Abstract

Aim of this study was to determine the method of quantitative sales forecasting for needed raw materials. Population in this study are sales data PD Surabraja in Jamblang West Java from January 2012 to September 2015. This study using purposive sampling and data collection by observation. Data were analyzed using the least squares method. The study found that there are effects sales forecasting on raw materials. This research is relation of  sales forecasting and  real forecasting  are most weak from value of coefficient correlation - 0.0012. This means value of correlation result negative close score 0 so relation of sales forecasting with from least square method to determine raw material method in PD. Surabradja in period of time certaintly for the future. Forcasting SJMBDUS in month of October 2018 as many 14,32 kg.

Abstract

This research is intend to get the empirical evidence of the effect of motivation of work, style of leadership, diciplin of work, to the performance of the accompany volunteers of community (TPM) in Kabupaten Cirebon.The result of this research are expected contibute to improve the management science especially of the human resourches management. For the similar institution and practioners, the research hopely give the usefull information over the motivation of work, style of leadership, dicipline of work, to the performance of the accompany volunteers of community.Survey method and quantitative research used in this research. Path analysis method was used in this research to make the test of check to hypothesis.The result of this research indicated there’s a positive correlation and significantly between the motivation ot work, style of leadership, dicipline of work, toward performance in a manner simultaneously. Whereas in manner partially indicated positively correlation dan significantly between motivation of work to ward performance, style of leadership indecated positively corrlation and significantly toward performance, and dicipline of work indicated positively correlation and significantly toward perfomance. In addition, also in this research come of the fact that motivation of work to form a factor that gives biggest effect if compared to another factor. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel Bandung dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriftif – kausal.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan penelitian sampel berjumlah 63 responden dan menggunakan metode teknik simple random sampling, dimana pengambilan anggota sampel dan populasi diambil secara acak tanpa melihat yang berstrata secara proposional didalam populasi itu dengan metode regresi linier sederhana.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel Bandung. Dari Koefisien Determinasi (R Square) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,510 atau sebesar 51%, artinya nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 51% dan sisanya 49% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Competence, Employee Performance, Human Resources

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lingkungan kerja fisik masih belum memadai seperti kurangnya penerangan dan kurangnya sirkulasi udara sehingga kondisi ruangan kurang memberikan rasa nyaman kepada pegawai dalam bekerja. Selain lingkungan kerja fisik, faktor lain yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai yaitu kurangnya pengembangan kompetensi seperti pendidikan dan latihan, mengikuti seminar-seminar sehingga berdampak pada kurangnya semangat kerja pegawai. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1)Bagaimana  pengaruh penataan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?2)Bagaimana pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?3)Bagaimana  pengaruh penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai?Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan teknik survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil adalah sebanyak 45  orang pegawai.Jumlah sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 45 orang responden. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui beberapa teknik yaitu studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan dan penyebaran angket. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat ditarik suatu simpulan sebagai berikut:1)penataan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.683 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan tinggi, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 46.64%. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa t hitung> t tabelyaitu  t hitung = 7.954 dan t tabel = 1.999. Jadi dari hasil perhitungan ternyata penataan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. 2) Pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.824 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan tinggi, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 67,90%. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui t hitung> t tabel yaitu  t hitung = 9.815 dan t tabel = 1.999. Jadi dari hasil perhitungan ternyata pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. 3) Penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai dengan hasil uji korelasi sebesar 0.91 yang memiliki tingkat hubungan sangat kuat, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 82,81 %. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa korelasi dapat dikatakan signifikan apabila F hitung> F tabel hasil perhitungan diperoleh  Fhitung = 8,65 sedangkan bobot  Ftabel = pada  0.05 dan dk = 45-2-1= 42  diperoleh F tabel 3,22.  Jadi nilai F hitung> dari nilai F tabel. Dengan demikian penataan lingkungan kerja fisik dan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan semangat kerja pegawai. Berarti hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima/teruji kebenarannya. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kompetensi Pegawai, Semangat Kerja

