Abstract

PT.  KAI (Persero) is a company engaged in the field of document delivery services and other service activities. The method used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative approaches. The sample in this study is to report the income at PT.  KAI (Persero) from 2000 to 2007 for eight years and the statistical test used is the Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation coefficients (Pearson product moment) and the coefficient of determination. Testing this hypothesis using the t test statistics of the parties with α = 0.05. Obtaining the results of the analysis processed by using SPSS version 15.0 for Windows. Based on the 0.951 correlation analysis showed a very strong relationship and the direction (positive) between the maintenance cost of fixed assets and income. Increased maintenance costs of fixed assets, followed by revenue increases. The coefficient of determination amounted to 90.44% indicating the existence of fixed asset maintenance cost analysis of the impact on earnings and the remaining 90.44% 9.56% influenced by other factors such as investment, economic conditions, and other costs.

Abstract

The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Product Innovation To Competitive Advantages (Study Case on Sentra Susu Lembang), under the guidance of Dr. Dwi Raeni Santy. SE., M.Si In running a business course, companies are required to be able to produce a quality product that can be consumed by any among consumers , of course, produce a quality product will affect the competition . Where to produce a quality product means it can gain a competitive advantage .This study aims to determine Entrepreneurial Orientation, Product Innovation  that influences on the Competitive Advantages in the Industrial Center of milk Lembang partially and simultaneously.The method that is used in this research is descriptive method verification. The unit of analysis in this study is Entrepreneurs who are in the Industrial Center of milk Lembang Government in total 35 entrepreneurs. The test statistic that is used is the calculation of Pearson correlation, path analysis, the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing, where the testing is done using the help of IBM SPSS application program 20 for Windows Lisrel.The results showed that Entrepreneurial Orientation in the are in the Industrial Center of milk Lembang significantly Product Innovation as independent variables and Competitive Advantages as dependent variables. In correlation calculations showed a strong relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation with the Competitive Advantages. Entrepreneurial Orientation and the Competitive Advantages have a positive correlation, means that if Entrepreneurial Orientation is good, it will increase Competitive Advantages to be achieved by the Industrial Center of milk Lembang, if the that Entrepreneurial Orientation is not good, it will decrease the Competitive Advantages in the the Industrial Center of milk Lembang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of business succes at Rumah Batik Komar. The result of the study shows that the business succes in this company is still on low level. It is understandable considering that the owner is so uneasy in taking any risk, the raw material for this industry is very expensive, and there is no participation from the government. The methods in this study are descriptive analysis, verification analysis and multiple linear regressions. The result of the study shows that there are some significant connection between Entrepreneurial attitude and the innovation of business success at the Rumah Batik Komar . The technique of determining the data used are the judgmental methods as much as 27 employee. To know the influence of entrepreneurial attitude perceptions and Innovation Process of business succes of p used Statistics analysis i.e. using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and test the hypothesis with trials F and t-test, using the help application programs 20 SPSS for windows. The Results of study showed there was perception influence consumer Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process Rumah Batik Komar. Based on the results of partial test can be seen that Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of in a positive and significant effect business success Summary of the research is the higher the perception of Entrepreneurial attitude and Innovation Process of business success will be increasing. Abstract

Personal selling is face to face interaction with one or more prospective purchase for the purpose of making presentations, answering question, and procuring ordersales. Meanwhile, consumer purchasing decisions as an individual process of selecting, organizing, and interpreting the input information to create a meaningful picture of the world. The aim of this research is to analyzing implementation of personal selling an eyeglasses impact to consumer purchasing decision at Krida Optical Bandung.Research developed by using and survey method. This research also using descriptive and verifikatif methods. Population 600 consumer, and the technique of sample this reseach which using a random sampling with the result that for obtainabl 86 consumer as sample. Technique in collecting data by use of interview, observation, questioners and documentation. The analyze method by use of a correlation of rank spearman, and coefficient of determination, as well as test of t with by use of help SPSS 12.0 for windows.The result of this reseach represent that there are pursuant to comment of respondents of implementation personal selling is enough, same as consume purchasing behaviour is enought. The result of analysis this reseach represent that there are implementation personal selling impacted to consumer purchasing behaviour level relation indicate showing level enough with contribution the impact as much as 26.21%, and the rest as much as 73.79% representing impact by another factors which not analyzed as a inisiator, influence, devider, buyer, user.

