Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

For that purpose, human resource management needs to be directed to the development of human capital, which assumes employees as assets, not costs, for the company. The implication is that management needs to recognize each of its employees in order to maximize their potential and manage it to be a competitive advantage. This is where performance management plays a very important role.

This research aims to get factual and conceptual information about "analysis of the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of the customer's Savings Bank OCBC NISP 360 Marks". The technique used is the technique of observation or survey using a questionnaire (questionnaire) towards Clients Savings Sign 360. A list created by using the Likert scale is structured. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The results of the survey and the results of the data processing is done with SPSS. 14.0 obtained research results of simultaneous service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty) have a relatively strong contribution towards the satisfaction of the customer. Partially variable reliability has a pretty strong contribution towards the satisfaction of the customer with a positive prediction and happens significantly. The variable responsiveness has pretty strong contribution towards customer's satisfaction with the positive prediction and occurs on a si gnifican.

The aims of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample, which makes all employees (40 people in total) are respondents. The result of this study proves that leadership style has an effect on employee performance, it indicates that there are 4 (four) indicators on leadership style that must be maintained which is (1) Credible leader in managing the organization's future, (2) Committed to wages for the good performance on subordinates, (3) Realistically assessing the environmental constraints, and (4) Understand the ability of subordinates. Motivation also affects employee performance, where there are also 3 (three) maintained indicators which is (1) The leader provides real guidance according to work standards, (ii) Providing adequate working facilities and (3) comfortable working atmosphere

The aim of the research is to know influence of yuan exchange and euro to US dollar simultanously or partially. This research used quantitative analyses. Data was formed from January 2015 to November 2015. Data which was analyzed using regression. To examine influence of independen variables using F and t to examine partially.Based on data confirmed output that yuan and euro exchange influenced to US dollar simultanously. This fact based on value of F is 1.341,74, significance level 0,00 lower than 0,05. Yuan exchange influence to US dollar partially. Value of t is 36,261 and significance is 0,00. Euro exchange influence to US dollar partially. Value of t is 23,854 and significance 0,00. That variable influence to US dollar exchange 73,9 % other influenced by other variables.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality indicators on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Bank BNI Pondok Gede Plaza, Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that reliability was dominant than the other service quality indicators in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.

Rationale and Objectives of research : a). To determine the influence of organization commitment and organization communication simultaneously on job performance; b). To determine the effect of organization commitment partially on work performance; c). To determine the effect of organization communication partially on work performance. Research Methods; Methods of research using primary data with questionnaires and observation techniques in the field. Research results / findings; The results showed that organization commitment and organization communication are in a very strong category on employee performance in PT Padma Soode Indonesia. From the results of the simultaneous calculation there is a significant relationship between the variables of organization commitment and organization communication on employee performance in PT Padma Soode Indonesia Bekasi. Conclusions and suggestions; The results of the questionnaire answers employees of PT Padma Soode Indonesia Bekasi on research variables, organization commitment variables (X1), organization communication (X2), and work performance variable (Y) is agreed. Organization communication (X2) has a dominant influence among the other independent variables, it is shown from the t value most of the others in the amount of 8.709 means that organization communication have a positive effect on employee performance, or in other words the higher the organization communication employee performance will be better. Based on the conclusion of the study, to achieve the desired performance of the employees there are some suggestions that can be taken into consideration that the company, further enhanced the company's concern for employees in order to create a strong bond between employees and the company, creating better communication between subordinates and superiors, fair treatment by the management company to the employees, the company should provide a good means of improved communications for both sides, giving equal opportunity to express their ideas and their ideas, conduct an evaluation of the employee's performance and gave strict sanctions if the employee violated the rules

This research is based on competition for the struggle of customers in the banking world, thus demanding banking companies to compete to attract customers by constantly improving the quality of service and competence of employees who are considered as representative banking companies as a form of satisfaction fulfillment to its customers. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Employee Competence to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN), either partially or simultaneously. This research used qualitative method with descriptive research type. Sampling is used with non probability method of incidental sampling. The result of the simultaneous research on the quality of service and the competence of the employees is significant to customer satisfaction, partially the quality of service and employee competency also have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Thus, banks should continue to improve the quality of service and employee competence in order to achieve customer satisfaction and attention to other aspects that add value from customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio, leverage ratio and the ROI of the systematic risk of the food and beverage industry shares the Indonesia Stock Exchange simultaneously. This study is also to determine the effect on the current ratio partially systematic risk, leverage ratios determine the effect on the risk of systematic partially and to determine the effect of ROI on the risk of systematic food and beverage industry shares partially. To analyze the effect of the simultaneous use of multiple regression analysis with F test and to analyze the effect of partially then used simple regression with t test. The data in this analysis are taken as many as 14 food and beverage industry companies by the end of 2015. Based on data analysis showed that variables CR and debt ratio. The results showed that the variables CR, debt ratios and ROI no effect on beta stocks simultaneously. It can be seen calculated F value of 0.475 with a significance of 0.707. Variable CR, debt ratios and ROI affects beta sebear 12.5% stake. CR variable does not affect the partial beta stocks. Thitung of -0.967 and significance of 0.352. These variables may explain the variable rate of 7.2% .Variabel debt ratio also does not affect the partial beta stocks. T value of 0.455 and siginifikansi amounted to 0.657. The variables affecting the stock beta of 1.7% while the rest influenced by other variables that are not included in the model. Variable ROI also does not affect the partial beta stocks. T value of -1.198 and siginifikansi at 0.254. The variables affecting the stock beta of 10.7% while the rest influenced by other variables that are not included in the model.

The research aimed to analyze effect of product and brand image on buying decision partially or simultanously. Research carried out for 3 months from January to March 2016. The questions are structured using Likert Scale with 80 respondents as sample.Based on regression analyze, it concluded that product positive and significant impact on buying decision. Brand image positive and significant impact on buying decision. Product and brand image simultaneously positive and significant on the buying decision.