Abstract

An intellectual capacity of an organization's human resources can be seen from its employee's competency quality, organization’s commitment, and assignment control. In an organization or a company, the employee's intellectual capital is very important because it will increase the employee’s performance and can help the company to achieve its aims. The purpose of the research is to analyze intellectual capital’s impacts on employee’s performance at PT. ADV SEKURINDO. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with quantitative approach. The descriptive method is used to find out employee’s intellectual capital and performance The verification method is used to find out the intellectual capital’s impact on the employee’s performance at PT. ADV SEKURINDO. This research is a census of 75 employees as the analysis’ object. The technique of data collection is done by observing, documenting, questioning, and interviewing. The quantitative analysis is done using correlation, double regression, and determination, also testing the hypothesis using SPSS 13 For Windows.The result of the research shows that the intellectual capital is included in good category, but the employee’s performance is in fair category. The result of the research shows that the intellectual capital simultaneously and partially gives significantly impacts (α = 0,05) on the employee's performance which results closeness relation level (0.677) and the impact’s scale is 45.8 %, The employee's performance is determined by the intellectual capital, which consists of competency, organization’s commitment, and assignment control. For the rest, 54.2%, is influenced by other factors. The superior impact on the employee’s performance of the three factors is competency, but the inferior factor is commitment.         Keywords: Intellectual Capital’s, Competency, Organization’s Commitment,        Assignment Control and Employee’s Performance.

Abstract

             Current assets is very important in company especially in its operational activities. Hopefully, with the sale of insurance product that are going to get the optimal benefit for the company in accordance with the desired target. Current assets rotate everyday and from rotation of the bias current assets are expected to repay short – them debt will mature. Base on the above description, hence writer take tittle : “ Analysis of Current Assets and Its Impact on Liquidity Level at PT.  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung”.            The aim of this paper are : (1) To know the development of current assets at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung, (2) To know the development of Liquidity at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung, (3) To determine the impact of current assets to liquidity at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung. The method used in the research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Technique data collecting taken is bibliography study and field. While data analysis using correlation analysis, regression, determination, and test the “t” in processed data by using SPSS 15.0 for Windows.            According to the study authors, show that there are influence between current Assets Turnover on the liquidity. There are levels of closeness of relationship (correlation) between these two variables, namely r = -0.967 with a positive correlation value. The point is that if the current assets turnover increases, liquidity increases, so does the opposite. While the value of determination coefficient of 93.51 % means that the current assets and its impact on liquidity  Level at PT.  PT. Bumi putera Bandungat 93.51 %, 6:49%, rest influence by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords : Current Assets, Liquidity

Abstract

Bandung is a city with a sizable industrial fabric. One of fabrics industry that is Cigondewah Sentra fabrics Bandung, after decades of operation and get the title as the longest fabric sales market in Bandung. The number of entrepreneurs engaged in textile creating a very tight competition among businesses, therefore the necessary attention to the capabilities of Business Networking and Social Media that can improve business performance. This study aims to examine the effects of business networking capabilities and social media have on business performance. “The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification.” In purposive sampling. While collecting the data, the technique used is through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. These results indicate the ability of business networking and social media influence on business performance. Variable social media into variables that have the greatest influence than the variable effort capabilities, namely the social media variables that are in both categories while variable business networking capabilities in a category quite well. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan untuk menentukan strategi pen-ingkatan nilai ekspor Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier berganda dan analisis SWOT. Metode regresi linier berganda untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh ekspor dan impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Sedangkan analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menentukan strategi peningkatan nilai ekspor Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara ekspor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dan terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara impor terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan nilai ekspor Indonesia, yang harus dilakukan adalah diversifikasi produk industri, peningkatan produksi pertanian, perkebunan, eksplorasi sumber daya emas, teknologi tepat guna, modernisasi manejemen, memberikan bantuan promosi dan keringanan pajak bagi eksportir, serta meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kata Kunci : Ekspor, Impor, pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Small Medium Enterprise (SME) able to survive the economic crisis when many firms is unable to survive. Therefore, SME aimed to be foundation of Indonesian economic independency. However, SME is now facing some challenges by implementation of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015 and industrial revolution 4.0. From literature study, the key to answer those challenges is by adopting Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in their business. According to TOE framework, ICT adoption is affected by three factors, those are technological, organizational and environmental context. This research aimed to analyze the affect of technological, organizational and environmental context to ICT adoption in SME. This research use quantitative and explanatory method to understand the causal relationship among the factors observed. This research held in Binongjati center of knitting industry, Bandung. Population in this research is knitting SME im Binongjati that already using ICT in their business activity. The sample of this research is the owner or manager of those SME. This research analyze 97 samples and using convenient sampling method. Data of those samples then analyzed by multiple regression. This study reveal that technological, organizational and environmental context has significant effect on ICT adoption in SME.
