Abstract

The increasing number of naturalized Indonesian national team players in the Garuda squad has triggered various reactions and opinions among the public, both pro and con. This study aims to identify and classify these sentiments, whether positive, negative, or neutral. The method used in this study is to use Naive Bayes because of its excellent ability to classify text based on the probability of word occurrence. In order to obtain more accurate results, several preprocessing stages need to be carried out through several steps, namely cleaning, case folding, normalization, stopword removal, tokenizing, and stemming on the data to be processed for maximum results from each stage. The results of the study showed that the majority of public sentiment tends to be more neutral towards the contribution of naturalized Indonesian national team players. To determine the percentage of results from the specified classification, a Confusion Matrix will be used. The results of the classification process using the Naive Bayes method produce data into 3 types, namely 33 positive classes, 357 neutral classes, and 13 negative classes with an accuracy value of 89%, precision 63%, recall 34%, and f1-score 33%. This sentiment analysis provides an overview of public comments regarding the presence of naturalized Indonesian national team players regarding public acceptance of the naturalization policy and can be input for PSSI in making decisions regarding the development of the national team in the future in order to improve the quality of the national team in the future

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the National Industrial Information System (SIINas) application as a reporting medium for industrial companies to the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia. The evaluation was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach analyzed through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS. This model tests the relationship between four main constructs, namely Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. Data were collected from 188 companies in the DKI Jakarta area that use the SIINas application through a Likert-based questionnaire. The test results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Perceived Usefulness (β = 0.902; p = 0.000) and Behavioral Intention (β = 0.383; p = 0.018), while Perceived Usefulness also has a significant effect on Behavioral Intention (β = 0.487; p = 0.02). Furthermore, Behavioral Intention has a positive influence on Use Behavior (β = 0.189; p = 0.003). However, the R² value for the Use Behavior construct is only 0.036, indicating a low level of variation explained by the model. This finding suggests that perceived usefulness and ease of use contribute to user intention, but do not fully impact actual usage behavior.

Abstract

The inequality of public welfare is still an important issue in various regions, including Ponorogo Regency. Manual determination of welfare levels often leads to inaccuracies due to subjectivity and limited data coverage. This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Mamdani fuzzy logic method to objectively classify the level of community welfare in Ponorogo Regency. The system was built using Python and Streamlit, utilizing secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) covering 14 indicators in the education, health, and demographic sectors across 21 sub-districts. The classification results group the sub-districts into three categories: low, medium, and high welfare. Of the 21 sub-districts, seven are classified as high, thirteen as medium, and one as low. The system achieves an accuracy rate of 80.95% when compared to ground truth data, indicating its reliability in reflecting real conditions. To complement this analysis, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to determine the relative importance of the indicators, resulting in education (0.54) as the most influential criterion, followed by health (0.30) and demographics (0.16). These findings show that the fuzzy Mamdani method is more suitable for data-driven classification, while AHP provides complementary insights into indicator prioritization. Therefore, this system offers not only a technical tool but also a strategic resource for evidence-based policy formulation by local governments.

Abstract

This research was carried out to support improvements in health services at Posyandu Latulif, Rajagaluh Village, Majalengka Regency. Previously, health examinations such as heart rate and blood oxygen level measurements were still conducted manually using conventional tools. This method often takes a long time, is less practical, and causes long queues during Posyandu activities. These challenges become more difficult when there are many patients or when patients wear thick clothing that interferes with the use of manual tensimeters. As a solution, the researcher developed a health monitoring device based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that can measure heart rate and blood oxygen levels in real-time. The system uses a MAX30100 sensor to read biometric data and a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller connected to a WiFi network to process and transmit the results. The data is shown on a 16x2 LCD screen and automatically sent to Google Spreadsheet, allowing Posyandu staff to view and record the results instantly without manual note-taking. This system is designed to be user-friendly and suitable for health workers even without technical backgrounds. Based on testing, the device performed well and was able to produce accurate and stable readings. With this tool, health monitoring activities can be carried out more quickly, efficiently, and with digital documentation. Moreover, the system offers a practical example of how simple and useful technology can be applied to support public health services, especially in rural areas. This process often results in inefficiency because health cadres must first inflate the cuff, wait for the needle to stabilize, record the value manually, and sometimes repeat the measurement if the patient moves. This not only increases examination time but also raises the risk of recording errors. When uploading to Google Spreadsheet, patient data security is maintained by limiting access to authorized Posyandu cadres only, with password-protected accounts. No personal identifiers such as names or addresses are uploaded, ensuring privacy is preserved. Infants were excluded because the MAX30100 fingertip sensor requires stable finger positioning, which is difficult to achieve in babies. However, with sensor adaptation or integration into specialized infant probes, the system can be developed in the future for neonatal or pediatric use. The accuracy of the MAX30100 sensor has been validated in previous studies and was further tested in this project by comparison with a clinical-grade oximeter. The results showed only a small deviation, indicating that the sensor is sufficiently accurate for field conditions.

Abstract

The administration of correspondence is an important element in the governance of government organizations, but its manual management often causes various problems such as delays in distribution, difficulty in searching for archives, and lack of transparency. This research aims to design and develop digital information applications for online mail administration management as a solution to increase productivity, speed, and accuracy in the process of handling official documents within the Legal Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The development method applied is Agile with the Scrum framework approach. The application was built using the PHP programming language based on the Laravel framework. The testing process is carried out using the black box testing method to ensure that each feature in the application functions as expected. The development results show that this application is able to handle incoming and outgoing mail directly, perform the disposition process, search for archives, and manage users efficiently. The system is also considered valid based on testing basic functions, interface, security, and navigation. Thus, this information system can be a digital solution that supports the improvement of efficiency and transparency of correspondence administration in the government environment.

Abstract

Manual attendance systems are still widely used in various institutions, including the Quality Assurance Agency of Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan (LJM UMKT), despite their limitations such as vulnerability to data manipulation, slow recapitulation, and paper dependency. This study aims to design and implement a digital meeting attendance system using dynamic QR Codes generated with UUID version 4, combined with GPS-based location validation. The system was developed using the prototyping method through stages of requirements analysis, UML-based system modeling, technical design with Flask and MySQL, prototype development, testing, and evaluation. System testing was carried out using the black-box method to verify functional performance, while evaluation was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on three constructs: Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), and Behavioral Intention to Use (BI). The testing results demonstrate that the system runs stably and effectively validates attendance based on time and location. Evaluation with 16 respondents indicated high user acceptance, with PU at 94.6%, PEOU at 88%, and BI at 96%. These findings suggest that the QR Code-based attendance system with UUID v4 significantly improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in recording meeting attendance and has strong potential for broader implementation in educational institutions and organizations.
