Abstract

There are still many parents who give MP-ASI early that may resulting in excess nutritional risks in infants. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between an early breastfeeding with nutritional status in infants aged 0-6 months in Posyandu Desa Siwalanpanji Buduran Sidoarjo. This research uses observational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The population was 35 mothers and infants aged 0-6 months. The sample was 32. The Sampling technique using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The independent variable is the provision of early breast milk and the dependent variable is the nutritional status. The instrument used is questionnaire. The statistical test using Mann Whitney. The results of the study were almost entirely of respondents (84.4%) gave early-breast-feeding (MP-ASI) and most of them (59.3%) had more nutritional status. The result of Mann Whitney test with significance level α = 0,05 got value ρ = 0,017 and α = 0,05. Thus ρ <α then H0 is rejected which means there is a relationship between the giving of early breastfeeding with nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months.Early breastfeeding may cause the baby have more nutritional status and be at risk of obesity. It is expected that health practitioners provide health education related to the the correct procedure of giving MP-ASI, the benefits of breastfeeding, and the risk of more nutritional. Keywords: early breastfeeding food, nutritional status

Abstract

ABSTRACT Chronic kidney disease is a condition when kidney function begins to decline gradually. The condition of the decline in kidney function occurs due to many factors, one of which is because the kidney damage that has occurred intensely for many years. Patients with chronic renal failure need a management or hemodialysis therapy, which is the cleansing process of blood from waste substances, through a screening process outside the body using an artificial kidney in the form of a dialysis machine. Hemodialysis therapy is needed in the management of patients with chronic renal failure who cannot be treated again (terminal). The success of hemodialysis is based on various elements, one of which is compliance with fluid restrictions. Limitation of fluid intake in patients with chronic renal failure is very important. The provision of structured education can be given to patients with chronic kidney failure who are undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Education structured nutrition and electrolyte (ESNE) is a structured health education on nutrition and electrolyte management for chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. ESNE is done to improve patients' understanding of diet and electrolyte compliance to prevent an increase in IDWG and to improve patient compliance with fluid restrictions. The stages of service activities that have been carried out are to explain fluid requirements and fluid restriction in patients with chronic renal failure using the Education structured nutrition and electrolyte (ESNE) method, the next recourse is an evaluation after continuous or ESNE administration of respondents given treatment and respondents who were not treated. Abstract

Patients with hemodialysis therapy have uncertainty as to how long hemodialysis is required and should accept the fact that therapy is needed throughout life. Because it appears anxiety response, rejection and anger. ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy, require support from the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support and economic status with depressed ESRD patients who underwent hemodialysis therapy <1 year. The design of this research is descriptive correlation with cross sectional research method, by using simple random sampling technique with the number of samples of 47 ESRD patients who are undergoing hemodialysis at Gatoel Hospital Mojokerto. The Research done in April 2017. The results obtained most of the respondents have economic ability Above the Provincial Minimum Wage of 27 respondents (57.4%). Most of the respondents stated that they received good family support in 30 categories (63,8%) and most of respondents had light depression 24 respondents (51,1%). Based on statistical test of spearman's rho with significance level α 0,05 obtained result (r) = 0,462 meaning bigger than value signifikansi (0,462> 0,05) hence H1 rejected which mean there is no significant relation between economic status with depression level In ESRD patients and Spearman's rho statistical test results obtained significance value 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a significant relationship between family support with depression levels in ESRD patients. The economic level does not affect depression because the cost of hemodialysis therapy all respondents is covered by health insurance, whereas family support has a positive influence where the better the family support the lighter the depression level in ESRD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this period of life, adolescents was required to complete special development tasks as a prerequisite for fulfillment and happiness of their lives. There are still many teenagers who had not been optimal in their development tasks. The aim of the study was to explain the parenting style and characteristics of adolescents with the implementation of the task of adolescent development. The study design used observational analytic, with a cross sectional approach. The study population was 8th grade students in Merak Urak Junior High School, Tuban, 2017/2018 academic year totaling 245 students. The total sample was 152 students taken by simple random sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire.Simultaneous test results indicate that there were one parenting variable with a significance value of p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of parenting toward the implementation of adolescent development tasks with an influence coefficient of 1.593 and OR 4.920 . While the age and gender variables simultaneously there is no influence on the implementation of the development task. Parents as one family member has a major role in achieving the implementation of the task of developing adolescents, because parents are the closest people to interact and face to face with adolescents so that all problems related to the completion of the task of adolescent development can be overcome by good communication between adolescents and people old. Abstract

Education should be able to form graduate competencies in accordance with community needs. The quality of midwives in Indonesia is still low, this is indicated by the passing of the competency test which tends to be volatile (RistekDikti, 2016). During this time the learning aspects are given fragmented and separate. Learning models are needed in accordance with the needs of the community, integrating all aspects related to community values and are dynamic according to the needs of the community. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of CoC learning methods on improving cognitive, affective and psychomotor midwifery students. This study used "quasi-experimental non-equivalent pre-post test randomized intervention studies". Each student was assessed on affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects in the implementation of midwifery care in the 5th semester before and after the implementation of CoC, Each midwifery student carries out CoC care for a participant. The results of the multivariate analysis using the Wilks' Lambda test showed that the greatest effect of time effect on affective variables was shown by the results of Partial Eta Squared 0.982, meaning that time could explain 98.2% of the variance in the multivariate value. It means that this learning method is proven to improve student learning experiences. Keywords: Clinical Learning, CoC, Cognitive, Affective, Psychomoto
