Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkanji pengaruh antara green human resources management, environmental uncertainty, green supply chain management, green Innovation, pada environmental performance. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu perusahaan ritel yaitu Informa dan Ace Hardware yang berada di Kota Batam sebagai objek penelitian, metode pengumpulan data didalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan simple random sampling dimana setiap sampel memiliki probabilitas yang sama, pengumpulan sampel ialah dengan penyebaran kuesinoner kepada karyawan Informa dan Ace Hardware secara online maupun secara langsung, Kemudian data tersebut diuji menggunakan SPSS statistics 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa green human resources management dan green Innovation berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap environmental performance. Sedangkan environmental uncertainty, green supply chain management tidak berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap environmental performance. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa variabel environmental uncertainty dan green supply chain management tidak terlalu berpegaruh pada perusahaan ritel untuk meningkatkan environmental performance. Kata Kunci : Green Human Resources Management, Environmental Uncertainty, Green Supply Chain Management, Green Innovation, Environmental Performance. AbstractThis study intends to assess the effect of green human resources management, environmental uncertainty, green supply chain management, green innovation, on environmental performance. In this study using one of the retail companies, namely Informa and Ace Hardware located in Batam City as the object of research, the method of data collection in this study is using a simple random sampling approach where each sample has the same probability, sample collection is by distributing questionnaires to employees. Informa and Ace Hardware online or in person, then the data is tested using SPSS statistics 26. The results of the study prove that green human resources management and green innovation have a significant positive effect on environmental performance. Meanwhile, environmental uncertainty, green supply chain management has no significant positive effect on environmental performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that environmental uncertainty and green supply chain management variables do not have much influence on retail companies to improve environmental performance. Keywords : Green Human Resources Management, Environmental Uncertainty, Green Supply Chain Management, Green Innovation, Environmental Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Piutang Murabahah, Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah Terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Victoria Syariah Periode Tahun 2017-2019. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Victoria Syariah. Sampel penelitan menggunakan 36 sampel yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bulanan Bank Victoria Syariah periode 2017 sampai dengan 2019.  Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu hitung SPSS 25 dan Excel. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Piutang Murabahah, Pembiayaan Mudharabah, dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah Berpengaruh Secara Simultan Terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Victoria Syariah periode 2017 sampai dengan 2019.Sementara untuk piutang murabahah tidak berpengaruh serta tidak signifikan ke arah negative secara parsial terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Victoria Syariah periode 2017 sampai dengan 2019. Sedangkan untuk Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh serta signifikan kearah positif secara parsial terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Bank Victoria Syariah periode 2017 sampai dengan 2019.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras, serta menemukan faktor mana yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba. Adapun besaran sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 140 orang responden, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian, maka dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang terdiri dari daftar pertanyaan untuk mengukur sikap responden terhadap kualitas produk, word of mouth, dan keputusan pembelian. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda melalui bantuan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras. Disamping itu, juga terbukti bahwa adanya peranan word of mouth yang signifikan dalam melihat pengaruhnya pada keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa faktor kualitas produk yang paling dominan atau paling penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian telur ayam ras di Desa Malleleng Kabupaten Bulukumba.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Word of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian.AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and Word of Mouth on the purchasing decision of broiler eggs, and to find out which factors are the most dominant in increasing the purchasing decisions of broiler chicken eggs in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. This research was conducted in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. The sample size used is as many as 140 respondents, with purposive sampling technique. To obtain research data, a questionnaire was distributed consisting of a list of questions to measure respondents' attitudes towards product quality, word of mouth, and purchasing decisions. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that product quality is one of the important factors in influencing the purchase decision of broiler chicken eggs. In addition, it is also proven that there is a significant role of word of mouth in seeing its effect on the decision to purchase broiler eggs. This study also found that the most dominant or most important product quality factor that needs to be considered in improving the purchase decision of broiler eggs in Malleleng Village, Bulukumba Regency. Keywords: Product Quality, Word of Mouth, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji bagaimana dampak dari pemberian intensif dan kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan karyawan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Karebosi Kota Makassar Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 65 orang responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin. Data penelitian akan diukur dengan beberapa tahapan analisis seperti uji uji liniearitas, uji normalitas. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam studi ini diuji menggunakan metode regrsi berganda. Selanjutnya dilkukan uji koefisien determinasi, uji simultan (uji-f), dan uji parsial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial Variabel insentif (X1) dan pelatihan (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Karebosi Makassar. Kata Kunci: Insentif, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan. AbstractThis study aims to analyze and examine how the impact of intensive provision and training activities carried out by employees on improving the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Karebosi Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. This study involved 65 respondents who were determined using the solving formula. Research data will be measured by several stages of analysis, such as the linearity test normality test. The hypotheses proposed in this study were tested using the multiple regression method. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test, simultaneous test (f-test), and partial test (t-test) were carried out. The results showed that simultaneously and partially, the incentive variable (X1) and training (X2) partially had a positive and significant effect on PT employees' performance. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur pengaruh overconfidence, herding, trait anxiety, trait anger, dan self-monitoring terhadap keputusan investasi. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari penyebaran kuesioner survei terhadap 200 responden. Objek yang digunakan adalah seluruh masyarakat di Kota Batam yang melakukan investasi saham. Sampel diambil menggunakan purposive sampling. Analis dan pengujian data melalui regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan overconfidene dan herding berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi saham. Sedangkan Trait anxiety, trait anger, dan self-monitoring tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: overconfidence, herding, trait, self-monitoring, keputusan investasi AbstractThis research aims to analyze and measure the influence of overconfidence, herding, trait anger, trait anxiety, and self-monitoring toward investment decisions. Abstract

