Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi pada mitra (UD Sumber Rejeki) adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang sanitasi makanan pada produksi kerupuk ikan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari kondisi peralatan yang digunakan dalam produksi kerupuk ikan yang belum sepenuhnya dipisahkan antara peralatan proses produksi dan peralatan rumah tangga. Kurangnya pengetahuan mitra juga ditunjukkan pada saat proses produksi belum menggunakan baju produksi (apron), topi koki, dan dalam produksi kerupuk ikan belum memenuhi kaidah atau pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan meningkatkan sanitasi makanan pada produksi kerupuk ikan sesuai dengan kaidah CPPOB. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan edukasi tentang penerapan dan peningkatan sanitasi serta penggunaan peralatan yang sesuai dengan kaidah CPPOB. Metode lainnya adalah membantu pengadaan baju produksi (apron), topi koki, booklet yang berisikan sanitasi diri, bahan baku, peralatan, dan sanitasi ruangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra sangat antusias dalam menerima materi yang disampaikan dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan dan meningkatkan sanitasi serta penggunaan peralatan sesuai dengan kaidah CPPOB, adanya baju produksi (apron), topi koki, masker, tempat sampah, dan booklet. Kata kunci: CPPOB, Manajemen produksi, Produksi kerupuk ikan, Sanitasi, UD sumber rejeki ABSTRACT The problem that occurs to partner (UD Sumber Rejeki) is the lack of knowledge about food sanitation in fish crackers production. This can be seen from the condition of the equipment used in the production of fish crackers that has not been completely separated between the production process equipment and household appliances. The lack of knowledge of partner is also shown when the production process does not use apron, chef’s hat, and fish crackers production does not meet the rules for CPPOB. This aims to implement and improve food sanitation in fish crackers production in accordance with CPPOB principles. The method used in this activity is to conduct socialization, mentoring, and counseling on the implementation and improvement of sanitation and the use of equipment in according with CPPOB principles. Another method is to help procure apron, chef’s hat, booklets containing personal sanitation, raw materials, equipment, and room sanitation. The results of this activity is that the partner is very enthusiastic in receiving the material presented and is committed to implementing and improving sanitation and the use of equipment in accordance with CPPOB principles, the existence of apron, chef’s hat, masks, trash bins, and booklets. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya membuat catatan atau laporan keuangan usaha dan melalui pelatihan memberikan ketrampilan bagi Mitra untuk memembuat laporan keuangan dengan mudah, efisien dan efektif dengan bantuan aplikasi BukuKas. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini metode kegiatan yang dipilih adalah ceramah dan praktik serta diskusi secara online menggunakan google meet. Hasil pre dan post test menunjukkan ada peningkatan pemahaman bagi sebagian besar peserta khususnya mitra UMKM mengenai penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas untuk membuat laporan keuangan. Dari 11 pernyataan kuisioner (benar – salah) yang dijawab oleh mitra terdapat 90% pernyataan yang telah dijawab dengan benar oleh kelima mitra (UMKM) dan 81,82% pernyataan yang telah dijawab dengan benar oleh sebagian besar peserta (baik dari UMKM maupun non-UMKM). Rata-rata jawaban mitra (UMKM) atas pertanyaan umum terkait penyelenggaraan kegiatan secara keseluruhan adalah 4,73. Artinya sebagian besar mitra menganggap bahwa topik, bahan/materi, bentuk kegiatan menarik, dan penyampaian materi jelas. Selain itu mitra juga menganggap kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan mereka mengharapkan ada kegiatan lanjutan dengan topik yang berbeda. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Laporan keuangan, Aplikasi, BukuKas, Usaha ABSTRACT This community service activity is intended to provide an understanding of the importance of making business financial records or reports and through training provide skills for participants to make financial reports easily, efficiently and effectively with the help of the BukuKas application. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the activity method chosen was lectures and practices as well as online discussions using google meet. The results of the pre and post tests showed an increase in understanding for most of the participants, especially entrepreneurs, regarding the use of the BukuKas application for making financial reports. Based on total 11 statements in questionnaire (true - false) that were answered by the participants, there were 90% of the statements that were answered correctly by the five participants and 81.82% of the statements that were answered correctly by the majority of participants (both from entrepreneurs nd non-entrepreneurs). The average response rate of participants to general questions related to the implementation of activities as a whole was 4.73. This means that most participants think that the topic, material / material, form of activity is interesting, and the delivery of the material is clear. In addition, participants also considered this activity very useful and they hoped that there would be follow-up activities with different topics. Abstract

