Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and affective commitment to the performance of the employees of PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh with a total sample of 69 respondents. Primary data were collected by distributing sheets of questions (questionnaire). Analytical equipment used is multiple linear regression method and which is the object of this research is psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, affective commitment, and employee performance at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh. While the sampling is done by census method, which means using the entire population as a source of data or a sample in which the samples were taken are all employees working in PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh. The results showed that simultaneous Fcount > Ftable, thus it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is acceptable and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, it means that psychological empowerment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and affective commitment (X3) significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.812 which shows that there is a strong relationship between the three independent variables with the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh, while the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was obtained 0.660 which illustrates that the three independent variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh at 66.0%.Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Digital Marketing Mix is one of the elements used as a tool for marketing the products toward consumers with an effort to stimulate interest in each consumer to make a purchase. The research is conducted to determine the effect of the application of digital marketing mix to the purchase intention of train user through KAI ACCESS mobile application. This research method is descriptive quantitative. As for the sampling used is probability sampling with simple random sampling type, which the number taken 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research that is, digital marketing mix variable simultaneously influence the variable of purchase intention. The digital marketing mix is positively influential and significant to the variable of buy interest, where the contribution of 93.32%, the rest of 6.7% is the influence of other factors. The conclusion obtained that the factors that influence the purchase intention of train users from the digital marketing mix are Product, Promotion, Price, Person, Process, and Physical Evidence, while Place is not. The advice given to the company is to maintain the elements of the digital marketing mix considered good by consumers. Keywords: digital marketing mix, purchase intention.

Abstract

AbstractLack of utilization of Online Course Information Systems in attracting lecturer‟s interest to use it, whereas the online course is conducted as one effort to improve the quality of lecturer‟s teaching. Online course is expected to fulfill the information needs of students from the lecturer related to lecture material and the occurrence of effective communication between lecturers and students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of information systems online course towards interest of lecturer in teaching and its implications on the quality of the lecturer‟s teaching at the Universitas Komputer Indonesia of Bandung. The method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data by observation, interviews and questionnaire. The unit analysis in this research are UNIKOM permanent lecturers numbering 100 people with students numbering 500 people as the sample. Statistical testing using path analysis with an application program SPSS17.0 for windows.The results showed that the implementation of information systems online lecture in UNIKOM Bandung as a whole is included in good criteria, but the infrastructure indicators still show the less good criteria due to lack of facilities of personal computers and slow internet access for lecturers. Also supported by the bandwidth limitations that have not been sufficient to access simultaneously.As for the variables of lecturer‟s interest included in the moderate category. While the variable quality of the lecturer‟s teaching included in the high category, unless the attraction indicator is less to respond, it is caused by the less interesting material design or materials which uploaded by the lecturer to student. The result of analysis showed that the implementation of online course have a positive and significant impact on the interest and quality of the lecturer‟s teaching. The largest contribution to the quality of lecturer‟s teaching come from lecturer‟s interest. But then the simultaneous influence is more than partial. This means the existence of an online course information system should indeed align with the lecturer‟s desire to create interest as well as lecturer‟s teaching quality.Keywords :Information System, Online Course, Lecturer‟s Interest, Lecturer‟s Teaching Quality

Abstract

 Struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai suatu perusahaan. Dengan memperhatikan kedua aspek tersebut, kita dapat mengetahui pencapaian nilai perusahaan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan struktur modal, kebijakan dividen serta nilai perusahaan dan mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa pooled data yang diperoleh dari laporan  Indonesian Capital Market Directory perusahaan semen yang  terdiri dari data tahun 2002 sampai dengan  2010 dan dikeluarkan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi pearson, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji statistik yang dilakukan, menunjukkan struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Business in this globalization era has became a challenge for every business world to increase their performance and the business’ quality to hold them in a big competition. The way to take over the market share is by depending our customer. Every entrepreneurs are faced with a  harder life challenge in operating their business to survive their company and they can develop their business which has been operated for a longtime. And if this situation is connected with the customer buying behavior , so the company have to pay attention the other environment. The capability  of  spending money make a person feel to have a power. Sometimes the customer doesn’t feel uncertainly with their decision in buying a product and asking for a help from the other person to choose about the product which want to be bought. The research of this study are: (1) to assess the responses of  respondent  regarding RABBANI store environment . (2) to assess the impulsive buying behavior  of Rabbani. (3) to know how big about the impact of store environment toward impulsive buying behavior at RabbaniThe method which is used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with a sample of 100 people who are the  visitors of Rabbani, and using linear regression analysis to determine the mathematical model, the product moment correlation analysis (pearson) for calculating the level of closeness of relationship, determination analysis to  know about the effect. the author use SPSS 13.0 version  for windows to facilitate in the data processing.The results of this research can be found with a  simple linear regression equation is Y = 93.894 + 1.499 X. The correlation between store environment with Impulsive buying behavior is strong and has a positive relationship. The magnitude of store environment impact toward the impulsive buying behavior  is 43.9% and the balance of 56.1% was influenced by the other factors which are not examined by author such as (1)The product price which is demanded, (2) Service quality for the consumer , (3) intense competition in the same business world. Thus the better store environment will increasingly impact on the level of impulsive buying behavior .

