Abstract

In general, every company is required to always strive to create a sustainable competitive advantage lot emergence of new competitors, and the company should be more responsive to the opportunities that clicking profitable and also have to know and learn everything related to the market and consumers, especially to keep survive in a competitive competition. Thus, competition between brands of each product will be sharp in win consumers. Based on the research results of the analysis in this study several conclusions can be made as follows. Based on the results of the study found that the influence on purchase decisions bottled water brand products sedudo on bottled water sellers sedudo brand in Nganjuk. Based on the research results that the overall variable advertising, sales promotion and relationship the purchase of bottled water products on the seller sedudo brand bottled water sedudo brand in Nganjuk.

Abstract

Revenues are inflows of wealth from the company's activities selling goods and services in a given period, which resulted in the increase of capital which is not derived from the contribution of capital investment.All people of all ages, social status, economic and culture certainly never heard of the word income in indonesia there are quite a lot of termonologi are associated with income.Price and quality plays an important role in communicating increased the income of the farmers in the village, especially red onion Mojorembun, kecamtan Rejoso, Nganjuk Regency. This type of research using the method of causal research is research that is the nature of the causal relationship.In this study the number of samples taken as many as 53 people respondents.The source of the data in this study using questionnaire (question form) and the study of librarianship. The analysis of the data used in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. Testing hypotheses by performing statistical tests t (partial) for testing partially and statistical tests F (simultaneous) for testing simultaneously.Results of the study concluded that the prices and quality of influential simultaneous or partially to increased farmer income of onion in the villages of Mojorembun, Rejoso Sub-district, Nganjuk Regency.

Abstract

Non financial performance measurement can resolve the problems of financial performance measurement will be. Non financial performance measures focus on the long-term success and factors such as customer satisfaction, internal business process efficiency, innovation, employee satisfaction and lead to increased performance of organizations. the purpose of this research is to know how the performance audit non financial Office employees nganjuk sub-district based on the perspective of the customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Place of implementation research was in Office her Sub. This research includes research case studies with quantitative approach. The population in this study are all the employees and customers/community who get service. Samples of untuki employees are all employees used a sample, whereas customers used the formula slovin and obtained 57 respondents. Engineering data collection using the questionnaire, conducted test validity and reliability. data analysis using the criterion of performance is very good sampaisangat not good on a likert scale. The results of the research note that the assessment of the performance of non financial hole sub office employee was 78.27% with details of each perspective is the perspective of the internal business of 77.07% with quite a good category, perspective learning and growth of 77.00% by category is good enough, the customer perspective 80.74% with categories either. This shows that the performance of the non financial hole sub office employee are in a quite good. It needs to be improved is the understanding and capabilities of the employees in terms of computerization to facilitate their work, n recognition of the existence of a good working achievements, as well as granting data and clear information.

