Abstract

Going concern audit opinion is the survival of a company. A company that is considered unable to maintain its survival will receive going concern audit opinion. This opinion is bad news for users of financial statements (Astuti and Darsono, 2012). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 until 2016. Based on the criteria of research sample, it was obtained 400 research samples. The purpose of this research was to discover the effect of financial condition, audit tenure, and the size of public accountant office on going concern audit opinion. The results of this study indicated that the financial condition had a positive effect on going concern audit opinion, audit tenure had negative effect on going concern audit opinion, and the size of public accountant office had no effect on going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

In June 2011 the PIP (Pusat Informasi Perkoperasian) magazine has been launched in releasing a list of 100 Successful Cooperative Indonesia. It has been following the tradition of the ICA Global 300 which contains a list of the most successful cooperatives from all over the world. We notice that a lot of cooperatives could be successful, however, we also are haunted by the question: “Are the successful cooperatives still have been known as ‘identity’ Coop?!” Did the cooperative have to abandon his identity in order to scoop up a successful?! This paper attemps to outline the dilemma.

Abstract

Community service activity aims to increase knowledge for partners in terms of better product quality, and developing marketing strategies. Partners are selected on service activities are perpetrators unit small and medium businesses that have an interest in particular on the pattern of development of the child, by creating APE making industry, namely Dolanan Puzzles and Boneka Tangan Kang Bedjo. Approaches will be used to implement solutions to the problems that arises is the Virtual Store System development activities, counseling, training and mentoring. From the aspect of business management trying addressed is the problem of product marketing. The solution implemented is in the form of extension of the marketing strategy, the use of the Internet for marketing activities, and training in the use of Internet technology to marketing activities by utilizing tokopedia.com and Instagram. This addition was built 2 pieces online site for the 2nd partners as a means to market their respective products. After completion of development, partners can be trained to operate the site. Assistance activities carried out as a means of monitoring the results of education and training that have been obtained previously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of directly and indirectly influence the effect of the dual role and emotional exhaustion to organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data was collected using a total sampling, the respondents as many as 30 people. The analytical method used is path analysis. Results of the study that states there is a direct effect of the dual role to organizational commitment is not evident, while the indirect effect of the dual role to organizational commitment through the mediation of job satisfaction is evident. The direct effect on emotional exhaustion to organizational commitment is not evident and there is an indirect effect of emotional exhaustion to organizational commitment through the mediation of job satisfaction is an evident.

Abstract

Women of childbearing age and pregnant women are susceptible to nutritional deficiencies of iron that can cause bleeding during childbirth. It is one of the causes of the high maternal mortality rate in Indonesia. The government, especially the Department of Health has a role in meeting the needs of the iron tablet, especially in the management of medicines. This study aims to estimate the amount of iron tablet needs for the period 2015, according to data distribution in 2013 and 2014; comparing needs iron tablet planned with the realization of the distribution in 2013 and 2014; as well as the correlations between the number of visits in the clinic by the number of prescriptions or the distribution of iron tablet needs. Quantitative research using the data distribution, transfer and planning proposals iron tablet, as well as the number of health center visits prescriptions. Data processing includes forecasting distributions based on the trend with seasonal index, forecasting needs with the method of consumption, and correlation test. The tools used are Microsoft Excel Data Analysis menu. The results of the estimated distribution in 2015 to 18 health centers with a buffer stock of 20% is 487 607 tablets that can be met from the stock early in 2015. The proportion of the distribution of the iron tablet planning for 18 health centers in 2013 was 57.48%, and in 2014 amounted to 53, 28% are caused not all pregnant women check-up and receive iron tablet in the clinic. Correlation coefficient values <0.4 indicate a weak correlation between the amount of iron tablet needs with the number of visits recipes

Abstract

In addition to being an additional new tourist destinations, Desa Wisata in DIY turns out to function as well as one of conservation and community empowerment strategies for environment and culture. Through the development of community Desa Wisata has a new source of income while preserving they environment and culture. In that context, the development of Desa Wisata has a very strategic position. In terms of potential, DIY has many villages are ready to develop into Desa Wisatabecause they have material that can be packed into tourist attractions and also supported by the strong desire of the community to develop itself into a Desa Wisata. But however potential alone is not enough, because it must be driven by a reliable institutional managers to promote Desa Wisata on market. This problem is also faced by the Desa Wisata Tegaltirto Kec. Berbah Kabupaten Sleman. This community service activities aimed to encouraging institutional strengthening Desa Wisata and e-marketing capabilities of the managers and developer. Training and mentoring activities carried out in Dusun Karangwetan with 20 participants (5 groups). Training held for two full days, and will be assisting the manager and developer of this institution. Marketing tools in the form of two units complete with modem netbook is expected to accelerate e-marketing capabilities of this group.

Abstract

Nowadays, the performance measurement is often only measure of financial performance, and it cannot portray overall the company’s performance. It’s given these shortcomings, then created a performance measurement method that considers the financial aspects as known as the Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard performance measurement involves four perspectives: i.e. financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The authors choose to use Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Aset of Sidoarjo Regional Government Agency, because during the measurement of performance of company remains focused on financial aspects. The approach of this study is a qualitative approach. The data source are secondary data, where it is an overview of the company gained from those authorized in the agency, vision, mission, strategy, and corporate organization sectors. The research result of this study using the balanced scorecard performance that involves the four perspectives.

Abstract

Organizational commitment plays a role in determining the employee’s performance. Such a commitment is affected by many variables, career development,such as leadership role, work stress and work motivation. Effects of career development, leadership role,work stress and work motivation toward the employee’s performance are to be determined, with organizational commitment as the intervening variable. A research has been conducted on 87 employees of Din.TKS Sleman. It can be concluded that, wholly or partially, the effects of leadership role, career development, and work motivation toward employee’s performance are significantly positive; the work stress’ effect is significantly negative. From the four variables, the career development affects dominantly.
