Abstract

The Bina Usaha Bersama cooprative of  KUD Bandung foundation is the committee running the credit-giving service. Credit-giving service operated by this cooperative is very important for the members because they can improve  their prosperous life by this service. Credit facility given by this cooperative not only for helping it’s members, but also for gaining the desired profit called as Surat Hasil Usaha (SHU). SHU is cooperative income received in one year book decreased by cost, reduction, and another obligationThe aim of the study is to examine developments in credit Bina Usaha Bersama of KUD Bandung foundation from 2003 to 2008, to determine earning growth in Bina Usaha Bersama of KUD Bandung foundation from 2003 to 2008, and to determine the effect on profits in Bina Usaha Bersama of KUD Bandung foundation from 2003 to 2008.The methods used in this research are descriptive method and verificative method with quantitative approach. The data type used is secondary data. Whereas analysis method and hypothesis planning used is simple linier regression analysis, Pearson correlative regression analysis, determinasion coefisien, and hypothesis testBased on research, the result from simple linier regression analysis calculation is Y = 5,23 + 0,098 X, it means that regression coefisien is one direction (positive). While the result from Pearson  correlation calculation is 0,385, it means that the correlation between two variables is low an positive (one direction). The result from determination coefisien calculation is 15,603%, it means that credit-giving can influences the profit about 15,603%, an the remain 84,397% influences by other factors which is not studied by the writter, such as cash, or credit stock and reduction. The result from hypothesis test is value of thitung about 0,860 and value of ttabel about 2,776, it means that between credit-giving and profit in Bina Usaha Bersama Cooperative of KUD Bandung Foundation no have significant influence.

Abstract

The Implementation of employee’s welfare programs should be developed based on legal regulations, based on berasaskan fairness and feasibility, and guided by the ability of the company. The goal is to create employee’s discipline. The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of welfare programs. Employee’s discipline and examine the impact of the implementation of welfare programs to discipline employees at the Head Office of PT. Oto Finance Bandung. ……………The method that is used in this research descriptive and quantitative research approaches. The population in this research is 410, and using the propotionate stratified random sampling technique (stratified random sample) in order to obtain 80 employees as sample. Techniques of data collection are using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 12.0 for windows. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….             The results mentioned implementation of employee benefit programs based on the responses of respondents with good results, while the employee disciplinary showed good results. Abstract

