Abstract

This article discusses the WASH Program in Healthcare Facilities initiated by one non-profit organization, the Way Seputih Conservation Foundation (YKWS), in collaboration with the Bandarlampung Health Department. This program is beneficial forpreventing the spread of diseases from water, sanitation, and hygiene facilities, while also serving as a campaign platform for clean and healthy living behaviors in the community. The lack of proper sanitation and sufficient clean water is the root cause of various health problems in society. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach using the strategic readinessmethod, which is part of the Public Policy Analysis study. The results indicate that the strategic readiness of the partnership between the Bandarlampung City Government and the Way Seputih Conservation Foundation (YKWS) demonstrates shared commitment, good coordination, sharing of experiences and expertise, and community participation. Additionally, challenges that need to be addressed include policy and funding issues, the need for monitoring and evaluation systems, sustainable management, and collaboration with relevant parties.

Abstract

Agricultural land is the center of income and food production for the community. This will have a huge impact if agricultural land shrinks every year. This research aims to examine the implementation of sustainable food agricultural land protection policy in Jember Regency, with a special focus on Pakusari Sub-district. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collected primary data through in-depth interviews and field observations. Secondary data was obtained through analyzing policy documents, official reports, and statistical data. The results show that policy implementation in Pakusari Sub-district faces several challenges, including a lack of policy socialization to farmers, limited resources, and conflicts of interest between agricultural businesses and land developers. Nonetheless, the local government is working to increase awareness and compliance with this policy. Key findings from this research include stakeholder engagement, Socialization and Education and Monitoring and Evaluation. Conclusion this research emphasizes the importance of better coordination between the local government, farmer groups and communities in implementing the sustainable food agricultural land protection policy in Jember District.

Abstract

In 2020, the Government issued the SDGs Desa program with 18 goals whose funding is supported by the village fund. The urgency of this research is to find a model of village fund planning and budgeting in accelerating the achievement of the SDGs Desa program in Sumbermulyo Village, Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. The planning and budgeting of the village fund by the Sumbermulyo Village Government is interesting to be researched to formulate a village fund planning and budgeting model based on the acceleration of the SDGs Desa program. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The research data was analyzed to described the used of village fund, the implementation of the SDGs Desa program and formulate a village fund planning and budgeting model in accelerating the achievement of the SDGs Desa program. The result of this study is that the planning and budgeting of the village fund in Sumbermulyo is carried out with a governance centripetal model, in addition to using a technocratic approach to planning and budgeting the village fund because it is also based on the mandate of Permendesa PDTT No.21/2020.

Abstract

This research underlines the problem of the effectiveness of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) Program by the Bandung Regency social service in community empowerment efforts in Bojongkunci Village which aims to find out, analyze and to build scientific propositions regarding these research problems. the research method used is a qualitative method with a grounded theory approach. The results showed that the KUBE program has not provided effective results for related business groups or in empowering the community. The scientific findings of this research underline several important aspects that must be ensured in order for a program to run effectively to achieve the goals set by an organization, which include, understanding the program, the accuracy of program targets, the timeliness of the program, the achievement of program objectives, and real changes that can be reviewed from the existence of concrete evidence regarding community welfare, access to resources and their benefits, critical awareness, participation and social control of the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan upaya Pemerintah Indonesuia dalam meningkatkan tingkat literasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kelembagaan yang berfokus pada dua dimensi yaitu dimensi regulasi dan dimensi tingkat kebijakan. Metode riset menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Penentuan informan dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan dimensi kelembagaan, Pemerintah Indonesia memiliki regulasi yang mengatur sistem pendidikan nasional, perpustakaan, perbukuan, dan bahasa. Kemudian, memiliki program literasi dalam lingkup sekolah, lingkup masyarakat, dan lingkup keluarga. melakukan upaya berupa penyediaan buku baik luring maupun daring. Berdasarkan dimensi tingkat kebijakan literasi, kebijakan-kebijakan literasi di Indonesia sudah mencapai seluruh tingkat literasi. Namun, sayangnya pada tingkat literasi tertinggi, yaitu epistemic, Indonesia belum mencapai secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the public sector drives innovation in state financial management, including implementing digital payment systems. This study aims to analyze the contribution of payment digitization to the efficiency and transparency of public finances in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative through content analysis and case studies, with primary data from interviews and secondary data from policy documents and scientific literature. The study results show that the implementation of Digipay and SP2D Online significantly impacts administrative efficiency, transaction acceleration, and strengthening control. Digitalization also increases transparency through real-time transaction tracking and supports open audits. However, challenges remain regarding interoperability, data security, and human resources. Overall, digitalization is an important strategy in public finance reform. The implications of this research suggest that the success of payment digitalization can serve as a model to accelerate broader state financial governance reforms and encourage the adoption of similar technologies in other public sectors.