The problem that will be raised in the community service program for the Extraordinary Conditions in 2020 is the management of tourist destinations that can increase community income during the Covid-19 pandemic in Tanjung Limau Village, Muara Badak District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Despite the pandemic condition, the management of tourist destinations is still being carried out so that it can attract the outside community to visit Tanjung Limau Village. It is hoped that tourists can continue to increase in making visits to the tourist destinations of Jingga Beach and Panrita Lopi Beach, Tanjung Limau. Through community service programs in the management of Panrita Lopi Beach tourist destinations, awareness of the community is managed professionally. The population always strives to increase the income of the people around the coast of Tanjung Limau Village, also makes the beaches beautiful and clean so that they can attract people to visit the beach and other tours in Tanjung Limau village The method of community service programs implemented in Tanjung Limau Village is to coordinate and discuss with village officials and community leaders in the village both online and by engaging. After that, it was agreed to make several tourism management activities. Among them is making promotional videos through YouTube. The videos are taken from various tourist attractions that are busy being visited, namely Panrita Lopi Beach and Jingga Beach. Other activities include cleaning and beach services, as well as making educational posters to maintain cleanliness around the beach. The first conclusion is to increase regional income or the people of Tanjung Limau Village, the community dies on a visit to a beach tourism destination professionally in order to be able to attract local and domestic tourists to visit Tanjung Limau Village. The trick is to visit a tourist spot that is busy, namely Panrita Lopi Beach through social media, namely YouTube. Second, to increase the number of visitors at Jingga and Panrita Lopi Beaches, the beach location is tidied up and cleaned so that it is clean, orderly, and beautiful. Third, so that beach visitors in Tanjung Limau Village do not litter, then cleanliness education is carried out around the beach. The education is in the form of posters and videos of the implementation of the garbage disposal in the place. The video will be uploaded via YouTube social media so that potential visitors and beach visitors can see it. Abstract

Kondisi masyarakat mengalami risiko kesehatan serius akibat pandemi Covid-19. Ditambah pelaksanaan PSBB yang juga berdampak bagi kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, keadaan ini mendorong maraknya aktivitas bercocok tanam di pekarangan rumah, termasuk aneka tanaman obat. Kebutuhan tanaman ini memang mengalami peningkatan signifikan sebagai asupan untuk meningkatkan imunitas sehingga menjadi peluang ekonomi masyarakat. Pengolahan jamu herbal dapat memberikan nilai tambah tanaman obat tersebut. Akan tetapi, masyarakat di lokasi sasaran banyak yang belum memiliki kemampuan pengolahan produk berdaya simpan lama seperti jamu herbal. Oleh karena itu, solusinya berupa pelatihan dan penyuluhan kesehatan pembuatan jamu herbal. Produk olahan yang diperkenalkan adalah jahe instan dan wedang uwuh. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring disebabkan berlangsungnya PSBB. Kegiatan ini diharapkan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat sasaran yaitu peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat tentang pengolahan secara sederhana jamu herbal yang memberi nilai tambah pangan lokal dan pengetahuan tentang Covid-19 dan pencegahannya. Setelah aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat diberikan, kesimpulan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pengolahan produk jamu herbal. The condition of the community is experiencing severe health risks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, lockdown or large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) implementation also has an impact on people's social and economic. Even though, this situation encourages yard farming activities, including various medicinal plants. The demand of this medicinal plant increased significantly during the pandemic, so that it is an opportunity for people raising economic income. Processing of herbal medicine into products providing added value to these medicinal plants. However, many people in the target locations are unskilled to process products with longer shelf life such as herbal jamu. Therefore, the solution is training and health education in processing herbal jamu. The processed products introduced were instant ginger and wedang uwuh. The method of activities is carried out online due to the ongoing PSBB. This activity is expected to have a positive impact on the target, namely increasing community skills for simple processing of herbal jamu that gives added value to local food and knowledge about Covid-19 and its prevention. After these activities were given, the conclusions indicated that there is an increase in people’s knowledge in processing herbal jamu products. Abstract

