Abstract

According to WHO (World Health Organization) data, every 2 minutes a woman dies. In Indonesia alone, 40 - 45 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer every day. Of those diagnosed, around 20-25 die from cervical cancer. About 95% more cervical cancer is caused by infection with the HPV virus or the human papilloma virus and an estimated death rate reaches 270,000 deaths each year. Cervical cancer occupies the third rank type of cancer in the world after breast and lung cancer, because the symptoms are not very visible at an early stage, so it is referred to as "Silent Killer". Based on the data and cases above, the latest technology that is able to detect cervical cancer in order to speed up the detection process for someone to be quickly treated is an artificial intelligence application that serves to detect whether someone should run 4 cervical cancer testing techniques, namely Hinselmann, Schiller, Citology, and biopsy with K-nearest neighbors algorithm and Naive Bayes classifier is one of the latest technologies that can facilitate the work of a doctor and speed up the process of detecting someone whether to run 4 testing techniques or not. The correct amount of data classified by the K-Nearest Neighbors method is 558 data from 858 data. The classification accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method is 84.7%. The correct amount of data classified by the Naïve Bayes method is 558 data from 858 data. The classification accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method is 84%.

Abstract

Decision support system is growing and getting a lot of attention from researchers and practitioners to help evaluate and rank several industrial sectors. Previous researches have implemented a decision support system in various industries, such as the clinical industry, human resources, and others. However, evaluation of the measurement of the implementation level does not yet exist in the implementation of the non-smoking area and tobacco advertisements, promotional, and sponsor ban. To control active smokers, regional governments are supported by the central government issuing regional regulations about Non- Smoking Area and Tobacco Advertising, Promotion and Sponsoring (TAPS). This paper aims to measure the level of implementation of non-smoking area and tobacco advertisements, promotional, and sponsor ban. This study using the integrated survey simple additive weighting method. Integrated survey simple additive weighting is collecting survey data that is integrated with each region and calculates survey results by looking for weighted sums of rating indicators for each alternative on all attributes.

Abstract

Government & Enterprise Service (GES) Unit serves and manages corporate and government customers. In achieving its goals, GES Unit needs to maintain quality employees by evaluating their employees because employee performance can affect customer satisfaction. They use Excel as an assessment process by having several criteria. However, this process is not effective and allows subjectivity, so that may cause errors in judgment and make the process of determining employee contract renewals quite complicated. A decision support system is needed which can help in managing the assessment of the contract employees. The TOPSIS method will be used because It tends to be more superior and often used in multi-criteria decision making so it can be able to find the best option to evaluate several alternatives. Of the five employees, only the A2 is not extended for the contract period. With this system, the process of determining employee contract extensions becomes more efficient.

Abstract

In competition in the business world, it is necessary to find the right strategy that can be used in sales optimization. One strategy used in optimization is to determine the layout of the goods and keep the stock of goods available. Factors that influence the needs of market analysis is the level of frequency of consumers in buying an item. The number of transactions and data recording activities that still use the manual system, increasingly piling up only into expenditure and income records without any further processing. The method used in this analysis is the Apriori Algorithm which is commonly used in transaction data or commonly called Market Basket Analysis. Apriori algorithm is a type of association rule that can find a combination of items using two benchmarks, namely support and confidence. The concept of this association rule is to collect sales transaction data which will then be carried out by the mining process by determining the value of support and the value of trust. The results of this study can facilitate companies to increase sales turnover which refers to the results of processing sales transaction data using the Apriori Algorithm.

Abstract

Currently, most of the building leasing is done manually; that is, the activities from ordering to leasing must be done at the office where the building is leased. In the ordering process, the clerk records all the ordering data in the book. The problem that often occurs is that office staff need time to view customer data and see the building schedule used. The second problem occurs to consumers. Consumers have to come to the office to see the building and place an order, so it takes a long time; with this problem, a building rental information system is needed to make it easier for the community. The method used in designing this information system uses the prototype method and software testing using a black box with the help of maze design for testing correspondents; with the design of this building, the rental information system can run effectively and efficiently and help people find and rent buildings. The result of this research is that the building rental information system design can be designed with a prototype method supported by creating a user interface from the proposed application.
