Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety and the work environment against work productivity of employees of PT (limited liability company) Rickstar Indonesia. The population used in this research were part of the production of PT (limited liability company) Rickstar Indonesia as many as 50 employees with sampling techniques using simple random sampling and data analysis techniques using analysis multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was influence of occupational health and safety and the work environment against work productivity of employees of PT (limited liability company) Rickstar Indonesia.

Abstract

Nowadays, the increasing need for transportation services has become a basic and major requirement. One of the causes of the increasing need for transportation is the interest to carry out various activities quickly and appropriately. This condition can be seen from the government's support for equitable regional economic growth by opening all access using various transportation modes created. However, in utilizing all these facilities, the public or users of transportation services often have limitations in ordering for various things. Then arose several companies managing transportation services with various facilities either through the services of land transportation, sea transportation, and air transportation services. In an effort to serve the needs of these service users, companies use a variety of media and infrastructure that in turn aims to maximize service and win the competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta simultaneously or partially. The number of samples was 42 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is by using saturation sampling technique. The saturated sample is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as a sample. The results showed that there is both partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction of PT. Rahman Wisata Mandiri Jakarta.

Abstract

This study titled “Analysis of the influences of ROA, PER and EPS on the Stock Prices of PT. Indorama Synthetics,Tbk. The data used in this study were quarterly financial statements of PT. Indorama Synthetics,Tbk, 2009-2012 period. This study used simple and multiple linear regression as data analysis method. The purpose of this study was to determine to what extent ROA, PER and EPS influenced the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Entirely and partially. The results of this study revealed that : (1). ROA, PER and EPS affected the stock price of PT.Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Entirely. (2). ROA influenced the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Partially. (3). PER partially affected the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. And (4).EPS had effect on the stock price of PT. Indorama Synthetics, Tbk. Partially.

Abstract

An effective training program can improve the performance, skills, attitudes and spirit of the organization (Gomez, et al, 2001). The implementation of training and development programs must have various benefits for greater career development for future responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze simultaneously and partially learning and training on the performance of employees of PT. Metiska Farma, causing 84 research respondents. The research sampling technique uses saturated samples, which is all the amount of information used as research samples. Research analysis uses simple analysis and multiple regression with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results showed that there were both simultaneous and partial training and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Metiska Farma.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of salesman characteristic and relationship quality of salesman on outlet trust perception of salesman to increase outlet loyalty. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within PT. Antar Mitra Sembada Bekasi. The samples size of this research is 100 outlets PT. Antar Mitra Sembada Bekasi. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that the salesman characteristic and relationship quality of salesman on outlet trust perception of salesman to increase outlet loyalty. The effect of salesman characteristic on outlet trust perception of salesman are 0,26; The effect relationship quality of salesman on outlet trust perception of salesman are 0,38; and The effect outlet trust perception of salesman on outlet loyalty are 0,43.

Abstract

Loyalty is the willingness of consumer to continue to subscribe at a company in the long run by buying and using goods and services, is repeate dlyreworked and better yet exclusively and voluntarily recommend the company product to others. This study devoted tol analysis influence of price empiricly variable, brand image, product quality to loyality and to known variable that gae. Most dominant influence, which is price,brand image and produk quality to loyalty in jakarta smartphone mobile in jakarta. Collected data method used questioner. Population was student Magister Manajemen UNKRIS. Want to used Samsung smartphone. Sample was 30 respondent with purposive sampling technique. Analysis result with statistic SPSS with double regression linier, Y = 2,453 + 0,250X1 + 0,205X2 + 0,397X3 double regression linier show there are positive influence and significant from price variable, brand image and product quality to loyalty customer smartphone.

Abstract

This study entitled "Influence Analysis of Inflation, Exchange Rate, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Price (Case Study At PT Eratex Djaja, Tbk Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2009 - 2011). In this research use survey research method with correlational and predictive approach. By taking sample that is PT. Eratex Djaja, Tbk Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period of quarter 2009 - 2011. To solve the problem by analyzing and testing the relationship and influence between independent variable to dependent variable used by causalistic model through regression analysis with the help of SPSS 14.0. The result of this research is simultaneously Inflation, Exchange Rate, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have positive and significant influence to Stock Price. Partially that: Inflation gives effect to Stock Price with influence of 44% (strong enough), Exchange Rate gives influence to Share Price with influence of 56% (strong enough), Current Ratio (CR) gives effect to Stock Price with influence equal to 76% (strong) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) give effect to Share Price with influence equal to 71% (strong).

Abstract

This study examines the effect of brand awareness on purchase decisions Aqua brand of bottled water in the community in the city of Bandung. This study aimed to measure the level of brand awareness in the community Aqua in Bandung, analysis of consumer purchasing decisions Aqua, and the influence of brand awareness in this study using a top of mind dimension, brand recall, brand recognition, and consumption on consumer purchasing decisions Aqua. This type of research used in this study was a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The population in this study is a community in the city of Bandung with samples taken 100 respondents. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire distributed to respondents using incidental sampling technique. These results indicate that the level of brand awareness is at its Aqua brand top of mind and included into the category of high and Aqua brand of bottled water purchasing decisions are in high positions. Based on a simple regression test results indicate the brand awareness influence on purchase decisions Aqua brand of bottled water by 70.1%. While based on the coefficient of determination variable brand awareness can influence purchasing decisions by 46.2%.

Abstract

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.
