beautiful Tirto-Joyo Landungsari road from (sta.0 + 000-sta.0 + 1000) Malang is intended to support the rate of economic growth by increasing the need for transportation facilities that can smooth transportation in the area and the development of the quality and quantity of vehicles that connect Dau Subdistrict with Batu District. In this study, the author will discuss the process of additional layer pavement analysis (overlay) in the Tirto-Joyo Malang road improvement project, as well as explain the methods carried out in an additional layer pavement (overlay). The method used in this study is the Bina Marga Method can be obtained by thick pavement arrangement consisting of a lower base (Sub Base) 18 cm thick with class B aggregate, upper base (Base Course) 20 cm thick with class A aggregate, surface layer (Surface ) 4 cm Laston. This final project report is expected to be useful for the author himself to add knowledge in calculating the thickness of the additional pavement layer (overlay), so that road planning is expected to be able to spur economic growth in the region and in the future the welfare of the community can be lifted.

Abstract

The world of construction competition is getting tighter, because many contractors are competing for jobs. Contractors are required to have a strategy in winning a tender. The financing aspect becomes the center of attention for re-analysis with the aim of seeking savings. This study aims to determine the effect of using value engineering on the wall on material costs and wage costs. This study uses survey techniques, namely in the form of observation data, interviews, and literature studies, the data will be classified into primary data and secondary data. Data sources can be obtained from sources, events or activities, and documents. Analysis of this study uses the PERMEN PU 2016 Malang City. The results of the calculation of the cost of construction materials in the Comparison of Material Costs of Red Brick, Light Brick and Brick making found that the percentage of red brick material costs by 36%, the percentage of light brick material costs by 19%, while the percentage of cost of brick materials is 45%. Analysis for comparison of the amount of wages to be paid, namely the percentage of red brick wage costs of 30%, the percentage of light brick material costs by 40%, while the percentage of the cost of brick materials is 30%. From the calculation data for material costs, lightweight brick is the most economical and economical material compared to red brick and brick making, and for the wage costs of red brick and brick making is the most economical in terms of wage costs. For further research the writer gives advice so that he can add the calculation of the implementation time, the tools used and so on.

Abstract

Malang City is the second largest city in East Java Province with an area of ??110.06 km2, after Surabaya City, with a population of 895,387wawa (2017) with an increase of 3.9% annually. Population growth which continues to increase every year along with the use of transportation which increases every year. With the faster growth of traffic, it must be balanced with an increase in adequate transportation facilities so that the roads do not cause obstacles and congestion. One of the areas affected by traffic growth is at Jalan Sudanco Supriadi, Sukun sub-district, Malang City. The purpose of this study was to find out some important things including characteristics, road capacity, road service level and finally to find out the capacity and level of road service for 5 years. To obtain traffic data, a traffic survey is conducted. Then the data is processed so as to produce (LHR) in the first week is greater than the second week with the first week number of 2782.5smp / hour and the second week of 2740.2 junior / hour, thecapacity C of the intersection of three corners of supriadi in 2018 is amounting to 2578.68 pcu / hour, while the prediction of capacity in the next 5 years is 4481.2smp / hour, the level of road service for the next 5 years F is very low.

Abstract

The development of technology in the era of the moderan brought changes both to the progress in construction and infrastructure development. The use of mild steel in the building of the Faculty of education at the University campus TribhuwanaTunggadewi on roof frame structure has several advantages: light weight, homogeneous material, resistant to termites, stainless, not rotted, and hold against the weather, as well as the installation of a relatife easy and fast. The purpose of the research this time to find out the cost of light steel roof frame structure with a single beam-type structures as well as knowing the method implementation on the cost structure of roof type single beam with light steel roof trunk. The research method used was the real survey methods based on SNI and candy PU. Based on the results of the comparative analysis of srtuktur order of mild steel roof with roof structure type single beam, then the data for light steel roof frame earned Rp 29,470,000.00 While the data for single beam-type structures are obtained at Rp. RP 54.606.000. And the method of implementation for the job order mild steel roof with roof structure type single beam obtained results that structure type single beam easier and quicker and shorter time.

Abstract

The road is an important infrastructure for the community, especially in East Sumba district. But if the road is damaged, there will be a bad impact, such as congestion and the process of economic movement from one area to another becomes slow. Road damage is not only caused by the number of vehicles passing with a load that exceeds capacity but also from the drainage of environmental, climate and road planning factors that are not according to plan. One of the ways that experienced the problems above was Siswondo Parman East Sumba Regency East Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of the flexible pavement thickness analysis research on Siswondo Parman road in East Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province is to calculate the thickness of flexible pavement and drainage dimensions. The pavement analysis method used is the SNI-03-1732-1989 Component Analysis method and the drainage planning method that is used is the Log Person type III method. The data used are primary data obtained directly, namely in the form of physical data on the location of the road and drainage research and the average daily traffic data. While secondary data from the Public Works service in the form of CBR data, rainfall data from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency, traffic growth data from the Transportation Agency. Data processing is adjusted to SNI-03-1732-1989 and Type III Log Person Method. From the results of the planning of the flexible pavement thickness, the thickness of the Laston surface layer is 7.5 cm, the thickness of the foundation layer on laston is 10 cm, and the bottom layer is the grade A 30 cm. Drainage dimensions obtained b = 0.45m and h = 0.22 m.