Tomat merupakan tanaman andalan di daerah Sipirok. Salah satu kelompok tani yang sering membudidayakannya adalah kelompok tani Dosniroha. Produksi tomat dari kelompok tani ini sangat tinggi namun pendapatan yang peroleh sangat fluktuatif. Pendapatan menjadi sangat tinggi pada saat harga tomat mahal dan mengalami kerugian pada saat harga murah. Salah wtusatu solusi untuk memperkecil kerugian akibat fluktuasi harga adalah mengadopsi inovasi baru seperti manisan tomat kering. Namun inovasi baru tidak selalu disambut baik oleh petani karena patokan untuk menolak atau menerima suatu inovasi adalah pendapatan. Hal ini yang menjadi dasar penulis untuk membuat penelitian tentang perbandingan pendapatan petani yang menjual tomat segar dan manisan tomat kering pada berbagai harga tomat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer (petani tomat, pedagang tomat dan produsen manisan tomat kering) dan data sekunder (instansi terkait). Data kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis usahatani dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diketahui bahwa petani yang menjual tomat segar akan mengalami kerugian jika harga tomat Rp. 3000/kg. Petani memiliki pendapatan yang layak apabila harga tomat lebih dari Rp. 5000/kg. Namun petani pembuat manisan tomat kering memiliki pendapatan yang berbanding terbalik dengan harga tomat. Pendapatan semakin tinggi jika harga tomat semakin rendah. Kata kunci: Tomat, Manisan tomat kering, Pendapatan, Inovasi, Harga ABSTRACT Tomato is one of popular cash crops in Sipirok regency. Donsiroha is one of farmer group which cultivated tomato frequently. This farmer group produced tomato in high volume, while the income they were got is lower. The farmers income is high when the price is good, while the farmers are experiencing loss when the price are lower. Dried tomato candied is one of innovation that could adopted by farmers in order to minimize the loss due to fluctuation value. However, the innovation is not easily adopted by the farmers, it will depend on the income they got from having the innovation. This is the basis of the author to do a research study on the comparison of the income of farmers selling fresh tomatoes and candied dried tomatoes at various prices of tomato. The research was conducted by collecting primary data (farmer, trader dan producer of dried tomato candied) and secondary data (related stakeholder). Data were analyzed by using farm analyst and presenting on tabulation form. Base on the researched that has been conducted, it is indicated that the farmer who sold fresh tomato were experience loss when the price of tomato is 3000/kg. The feasible income for tomato farmers is when the price is 5000/kg. The farmer who produced dried tomato candied getting the income which totally different of tomato price. Abstract

Kompetensi konselor sekolah untuk menemukan pengetahuan baru dalam bimbingan dan konseling disebut kemampuan penelitian. Seorang konselor sekolah di Indonesia sangat paham akan kompetensinya melakukan penelitian. Faktanya, konselor sekolah meneliti tanpa merancang proposal karena memenuhi akreditasi sekolah. Pelatihan konselor sekolah membuat proposal penelitian merupakan salah satu caranya. Metode tersebut menggunakan pemberian informasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan brainstorming dalam merancang proposal penelitian. Proses pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan pelatihan agar guru BK memiliki kemampuan merancang latar belakang, identifikasi masalah, batasan masalah, rumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian, manfaat penelitian, kajian pustaka, kerangka berpikir, dan metode penelitian tindakan di bidangnya. bimbingan dan konseling. Proses mengembangkan metode penelitian dengan menentukan subjek penelitian, menyusun instrumen penelitian, dan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis data. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dapat menggunakan kutipan yang benar dan menyusun bibliografi dengan aplikasi Zotero dengan google scholar. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terdapat fenomena yang dapat diciptakan dalam penelitian bimbingan dan konseling serta mengembangkan kemampuan guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyusun penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Bank proposal penelitian dengan cara online untuk mengumpulkan desain proposal penelitian bimbingan dan konseling. A school counsellor in Indonesia understands well about their competence to do research. The fact is that school counsellors research without designing proposals because they meet school accreditation. School counsellors training to create research proposals is one way. The method uses the provision of information, training, mentoring, and brainstorming in designing research proposals. The process community service through training activity