Abstract

Indonesia is a country located between three tectonic plates, namely Eurasia, the Pacific and Indo-Australia, which is one of the active plates, so that there is the potential for earthquakes, which are sometimes followed by tsunami disasters. The latest accurate, precise, and trusted earthquake information is needed by all parties. For this reason, a system is needed to inform the latest earthquake so that the impact can be minimized. Departing from open data published by BMKG, which is an earthquake in real time, a push notification system for earthquake information was designed to the Android application using Google Firebase. Push notifications are adjusted for specific areas based on user wishes. When the user is in the vicinity of an earthquake-affected or surrounding area, or the location of an earthquake is in a city that is monitored by the user, the notifications that appear can be alerts. Whereas when the user is in a location that is not affected by an earthquake, the notification that appears is only as information that there is an earthquake in a certain area. After analyzing, designing, implementing and testing using the black box testing method, push notification system functionally produces results that are as expected.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to study the  existence, uniqueness and stability of periodic solutions of some classes for non-linear systems of new Volterra integral equations with singular kernel in two variables by using Riemann integrals.  Furthermore, we investigation the existence, uniqueness and stability of the fundamental tools employed in the analysis are based on applications by depending on the numerical-analytic method for studying the periodic solutions of ordinary differential equations which were introduced by Samoilenko. The study of such nonlinear Volterra integral equations with singular kernel leads us to improve and extend Samoilenko method. Thus the non-linear integral equations with singular kernel that we have introduced in the study become more general and detailed than those introduced by Butris .

Abstract

The process of admitting new students (PPDB) at SMA YAS Bandung is still being carried out offline, where prospective students who will register must come to the registration place to fill out the registration form and bring the necessary requirements. By using this method, errors or data loss often occur which have an impact on the slow performance of the PPDB process. But now, with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, schools must implement PPDB online. The development of computer technology nowadays allows us to develop computer-based information systems. Therefore, to solve the problems at SMA YAS Bandung, a web-based information system for new student admissions is needed. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall model and software testing which is carried out using black-box testing. As a result, this web-based PPDB information system can run effectively and efficiently in helping prospective students to register online and assisting admins in managing prospective student data. The results of this study can be seen from the features of this system running according to predetermined needs.

Abstract

Classification is widely used to determine decisions according to new knowledge gained from processing past data using algorithms. The number of attributes can affect the performance of an algorithm. Several data mining methods that are widely used for classification include the K-Nearest Neighbor and naïve Bayes algorithm. The best algorithm for one data type is not necessarily good for another data type. It is even possible that a good algorithm will be horrendous for other data types. To overcome this issue, this study will analyze the accuracy of the K-Nearest Neighbor and Naïve Bayes algorithms for the classification of breast cancer. So that patients with existing parameters can be predicted which are malignant and benign breast cancer. This pattern can be used as a diagnostic measure so that the cancer can be detected earlier and is expected to reduce the mortality rate from breast cancer.

Abstract

The greater growth of electricity consumption, especially for high voltage consumers, it is important for PLN to know the effect of the current transformer (CT) error ratio in the accuracy of the kwh of electricity transactions, by researching the error ratio of CT 400/1 and 800/1 R, S, and T phase. When the contracted power of 120 MVA can be used CT class 0.2s ratio 400/1 and 800/1 ratio, when using CT class 0.2s ratio 400/1 then the kwh meter can be set according to the CT ratio that is the ratio 400/1 because CT ratio 400/1 has a negative error ratio at loads below 73.59%, and positive error ratio at loads over 73.59% up to 100% load, and` when using CT class 0.2s ratio 800/1 then the kwh meter can set a CT ratio of 800 / 0.98 because CT ratio 800/1 has a positive error ratio of 0.02% from 1% load to 100% load, so that it does not harm the customer as a positive CT ratio error tolerance . This needs to be done in order to create justice between PLN and high voltage consumers in the calculation of kwh transactions. Abstract

Light is energy lighting that can be used to transmit data and can reduce the use of the access point for local access in a building. The purpose of this paper is to implement technology Light Fidelity (Li-Fi) on the school library. Li-Fi has a very high potential in generating the connection data delivery fast. Li-Fi is even referred to as a technology that is better or superior than Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity). This is due to the broad scope of the installation is wider than Wi-Fi as well as the speed of sending data that far exceeds the Wi-Fi.  Wi-Fi uses radio waves as a mediator while Li-Fi uses light as a mediator to transmit data. For installation its own Li-Fi using tools such as server, lamp driver, Li-Fi dongle, as well as the device to be connected, such as computers, smartphones, and tablets.