Abstract

The growth and development of LKM-A is one of the strategic steps to solve the problem of financing micro farmers and farm laborers who have been unable to obtain financial services through formal financial institutions. Empowerment which is intended, namely: (1) providing certainty of service and ease of access of farmers to financing facilities; (2) simple and fast procedures; (3) the proximity of the service location to the farmer's place of business; and (4) The A-MFI manager understands the character of farmers as customers. One of the outstanding LKM-A is Ngahuk Regency Amanah Mandiri MFI-A, because it often gets awards from the Ministry of Agriculture and Amanah-A MFI A has grown rapidly along with the large amount of credit channeled to farmers and members of cooperatives. The problems studied in writing this thesis are (1) What is the level of credit distribution seen from the position of financial statements for the period 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. (2) What is the effect of the amount of credit distribution on Return on Assets.In writing this essay, the author uses linear regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable while the variables in this paper are Credit Distribution and Return on Assets. After the author conducted research and analysis, on the data obtained, the credit successfully channeled by the Amanah LKM-A increased in the period of 2012 to 2016. The highest credit distribution occurred in the 2016 period of Rp. 476,773,205, - and the average increase in the highest number of lending occurred in the period 2013-2014 with an increase of Rp. 144,917,263, -. Based on the results of the Simple Regression Test analysis, the value of t count <t table (-2.66 <3.18) then Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant effect between lending and ROA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisi sumber daya sesuai dengan sistem pada perusahaan PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries Nganjuk. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data dari informan secara acak. Dengan melakukan wawancara dan melalui sumber data pustaka dari perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di peroleh bahwa analisis sumber daya sesuai dengan sistem pada perusahaan PT. Lotus Indah Textile Industries. Dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa manajemen sumber daya, infrastruktur dan lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kemajuan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan mutu hasil produksi, dan memberi kenyamanan dan keselamtan kerja bagi karyawan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the influence of the personality of the Entrepreneurship activity against alumnus LPK CITRUM MOTOR.(2) the influence of the family environment towards Entrepreneurship activity alumnus LPK CITRUM MOTOR, (3) the influence of entrepreneurial training towards Entrepreneurship activity alumnus LPK CITRUM MOTOR, (4) and the influence of the Family Environment, Personality, and training Entrepreneurship Entrepreneurship activity against alumnus LPK CITRUM MOTOR. This includes research into causal research is associative. The population in this research is a work training Institute alumnus 239 2014, 2015 and 2016 with sample research as many as 139 people.The technique of sampling with proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire.Test of normality tests include analysis of the prerequisites, test linearity, multicollinearity test, and test heteroskedastisitas.Analytical techniques the analysis of data with simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen yang terdiri dari jaringan sosial, budaya inovatif organisasi, dan pengendalian formal terhadap dimensi managerial entrepreneurship untuk pengambilan risiko pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kalimantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data suvei langsung dan mail survey dengan metode pemilihan sampel purvosive sampling pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum yang diwakili manajer unit. Sebanyak 12 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini yang berasal dari 70 PDAM di Kalimantan. Data penelitian untuk menguji hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Bergdana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan sosial, budaya inovatif organisasi, dan pengendalian formal berpengaruh secara positif terhadap managerial entrepreneurship untuk dimensi pengambilan risiko. Kemudian secara parsial jaringan sosial berpengaruh negative terhadap managerial entrepreneurship. Budaya inovatif organisasi berpengaruh positif pada pengambilan risiko, Pengendalian formal berpengaruh positif terhadap pengambilan risiko.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisis secara deskriptif pengungkapan modal intelektual dalam prospektus penawaran umum saham perdana. Pengungkapan modal intelektual merupakan salah satu mekanisme dalam mengurangi asimetri informasi dan pada akhirnya akan mengurangi underpricing (Singh dan Van der Zahn, 2007; Too et al., 2015). Penelitian mengembangkan metode pengukuran variabel pengungkapan modal intelektual dengan melakukan pembobotan terhadap indeks pengungkapan yang dikembangkan oleh Widarjo et al. (2017) dengan mempertimbangkan stakeholder pada saat IPO. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih luas, tidak sebatas pada aspek teoritis dan metodologis saja, tetapi juga aspek praktis. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran umum saham perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2016. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan metode pembobotan indeks pengungkapan modal intelektual yang sesuai dengan pasar modal di Indonesia. Rata-rata tingkat pengungkapan IC adalah 42%. Kategori IC yang paling banyak diungkapkan adalah sumber daya manusia dan yang paling rendah adalah kategori teknologi informasi.

Abstract

In this study the author has the aim of knowing the influence of advertising, product innovation, word of mouth and the role of social media on brand awareness of converse shoes in UNSA students. The hypothesis in this study are: Allegedly advertising, product innovation, word of mouth and the role of social media have a significant effect on brand awareness of converse shoes in UNSA students. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire method from a sample of 100 respondents and secondary data obtained from literature. The data analysis used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that advertising, product innovation, word of mouth and the role of social media have a significant effect on brand awareness of converse shoes in UNSA students.

Abstract

In this research has the objective to determine the effect tangible aspects, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in service improvements to customer satisfaction in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study are: Suspected tangible aspects, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in service improvements significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. Necessary data in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire from a sample of 52 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression,t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the tangible aspects, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in service improvements significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously.