Abstract

Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah perubahan harga dari produk perusahaan pertambangan yaitu minyak bumi dan emas. Hal tersebut dapat dipahami karena nilai kapitalisasi pasar sektor ini mencapai 13,9%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh harga minyak bumi dan harga emas terhadap IHSG di BEI. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian verfikatif. Data penelitian menggunakan data bulanan dari tahun 2004 sampai dengan 2015, sedangakan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari harga minyak dan harga emas terhadap IHSG. Kata kunci: harga minyak, harga emas, IHSG

Abstract

Competition in the motorcycle industry in Indonesia increasingly competitive, especially on sales of scooter type motorcycle. Honda CB150R launches motor to distinguish from other motorcycle is a motorcycle that is synonymous with motorcycles male. Of course Honda CB150R launch was intended to change the image of the motorcycle synonymous with women motorcycle motorcycles modified with an image identical motor gallant men. This study aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding product differentiation on Honda CB150R and brand image embedded in the minds of respondents GT Honda that influence purchase decisions on bike Honda CB150R. The population and sample of 70 respondents drawn from a visitor PT. Arimbi amartapura Motor through sampling techniques using slovin approach. Data were collected through questionnaires. The survey method used is descriptive and verification. Data analysis by the method of linear regression analysis using software SPSS for windows. Based on the survey results revealed that in partial product differentiation and brand image significant impact on purchasing decisions as well as the simultaneous differentiation of the product and brand image significant impact on purchasing decisions Honda CB150R on PT. Blackjack 21 industries is a Company which walk in ready made clothes area  Clothing with system sale of retail, konsinyasi and buy to break. Gain strength the quality of brand an product, gain strength its fascination to dribble consumer chosen the product. Managing brand equity can improve excellence compete. In consequence, company owning strong brand earn more grab business exist in comparing company which do not have strong brand, so also conducted by cosmic21 industries Bandung.As for intention of this research is to knowing responder comments concerning brand equity of cosmicat cosmic21 industries Bandung, knowing decision of purchasing of consumer at cosmic 21 industries Bandung, and know the level of brand equity have an effect on to decision of purchasing of consumer at cosmic 21 industries Bandung.Method which is used in this research is descriptive research and verifikatif, while technique withdrawal of sampel use technique of sampel Aksidental is so that obtained by the amount of consumer taken as responder counted 80 one who represent consumer of cosmic 21 industries Bandung, data collecting method the used is observation, interview, kuesioner, documentation study and literature study. Here in after to know brand equity have an effect on to decision of purchasing of consumer at cosmic21 industries Bandung hence  by statistical test by using analysis of regresi linear modestly, where to facilitate data processing of writer use SPSS 13.0 Windows for.From spreading of kuesioner known that brand equity of cosmichave strong so that can form decision of purchasing of consumer. Pursuant to result of examination of statistic got that brand equity have an effect on signifikan to decision of purchasing of consumer with correlation number of r= 0.563. Where level of brand equity have an effect on to decision of purchasing of consumer equal to 31,7 % and the rest equal to 68,3% influenced by other factor which do not in research by writer like that is Brand Image, Brand Extensions and also Product Image.  Keyword : Brand Equity, Decision Purchasing of Consumer

Abstract

Good Government Governance means the government is administered effectively and efficiently by developing performance management. So far the performance management program for Civil Servants is still centralized, so that the potential of local knowledge and culture have not been able to be developed. Performance Appraisal and Talent Management is an integrated part of the Performance Management. The implementation of the Civil Service performance appraisal in the previous years still used DP3 (Daftar Penilaian Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan) which still raises doubts in describing accurately the performance of the Civil Service. DP3 was also said to be less flexible to express special characters that distinguish a profession to other professions, and it was said to be risk of subjectivity. The result of DP3 assessment was never discussed or evaluated collectively to obtain feedback from employees. DP3 has not been able to meet the criteria of assessment for employee performance which compares the results of the accomplishment of tasks with the predetermined standard.The implementation of the performance appraisal of civil servants so far has used DP3 as specified in the Government Regulation No.10 of 1979 It is a list that contains the results of assessment of the accomplishment of Performance of Civil Servants within a period of one year made by authorized Assessors. The assessment covers confidential elements, such as  a) loyalty, b) performance, c) responsibility, d) conformity, e) honesty, f) cooperation, g) initiative, and h) leadership. Leadership is only assessed for Civil Servants who have rank above II/a who have certain position.The implementation of talent  management was performed by national or local staffing agencies which were  directed to ensure the effective and efficient administration of  government and development tasks..The implementation of performance management was aimed at generating Civil Service who are professional, responsible, honest, and righteous through the coaching system implemented based on job performance and career system that focused on performance system. Implementation of performance appraisal, talent management and performance management have not been able to realize the Good Governance. It is reflected from the role of civil servants in providing public service that put themselves as bureaucrat, not as public service  provider.In this study we used Qualitative methods. This research was performed by collecting data through observation and interview to the respondents. Respondents are employees comprising one  Head of Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah / BKDD Ciamis, one Secretary of BKDD Ciamis, four Heads in charge of staffing BKDD Ciamis by the hope that everyone understand clearly about the reality and the conditions of governance, especially the management of the civil servant performance management.