In the era of globalization, the competition in the business world becomes very tight. Companies vying to be able to continue to compete and survive in the business world. Each consumer must have had the expectation that the products they buy are able to provide satisfaction for them to be making purchasing decisions. Consumer purchasing decisions of companies to seeds virtual brand still low due to the brand image and quality of seeds that are still unsatisfactory.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions and how big an impact on the brand image itself against purchase decisions on the PT. Prabu Argo Mandiri Bandung and how much influence the quality of products on the purchase decision.The method by which the samples is Simple Random Sampling consists of 80 respondents. The method of analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and verification which is composed of multiple linear regression analysis. Product moment correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination used to measure the level of influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions.The results based on descriptive analysis of brand image variable is in good enough category, variable quality of the product is in the unfavorable category, and the purchase decision variable is in the unfavorable category. The results based on correlation test showed that the brand image is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 68% and the product quality is partially significant effect on purchasing decisions by 13%. Hypothesis test results suggested that the increased purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously influence through brand image and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the basic economic sector in Bekasi and determine the strategy of development of the leading economic sector so that programs and activities and activities can be conducted related to the increase in purchasing power of people. The method used in this research is Located Quotient (LQ) and SWOT analysis. LQ is used to determine the base and non-base sectors whereas the SWOT analysis is used to determine the strategy to be used to increase purchasing power of people. The strategy to increase purchasing power in Bekasi is the development of the leading economic sector with several programs. Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of physical distribution performance and quality of service to the company's image as well as the implications for customer loyalty in the PT Arri Distribusindo Bandung. The results are expected contribute to the development of management science and management especially marketing and consumer behavior. For those of similar companies and practitioners, ir is hoped the results of this study can provide useful information about the importance of physical distribution performance and quality of services, especially on the image of the company, which in num can increase customer loyalty as an evaluation tool. The study was conducted at PT Atri Distribusinda Bandung. Methods of research using survey methods with quantitative research approaches. While the ype of research the form Descriptive Explanation Verificative Research and Research with a time horizon in the form of cross-sectional data that reflects the picture of a state at a given moment. To test the hypothesis of statistical methods of research used path amalysis (path analysis).The test results of research found a significant relationship between the performance of physical distribution service qualin, as well as from the results of the test reveal significant influence of the physical distribution performance and quality of service to the company's image either partially or simultaneously, was also found significant relationship between the performance of the distribution plysical and quality of services to the corporate image that has implications for customer loyalty . Keywords: Performance of physical distribution, service quality, corporate image and customer loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kemampuan karyawan terhadap Keberhasilan usaha di CV UMSKEYBandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif - verifikatif, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus atau sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi pearson, analisis koefisien determinasi dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dengan menggunakan software SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dengan analisis regresi linier berganda adalah sebagai berikut : Keberhasilan usaha = 0.270 + 0.374*(Kepemimpinan) + 1.172*(Kemampuan karyawan) + 14.1 (ε). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Keberhasilan usaha di CV UMSKEYBandung adalah kemampuan karyawan dengan kontribusi 61%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial ability in managing the business very well and encouraged by good science will also serve as sources of labor become a vital object in the implementation of the company. Entrepreneurship as the driving wheel of the company plays an important role in supporting the achievement of business objectives. Entrepreneurial Education and Science is a unity that can not be separated. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing entrepreneurial competence in RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG, to know the success of the RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG, and to test the effect of competence on the success of entrepreneurial businesses in the RM. PADANG ANGKASA, PADALARANG.  The method used in this research is to census descriptive and verification approaches. This study uses explanatory survey research data collection techniques. This was a census study, by taking the entire population as the sample population totaling 48 employees. Techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson product moment correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that entrepreneurial competencies in supporting the success of Business In the calculation of correlation is obtained for (r) = 0.657, the determination coefficient (Kd) = 43.17%, which means Entrepreneurial Competence affect business success is positive and strong. Where as in the calculation of the hypothesis with used t get t value = 5.91, while t table value = 2.013 where t count > t table which means that Ho is rejected, H1 is accepted, based on research by using the t test the two parties with a significant level of 5%, this means that the effect on the Entrepreneurial Competencies of Business Success in RM. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi produk unggulan sektor pertanian tanaman pangan di kabupaten Bekasi dan menentukan strategi pengembangan produk unggulan pertanian tanaman pangan di Kabupaten Bekasi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Scoring (penskalaan) dan analisis SWOT sehingga pada masing-masing kecamatan akan diperoleh hasil komoditas unggulan, andalan atau potensial pada setiap produk sektor pertanian tanaman pangan di kabupaten Bekasi.Berdasarkan metode scoring maka produk unggulan kabupaten bekasi adalah padi yang terdapat di 13 kecamatan, produk andalannya adalah padi juga yang terdapat di 10 kecamatan, sedangkan tanaman palawija sebagai produk andalan.Untuk meningkatkan pengembangan produk unggulan, sektor pertanian tanaman pangan, yang harus dilakukan adalah menentukan strategi pengembangan produk unggulan dengan meningkatkan 8 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peniingkatan suatu produk dari andalan, potensial sampai kepada produk unggulan.

Abstract

The purposes of the research are: (1) to know the idea of place branding, (2) to know the idea of the decision to visit a tourism attraction, (3) to know the influence of place branding upon the decision to visit a tourism attraction. The object of the research is the domestic tourists who visit one of twenty nine tourism attractions in Garut. The method used in this research is verified descriptive. The data source used in this research is primary and secondary. From the total population of 2.442.147 people, the researcher takes the sample of a hundred people. The probability sampling, especially cluster sampling, is a sampling technique that the researcher chooses. The data collection technique is held through interview, observation, questionnaire, and literature study. Abstract

Perkembangan trend fashion yang semakin meningkat, menyebabkan kebutuhan manusia akan barang dan jasa pada bidang fashion semakin meningkat dan bervariasi. Para pelaku bisnis dituntut untuk menyediakan berbagai fashion yang menjadi selera konsumen. Dengan memerhatikan aspek shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement para pelaku bisnis dapat menarik daya tarik konsumen dalam melakukan impulse buying behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement terhadap impulse buying behavior pada masyarakat Kota Bandung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan tipe sampling incidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial, shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap impulse buying behavior, dan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap impulse buying behavior. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement adalah sebesar 55,7%, sisanya sebesar 44,3% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain selain shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: fashion involvement, impulse buying behavior, shopping lifestyle