AbstractBanking industries, if the role goes well, a country’s economy will improve. Banking is an industry which handles cash, credit and other financial transactions. So were human resources. Company goals or survival of the company, it all depends on the quality of the human resources in there. A leader, other than being able to lead their subordinates, a leader also must be able to empathize too. The aims of this research were to study how Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) will affect Employee’s Job Performance on Banking Industries by using SmartPLS 3.0. Of course, it moderate by Employee’s Emotions and Behavior. Emotions will affect someone performance from doing their task. How the result turns out, it depends on their mood and behavior at that time. Data were collected by spreading questionnaire to those who works on Banking Industries in Batam. Author received 143 respondents in back. Result show significancy and insignificancy between variables. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh decoy effect, endowment effect dan anchoring effect terhadap keputusan pembelian paket Netflix pada masa pandemi di Semarang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah calon konsumen ataupun konsumen netflix pada area semarang dengan jumlah 100 responden. Data primer diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebarkan melalui google form dengan menggunakan metode skala likert dari angka satu hingga lima. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel valid dan reliabel, serta hasil pengujian analisis regresi berganda membuktikan bahwa decoy effect berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian paket Netflix sedangkan endowment effect dan anchoring effect tidak berpengaruh dengan arah negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian paket Netflix.  Kata Kunci: Decoy Effect, Endowment Effect, Anchoring Effect, Keputusan Pembelian, Paket Netflix AbstractThis study aims to examine the effect of the decoy effect, endowment effect and anchoring effect on the decision to purchase Netflix packages during the pandemic in Semarang. The population in this study are potential consumers or netflix consumers in the Semarang area with a total of 100 respondents. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed through google form using the Likert scale method from numbers one to five. The results showed that all variables were valid and reliable, and the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the decoy effect had a significant positive effect on the Netflix package purchase decision, while the endowment effect and anchoring effect had no negative effect on the Netflix package purchase decision. Keywords: Decoy Effect, Endowment Effect, Anchoring Effect, Purchase Decision, Netflix Package

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan internet mendatangkan peluang untuk marketplace mengembangkan bisnisnya. pebisnis dituntut untuk dapat menambahkan strategi yang lebih inovatif lagi agar dapat mempertahankan eksistensi sebuah bisnis. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan strategi E-servicescape yang mencakup lingkungan fisik online.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Aesthetic Appeal, Layout&Fungtional dan Financial Security berpengaruh terhadap Trust. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden kepada pengguna Shopee dengan ketentuan  responden memiliki jenjang pendidikan minimal SMP yang dianggap memahami dan mampu menjawab kuesioner secara objektif dan responden sudah pernah berbelanja di Shopee dengan pertimbangan masih mengingat tampilan Shopee. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan koefisien determinasi yang peneliti olah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.  Dalam penelitian ini, Aesthetci Appeal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Trust sedangkan Layout&Fungtional dan Financial Security berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust.Kata Kunci: Daya Tarik estetika , Tata Letak & Fungsional , Keamanan Keuangan , KepercayaanAbstractThe use of the internet brings opportunities for the marketplace to develop its business. business people are required to be able to add more innovative strategies in order to maintain the existence of a business. One strategy that can be done is to carry out an E-servicescape strategy that includes an online physical environment. This study aims to determine whether Aesthetic Appeal, Layout & Functional and Financial Security have an effect on Trust. This type of research is quantitative by taking as many as 100 respondents to Shopee users with the provision that respondents have a minimum education level of junior high school who are considered to understand and be able to answer questionnaires objectively and respondents have shopped at Shopee with consideration still remembering Shopee's appearance. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability test and the coefficient of determination which the researchers processed using SPSS version 25. In this study, Aesthetic Appeal had a positive and insignificant effect on Trust, while Layout & Functional and Financial Security had a positive and significant effect on Trust.Keywords: Aesthetic Appeal, Layout & Functional, Financial Security, Trust

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior and income on investment decisions of active students at the STIEM Bongaya Makassar Investment Gallery. Collecting data using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sampling method used is Census sampling. The population in this study were 40 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumptions have been tested in the form of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques, path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Test the data hypothesis using Partial Test (t test) and Determination Test (R2 test) with the help of SPSS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Financial Literacy and Financial Behavior have a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions and Income has no effect on Investment Decisions. The results of this study can also be used for researchers and further researchers as well as parties who need it as a source of reference and information related to this research. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior, Income and Investment Decisions

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasional, (2)  pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasional, dan (3) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ASN (BAPENDA) Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 108 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus yakni semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan  kuesionair yang disebar kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Efikasi Diri, Motivasi Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasional AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze (1) the effect of competence on organizational commitment, (2) the effect of self efficacy on organizational Ccommitment, and (3) the effect of work motivation on organizational commitment in Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Semarang. The research population was all ASN in Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Semarang which found 108 people. The sampling technique used a census, where all members of the population are sampled. The method of data collection is to use a questionnaire distributed by respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that (1) Competence had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational commitment.
