Penelitian ini mengukur kepuasan manajer sebagai sebuah hasil kinerja penting untuk operasi supermarket, dan menampilkan penelitian yang memeriksa hubungan kompleks antara kausalitas jasa dan keuntungan dalam operasional industri ritel modern (supermarket). Secara Spesifik penelitian ini memeriksa efek/pengaruh masing - masing dari kinerja operasional dan kinerja relasional pemasok pada kepuasan dan loyaliatas manajer supermarket Penelitian ini menguji sebuah model kinerja jasa yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam satu area industri usaha yang sama.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan apakah openness to ableness, experiencess constitousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism berpengaruh tehadap kinerja akademik. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Paramadina angkatan 2008, maka pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengaruh faktor kepribadian terhadap kinerja akademik sebagai berikut: Openess to experiences tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja akademik, Conscientiousness berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja akademik, Extraversion berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja akademik, Agreableness tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja akademik, Neuroticism berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja akademik

The changes in marketplace and the challenges facing corporate marketing whereby customers will need to be convinced about product or services and corporate credibility. This shift request marketer move towards maintained the customer by doing the loyalty program. Are was a strategy, named as Customer Bonding Customer bonding is a new strategy to maintain customer and defend relationship with the customer who have had. There were some steps in customer bonding that could imply, that is :awareness bonding identity bonding relationship bonding community bonding and advocacy bonding. The purpose of this research is to prove the relationship between customer bonding and customer loyalty. This purpose of this research is also to explore about the implication of customer bonding strategy and how effective this strategy to be communicate to the customer This research chose Mc Donald Surabaya, as a place where this research was done. Samples of this research are Mc Donald customer's which are chosen by purposive sampling method This research determines samples criteria, that is the samples must be an individual customers and had visited Mc Donald once or more a month. Hypothesis are tested by descriptive statistics for explore the implication of customer bonding strategy at Mc Donald Surabaya. And this research use Rank Order Spearman Correlation to prove the effectiveness of customer bonding to customer loyalty., using program software SPSS version 10.00. Inferential statistics is used to test hypothesis by t- test at a = 0,05 level of signfcance at two tailed test. he result of this research confirms that hypothesis of this research are accepted Mc Donalds Surabaya have implied customer bonding strategy during all steps that were: awareness bonding identity bonding relationship bonding community bonding, and advocacy bonding. All the steps are effective enough to communicate to the customers. And the customer bonding looked effective to maintenance customer loyalty.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the characteristics of the company include: the size of the company, the level of leverage of the company, the share of public ownership, the company's liquidity, profitability of the company and the size of the office of public accountant (auditor) to the broad disclosure of the annual report. In addition, this research also examine the effect of disclosure to the asymmetry of information. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria the company has published its annual report continuously since 2011 until 2013 on the official website of the the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the Company did not obtain adverse opinion or disclaimer of opinion, the Company has never experienced delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Company has a daily transaction data companies such as the ask price and the bid price is available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Techniques analysis to test hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of the company in the form of company size and the size of the KAP positive effect on disclosure, while the level of leverage, the share of public ownership, liquidity and profitability does not affect the broad disclosure. The results also show the effect of the broad disclosure on information asymmetry.

The phenomenon of slum settlements has been increasingly occurring in Indonesia. President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo having a vision to implement the development program known as Kota Tanpa Kumuh. This program is conducted in more than 100 districts in Indonesia. However, Sidoarjo regency becomes the public spotlight due to its development. Unfortunately, there are two slum villages having different development results. Bligo becomes a successful village in establishing development. Meanwhile, Jiken Village fails in achieving the development. Although two villages have same characteristics and regional regulatory support, it’s not sufficient to support the success of development. This research applying qualitative descriptive approach to obtain the importance of participation in development process. It’s also important to explain the forms and the factors that influence participation.With applying the Eight Rungs of Citizen Participation, can determine that Bligo village is in citizen control, in which the community plays a full role in program implementation. Contrastingly, Jiken village only in the of Informing stage, where the public only get information from the government without any community empowerment. The participation is crucial to the success of the development program. This is due to the existence of self-belonging exerting the ability to create sustainable development achievement

The aim of study is to analyze the impact of atittude, perception and need on customer prefferention in Jawa Pos News paper at Surabaya. When analyze on opinion of 100 samples from population with accidental sampling technique and questionairre as tools for collecting the data, this study shows that there are significance impacts.
