Abstract

This study explores the innovative business strategies implemented by tourism industry players in Sanur Beach, Denpasar, focusing on their impact on business sustainability and destination competitiveness. A qualitative approach using case studies and in-depth interviews with 10 purposively selected tourism business owners or managers was employed. Data were also collected through direct observations at the tourist destination and document studies from annual or industry reports. The research identifies the use of digital technologies and sustainability practices as two key strategies to enhance tourist experiences and operational efficiency. Findings show that technologies such as mobile apps, AR/VR, and sustainable resource management, along with empowering local communities, can strengthen competitiveness and ensure long-term business sustainability. However, challenges such as limited resources, privacy concerns, and inadequate regulations to support technological development need to be addressed. The study recommends increased investment in efficient, environmentally friendly technologies and collaboration between the public and private sectors. Future research could explore the impact of integrating social innovation and technology in sustainable tourism, particularly in more remote destinations. Keywords: Innovative Strategy, Business Sustainability, Digital Tourism,

Abstract

Dunia bisnis yang sudah dimasa era globalisasi mengakibatkan persaingan semakin ketat. Kondisi demikian menuntut setiap perusahaan melakukan aktivitasnya secara efektif dan efisien agar tetap memiliki keunggulan daya saing, sehingga kelangsungan perusahaan tetap terjaga. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Aset dan Pertumbuhan Laba terhadap Harga Saham. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor kontruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia pada tahun 2019-2023 sebanyak 15 sampel perusahaan dalam periode 5 tahun yaitu 2019-2023, sehingga jumlah data perusahaan yang diamati sebanyak 75 sampel laporan keuangan yang di peroleh setelah menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Jenis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Total Aset  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Pertumbuhan Laba tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham serta melalui uji simultan secara bersama-sama Total Aset dan Pertumbuhan Laba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.Kata kunci: Total Aset, Pertumbuhan Laba, Harga Saham

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the SMART application and the Public Service Mall as evidence-based policy innovations in Bogor City. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the SMART application simplifies the licensing process through transparency and accountability, while the Public Service Mall improves the efficiency of public services by integrating various services in one location. The discussion highlights the importance of public digital literacy and government support to maximize these services. The study concludes that evidence-based innovation has improved the quality of public services, but challenges such as technology adaptation still need to be addressed.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the metaverse presents new opportunities and challenges for digital marketing. This study explores the potential of marketing within virtual worlds, examining how brands can leverage immersive technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to enhance user engagement and create personalized marketing experiences. Through qualitative research, including in-depth interviews with industry practitioners and platform users, the research identifies key challenges such as high development costs, technological complexity, and consumer skepticism. Despite these obstacles, the metaverse offers significant marketing potential, particularly through gamification, virtual influencers, and brand integration into digital environments. This study contributes to the development of digital marketing theories by providing a deeper understanding of virtual spaces’ impact on consumer behavior and brand interactions. Practical recommendations are made for brands seeking to enter the metaverse, emphasizing incremental approaches and consumer education. Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial technology innovations on investor decision-making, risk perception, and behavioral biases within the context of robo-advisors. Employing a quantitative research design, the study utilized rendom sampling to gather data from 150 consumers using robo-advisor platforms. The research employed path analysis to evaluate direct and indirect effects among the variables. The findings reveal that financial technology innovations significantly impact behavioral biases, which in turn affect investor decision-making. The relationship between financial technology innovations and risk perception, mediated by behavioral biases, was positive but not statistically significant. This suggests that while financial technology empowers investors, it can also amplify cognitive biases, potentially leading to impulsive decisions. The study highlights the need for user-friendly fintech interfaces that educate investors about risks and biases. By addressing the psychological dimensions of fintech usage, stakeholders can enhance investor outcomes and promote responsible investing practices. Future research should explore educational interventions to mitigate biases and improve risk perception among users of financial technology platforms. Keywords: Fintech Innovations, Behavioral Biases, Investor Decision-Making, Risk Perception.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis SWOT untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), dengan studi kasus pada Percetakan Mentari Jaya di Surabaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) serta faktor eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, disarankan penerapan strategi ST (Strengths-Threats) yang memanfaatkan kekuatan perusahaan untuk mengatasi ancaman yang ada di pasar. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing Percetakan Mentari Jaya dalam menghadapi kompetisi yang semakin ketat.Kata Kunci: Analisis SWOT, Strategi Pemasaran, Percetakan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management strategy for tourism village development in Lappa Upang Village, Mare District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi . Indonesia is an archipelagic country that is rich in artistic, cultural and natural diversity. Thus encouraging enormous tourism potential with its uniqueness and characteristics. Along with the dynamics of tourism development, tourism activities are now not only concentrated in big cities. However, it has entered rural areas, as can be seen from the large number of villages that have succeeded in developing their village tourism potential , managed well so that they are able to increase Regional Original Income (PAD). Bone Regency is the largest district in South Sulawesi Province, its area even reaches 4,559 kilometers with a population of 801,775 people, spread across 27 sub-districts. The southern part of the coast, there is Mare District, is on the Poros City road, Bone Regency and Sinjai Regency. Lappa Upang Village, with a population of 1,618 people and an area of 16 km, was formed from three old villages, namely Cenrana, Ula and Sunebba villages which later became one village. Lappa Upang Village has ecotourism potential with natural attractions such as Mount Batu Lotong, Lappa Upang River, and Baruttung Waterfall. Cultural traditions such as the Mabbaruga ritual and typical local culinary delights enrich the attraction. This potential supports the development of the village as a national and international tourist destination. Based on the research results, it was found that Lappa Upang Village has great potential to develop as a tourist destination by utilizing internal strengths and external opportunities. Quadrant I position in the SWOT analysis shows that the village is in a very good situation to implement a development strategy that focuses on growth and development ( Growth and Build ). By implementing the right SO strategy, villages can achieve their long-term goals and improve the welfare of local communities.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism Village,

