In the game industry itself, particularly in Indonesia, the majority of game developers and publishers are copyright holders who are not the creators themselves, often referred to as license holders. The TRIP’S Agreement confirms that Member States may exclude certain types of inventions from patentability and may refuse to grant patents on methodological inventions used on humans, including the granting of patents on inventions in the field of biotechnology applied to humans. Indonesia regulates patent protection for biotechnology in the Patent Law, which emphasizes that patents cannot be granted for inventions of biotechnological processes applied to humans. However, with the development of technology, the use of inventions in the field of biotechnology applied to human genes is considered to have great benefits for mankind. Therefore, this research that uses doctrinal-normative methodology through a statute approach will discuss how the TRIP’s Agreement and the Patent Law in Indonesia regulate patents on biotechnology products applied to human genes and the urgency of granting patent protection to biotechnology inventions applied to humans so that it can be known that granting patents to biotechnology inventions applied to humans is prohibited by Indonesian law but given freedom under international law and further research and comprehensive studies need to be done to deal with future trade liberalization flows.

The type of fintech peer-to-peer lending that has experienced the most growth in Indonesia is a type of financial technology that allows customers to get loans with simple, easy and fast procedures and does not require them to have collateral. But in reality, this fintech presents a very high credit risk. This is due to the efforts of fintech companies. as a coordinator when other financial institutions' standards are not met when evaluating buyers. Consequently, there is a need for preventive legal prescriptions and protection, especially for lenders. This is managed in the Financial Services Authority regulation Number.77.01.2016 regarding the implementation of information technology-based money lending and the Financial Services Authority regulation Number.1.07.2013 regarding Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector. Both of these regulations can be found on the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Lenders have sufficient legal protection thanks to these two POJKs, but additional legal protection is needed, particularly in the area of credit risk reduction.

Changes to the 1945 Constitution have changed the principle of people's sovereignty which was originally fully implemented by the MPR to be implemented according to the Basic Law. All state institutions in the 1945 Constitution became equal and exercised popular sovereignty within the scope of their respective authorities. Another fairly fundamental change is the shift in the power to form laws from the President to the House of Representatives (DPR), and regarding the functions and rights of the DPR institutions and the rights of DPR members. The objectives of this study are 1). To find out how the Indonesian government system is after the Amandemen of the 1945 Constitution.... 2). To find out the extent of the characteristics of the parliamentary system in the government system in Indonesia after the Amendment of the 1945 Constitution. If at first the members of the MPR had agreed that one of the changes to the 1945 Constitution was to strengthen the Presidential system, then with the changes that had occurred, it turned out that it was suspected of making an excess of power in the people's representatives. Some argue that instead of correcting the power that tends to be executive-heavy, what is created is the extreme legislative power. The format of statehood is like "sissy": The Republic is declared presidential, but the "parliamentarian" spirit is very strong. The government system of the Indonesian Presidency after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution can be interpreted as a presidential system of government with a parliamentary sense.
