Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of the role of board of directors, and audit committees, corporate ownership structure and quality audits of income smoothing practices. To identify companies that practice income smoothing using Eckel Index (Eckel, 1981). The effectiveness of the board of directors and audit committee was measured using a score based on the characteristics of independence, activity, number of members and competence (Herman, 2009). The hypothesis was tested using logistic regression study sample consisted of 125 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011. The results show a company owned and controlled by the family have a higher probability to perform income smoothing practices and companies owned by foreigners has more probability low for income smoothing practices. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the information about relationship between independent variables which are training (X1) and motivation (X2) with dependent variable which is employee performance (Y) of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi, both simultaneously and partially. Data collected from 78 employee of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Operating Division randomly using Slovin formula. Then all data was analyzed by using regression and statistical analysis using F-statistic to know the influence of independent variable simultaneously and t-statistic to know the influence of independent variable partially with using SPSS Ver. 22 software. The results of this research shown that: 1). Simultaneously, training and motivation have positive influence and significant to employee performance of PT. Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi. 2). The palm oil industry has the potential to generate significant economic and social development in Indonesia. Palm oil is the second most successful agricultural product in Indonesia after rice, and is the largest agricultural export. <![CDATA[This study aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, financial risk and PER on smoothing earnings (Income Smoothing) on Plantation Industries. The data used is secondary data. The number of companies in this study were four plantation company, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), Gozco Plantations Tbk (GZCO), PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP), PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Techlology, Tbk (SMAR) , with the observation period during the years 2008 to 2014. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that profitability, financial risk, and PER simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). Profitability is partially has a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). Financial risk partially has a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). PER partially have a positive influence and significance of the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to determine how the relationship and influence of competence and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division. The method was used is quantitative statistical method by looking for test of validity and reliability of data, coefficients of correlation and regression either partially or multiple, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Research result; From the results of this research was found that there was a relationship and influence which is significant between competence variables and work spirit to employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division between variables by using the test of F test and t test, where F count was bigger than F table (34.925> 3.2674), and also t count was bigger than t table with a confidence level of 5 % two-sided test and DF = n-2 (38-2 = 36) was obtained t table = 2.028 (t count X1 = 7.434> 2.028 and X2 = 7.364> 2.028). Conclusion: There is a significant influence that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0.666, which means that variable of competence and work spirit of employees contributed as big as 66.6% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg (YIMM) Parts Centre Division, while the remaining 33.4% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, competence is contained in the company would need to be more increased, considering the work spirit of employees is good enough.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aimed to test the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center. The research method used is Explanatory Analysis approach that is explain the causalistic relationship between variables, then test instrument data, and data analysis by using linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test the hypothesis (Test F). The results showed that the motivation, work discipline and employee performance of packaging section PT. Astra Honda Motor Parts Center can be said good.