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk halal menuntut penerapan sistem logistik yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah Islam. Halal logistik bukan sekadar memastikan kehalalan produk dalam proses produksi, tetapi juga menjaga integritas halal sepanjang rantai pasok, termasuk transportasi, penyimpanan, pengemasan, dan distribusi. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan halal logistik pada CV. X sebagai penyedia jasa logistik dengan pendekatan SWOT. Analisis ini mengidentifikasi faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi dalam implementasi halal logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa halal logistik memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dengan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen Muslim serta memperluas pasar. Namun, tantangan dalam standarisasi, biaya implementasi, dan kurangnya pemahaman industri menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, penyedia jasa logistik, dan lembaga sertifikasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan halal logistik.

Abstract

Keputusan calon mahasiswa untuk memilih Perguruan Tinggi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti Kualitas Informasi, Fasilitas, dan Alumni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas informasi, fasilitas, dan alumni terhadap keputusan calon mahasiswa dalam memilih Politeknik WBI. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2019, 2020, dan 2021 sebanyak 396 orang, dengan sampel berfokus pada 123 mahasiswa angkatan 2021. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Kualitas Informasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 0,228 terhadap keputusan memilih (Y), Fasilitas (X2) berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,206, dan Alumni (X3) menunjukkan pengaruh positif sebesar 0,174 terhadap keputusan memilih (Y). Sedangkan, hasil Penelitian secara simultan nilai signifikansi untuk pengaruh Kualitas Informasi (X1), Fasilias  (X2), dan Alumni (X3) secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Meimilih (Y) adalah sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F_hitung sebesar 23.978 > F tabel, sehingga disimpulkan berpengaruh positif signifikan.Keywords: Kualitas Informasi, Fasilitas, Alumni, Keputusan Memilih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of competence and motivation on the work environment and performance at the Makassar City Regional Asset Management Agency.This study took a sample of 70 employees at the Makassar City Regional Asset Management Agency. The results of this study found that Competence did not have a significant effect on ASN performance at the Makassar City BPKAD office. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on ASN performance at the Makassar City BPKAD office. The work environment does not have a significant effect on ASN performance at the Makassar City BPKAD office. The role of the work environment is not significant in moderating the relationship between competence and ASN performance at the Makassar City BPKAD office. The role of the work environment is not significant in moderating the relationship between motivation and ASN performance at the Makassar City BPKAD office.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Work Environment and Performance