so that guidance and counselling teachers have the ability in designed of background, problem identification, problem boundaries, problem formulation, research objectives, research benefits, literature review, thinking framework, and action research methods in the field of guidance and counselling. Process develop research methods by determining research subjects, compiling research instruments, and knowledge related to validity, reliability, and data analysis. Guidance and counselling teachers can use correct citations and compile a bibliography with the Zotero application with google scholar. The result of community service the activity is that there are phenomena that can be created in guidance and counselling research and develop guidance and counselling teacher ability in drafting action research guidance and counselling. Abstract

Aktivitas masyarakat pada masa pendemi covid-19 dianjurkan untuk mematuhi protokol kesehatan. Tetapi pada kenyataannya bahwa masih terdapat masyarakat yang melakukan aktivitas di luar rumah tanpa menggunakan masker atau menggunakan masker tetapi diletakkan di dagu tanpa menutupi hidung dan telinga. Penggunaan dan penyimpanan masker yang kurang tepat dapat meningkatkan resiko penularan covid-19. Hal inilah yang mendorong tim pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan masker melalui kegiatan pendidikan kesehatan secara khusus pada masyarakat kelompok resiko tinggi seperti anak remaja, ibu hamil, ibu yang memiliki balita serta masyarakat lanjut usia. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang penggunaan masker sebagai bentuk pencegahan penularan covid-19. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 35 orang. Antusias yang tinggi dari peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini dari awal sampai akhir. But in fact, there are still people who carry out activities outside the home without wearing a mask or wearing a mask but are placed on the chin without covering their nose and ears. Inappropriate use and storage of masks can increase the risk of covid-19 transmission. This is what encourages the service team to increase public knowledge about the use of masks through health education activities specifically for high-risk groups such as adolescents, pregnant women, mothers with toddlers and the elderly. This service is to use the Health Education method of using masks as a form of preventing the transmission of covid-19. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 35 people. Abstract

Tahu merupakan salah satu jenis makanan yang dapat dinikmati dan dapat dengan mudah didapatkan oleh semula kalangan masyarakat. Tahu merupakan makanan dengan gizi tinggi. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Bapak Nyoman Gorim. Mitra memiliki usaha produksi tahu. Bapak Nyoman Gorim berasal dari Dusun Banda Desa Saba, Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar. Pada saat ini, terdapat beberapa kendala berupa keterbatasan dalam alat bantu produksi, kemasan produk tahu, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta pemasaran produk. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi mitra, dilakukan pemberdayaan usaha tahu melalui kegiatan secara bertahap dari aspek produksi, manajemen dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi seperti mesin penggiling bahan baku, pelatihan pengemasan, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan sosial media serta pelatihan penggunaan sosial media. Indikator capaian adalah peningkatan 50% jumlah produksi, 50% produk berisi label kemasan dengan melibatkan 2 orang karyawan, mitra mempunyai media sosial facebook dan instagram sebagai media pemasaran, 1 orang anggota dapat mengelola pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan dan 1 orang anggota dapat melakukan pengelolaan terhadap content media sosial. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa adanya peningkatan jumlah produksi sebanyak 60%, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan pemasaran menggunakan media online, terciptanya produk tahu yang lebih ekslusif dengan kemasan dan label yang baru. Tofu is a high nutrient food. The partner in this activity is Mr. Nyoman Gorim. Partners have a tofu production business. Mr. Nyoman Gorim comes from Banda, Saba Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. At this time, there are several obstacles in the form of limitations in production aids, tofu product packaging, lack of financial management, and product marketing. Based on the obstacles faced by partners, tofu business empowerment was carried out through activities in stages, from the aspects of production, management and, marketing. The activity method starts with socialization, provision of equipment as production aids, packaging training, financial management training, social media creation and, social media usage training. The achievement indicator is an increase in the amount of production by up to 50%, 50% of the product contains packaging labels involving 2 employees, partners have social media Facebook and Instagram as marketing media, 1 member can manage financial books and records and 1 member can manage social media content. Based on the results of the evaluation, it was found that there was an increase in the number of production by 60%, an increase in partner knowledge about financial recording and marketing using online media, the creation of more exclusive tofu products with new packaging, and labels. Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk pelatihan yang terdiri atas ceramah dan praktek mengenai proses pengolahan produk instan jahe dan selai kelapa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya kebutuhan masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kesehatan selama masa pandemi covid 19 serta dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui diversifikasi produk olahan guna mengatasi melimpahnya hasil panen perkebunan rakyat di Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan kerjasama dengan Pemerintah Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah guna mempersiapkan masyarakat terutama ibu-ibu PKK dan UMKM di Negeri Amahai Kabupaten Maluku Tengah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan pengolahan produk jahe instan dan selai kelapa memberikan peluang peningkatan pendapatan secara ekonomi, peningkatan ketahanan pangan keluarga serta peningkatan potensi lokal daerah. This service activity was motivated by the high needs of the community in fulfilling health during the Covid 19 pandemic as well as in an effort to increase family food security through diversification of processed products to overcome the abundant yields of smallholder plantations in Amahai Country, Central Maluku Regency. This activity is a collaborative activity with the Amahai State Government of Central Maluku Regency to prepare the community, especially PKK and UMKM women in Amahai State, Central Maluku Regency in improving the family economy. The method of implementing the activities consists of lectures, discussions and training. The results of the training in processing instant ginger and coconut jam products provide opportunities to increase income economically, increase family food security and increase local potential. Abstract

Pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dipedesaan terkhusus pada usaha-usaha pada bidang perikanan budidaya tidak terlepas dari berbagai macam permasalahan baik yang bersifat teknis maupun yang terkait dengan manajemen dan tatakelola usaha. Beberapa permasalahan UKM mitra program PPPUD ini adalah terbatasnya jenis ikan dan kualitas ikan yang dimiliki mitra, ketersediaan pakan yang aman dan cukup, tingginya tingkat kematian dan rendahnya produktivitas kolam yang pada akhirnya mempengaruhi ketersediaan ikan yang di produksi. Permasalahan lainnya dari aspek adalah belum dilakukannya proses perencanaan yang baik, tidak dimilikinya manajemen pengelolaan usaha dan keuangan dan tidak adanya sistem penjaminanm mutu produk dan evaluasi usaha. Metode dalam pemecahan masalah adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan manajemen usaha, manajemen poduksi, manajemen keuangan serta pemasaran. Dalam pelaksaan program dilakukan berbagai praktek secara bersama sesuai dengan tahapan yang direncanakan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa yang terlebih dahulu diberi pembekalan kemampuan sesuai tema program. Hasil yang dicapai adalah UKM mitra telah mengetahui dan dapat melaksanakan metode budidaya ikan secara intensif dan organik, memiliki kualitas ikan yang lebih baik, terjadi peningkatan kemandirian UKM baik dari segi penyediaan benih, proses produksi maupun dalam penyediaan pakan, serta terjadi peningkatan nilai aset dan omset UKM, nilai peningkatan aset 20% dan nilai peningkatan omset 25%. Kata kunci: Budidaya, Ikan, Air Tawar, Wisata, dan Pemancingan ABSTRACT The economic development of the community in the countryside, especially in the aquaculture business, is inseparable from technical, business management and governance problems. SME as the PPUD partner was found has several challenges such as severely limited of fish species groups, quality of the fish, availability of safe and sufficient feed, high mortality rate and low of fish pond’ productivity which affects the availability of fish production. Referring to the business management, several problems were also found such as the SME does not have a good planning yet, lack of business and financial management as well as product quality assurance and evaluation system. To overcome the problems, the team of PPUD conducted several programs namely providing a training in business, production and financial management as well as marketing. The programs were carried through practicing in accordance with the planned stages by involving several students who were already given a training according to the theme of the programs. The results achieved from this program were the SME as the partner of PPUD program, are able to comprehend and carry out intensive and organic fish farming methods and understand how to have better fish quality. Moreover, there is an increasing in SME’s independence such as seed supply, production process and in the supply of feed. The asset value and the SME’s turnover also increases respectively in which it around 20% for the asset value and 25% for the turnover. Keywords: Farming, fish, freshwater, Fishing, park