Abstract

penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh tentang pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan CV.Putrasoft Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 53.Menggunakan Regresi Berganda dan pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan , dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara simultan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 47,1 % , hal ini menunjukkan kontribusi yang diberikan oleh variabel motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 47,1 %.Kata Kunci : motivasi, kepuasan kerja , kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The method of this research is quantitative description. This research is using primary data and secondary data that get from financial data and non financial data from PT. BTN (persero) Branch Tasikmalaya. To test the hypothesis is used linear regression , and correlation with using program SPSS 15.0 For Windows.Based on the research result , there is an influence between Outsider Funding Resources To Credit Allocation . The two Variables show an very strong correlation at r = 0,891 with posistive correlation value. This mean if Outsider 79,3 % and the rest 20,7 % which is influenced by other factors . While in hypothesis examination using t test, it show t rejected. In conclusion , Outsider Funding Resources gives very high influence on Credit Allocation PT. BTN (Persero) Branch Tasikmalaya.Key word : Outsider Funding Resources, Credit Allocation

Abstract

This study explain the calculation of market risk of VaR (in this case is the risk of equity. The data used in this study are the dominating shares in the telecommunication sector of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research is obtained from the reference source and use secondary data. The observation period is done during three years with daily period. The research methodology used to measure the biggest potential risk (loss) caused by investing in telecommunication stock index is Value at Risk (VaR) approach using Variance-Covariance Method Based on the result of research, ISAT has a higher level of volatility compared to others, thus indicating a higher market risk. Abstract

Secara ideologis, masalah utama yang dihadapi bangsa Indonesia adalah bagaimana membangun sistem ekonomi yang sesuai dengan cita-cita tolong menolong. Pertanyaan ideologis tersebut terjawab bahwa dasar perekonomian yang sesuai dengan cita-cita tolong menolong ialah koperasi. Koperasi mendahulukan keperluan bersama dan menomorduakan kepentingan individual. Oleh karena itu, koperasi harus memiliki fungsi mendidik masyarakat dalam hal mengurus kepentingan bersama. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif karena penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memperoleh jawaban yang terkait dengan pendapat, tanggapan atau persepsi seseorang sehingga pembahasannya harus secara kualitatif atau menggunakan uraian kata-kata. “Penelitian deskriptif mencoba mencari deskripsi yang tepat dan cukup dari semua aktivitas, objek, proses, dan manusia”. (Sulistyo-Basuki, 2010:110). Sifatnya hanya memberikan informasi yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi dari berbagai sumber yakni literatur-literatur, jurnal-jurnal, pendapat para ahli, buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lainnya.Ekonomi kerakyatan merupakan sistem ekonomi yang berbasis pada kekuatan ekonomi rakyat. Dimana ekonomi rakyat sendiri adalah sebagai kegiatan ekonomi atau usaha yang dilakukan oleh rakyat kebanyakan (popular) yang dengan secara swadaya mengelola sumberdaya ekonomi apa saja yang dapat diusahakan dan dikuasainya, yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai Usaha Kecil dan Menegah (UKM). Dalam Pasal 33 UUD 1945, sistem perekonomian yang ditujukan untuk mewujudkan kedaulatan rakyat dalam bidang ekonomi. Selanjutnya oleh Pasal 27 ayat 2 dan Pasal 34, peran negara dalam sistem ekonomi kerakyatan antara lain meliputi lima hal sebagai berikut: (1) mengembangkan koperasi (2) mengembangkan BUMN; (3) memastikan pemanfaatan bumi, air, dan segala kekayaan yang terkandung didalamnya bagi sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran rakyat; (4) memenuhi hak setiap warga negara untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak; (5) memelihara fakir miskin dan anak terlantar.UKM dan Koperasi yang memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, yakni : (a) mempunyai keluwesan (fleksibilitas); (b) memiliki produktivitas tinggi; dan (c) dikelola dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen dan kaidah ekonomi modern, akan mampu melaksanakan Sistem ekonomi kerakyatan, fungsi dan perannya secara optimal dalam perekonomian nasional, sesuai dengan amanat UUD 1945 Pasal 33.Kata Kunci : UKM, Koperasi, Ekonomi Kerakyatan

Dewi Indriani, S.E., M.Sc.This study aims to determine the response of respondents to product differentiation type of contraceptive and condom brand Durex Fiesta, as well as how large the influence of product differentiation and brand image against the decisions of consumers in the purchase of contraceptives type of Durex brand condoms and Fiesta.The research method used is descriptive analysis method and analysis verifikatif. Descriptive analysis method was used to clarify the picture of research variable by using frequency and percentage distribution tables. While the analytical methods used to test the hypothesis verifikatif research using relevant statistical tests.The results obtained can be known to have a strong relationship between product differentiation and brand image with consumers purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously. Factors to consider in the implementation of product differentiation and reinforce brand image is more to know the characteristics and needs of consumers.Keywords: Product differentiation, brand image and consumers decisions

Abstract

PT XL AXIATA,Ltd Bandung (XL) Indonesia is one of the state Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Which Provides PT XL AXIATA services and the largest network in indonesia, Located on Jl Japati No. 1 Bandung. To attract Investors, Indonesian PT XL AXIATA, Ltd Bandung (XL) should pay attention to Earnings Per Share, because it indicates the level of corporate welfare.The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the capital structure, to know the rate of changes of earnings per share, and to know the influence of capital structure to earnings per share at indonesian PT XL AXIATA, Ltd Bandung (XL).This research uses descriptive method with quantitative appriach. Data needed for this research is from financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements of publicly listed companies of 17 years.Results of this study show that capital structure has negative influence on earnings per share, but not significant.
