Abstract

Since 2006 the government of the Republic of Indonesia has awarded to cooperatives achievement. This study is a description of which is an analysis by taking a cooperative object "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul". The purpose of analysis is to determine whether the cooperative has met the criteria of cooperative achievement in 2012-2014 reviewed according to the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in 2006 on Guidelines for Assessment of Cooperative Achievement/Cooperative Award. The analysis shows that "Primkoppol Resort Gunungkidul" cooperative in the period 2012-2014 includes performance categories good / fairly good because of the four aspects assessed scored 70.5 in 2012 and 69 respectively for 2013 and 2014. However, since there are still some elements of sub aspects are worth 0 (return on equity, net profit margin, curent ratio, accounts receivable turnover and employment) it can not be categorized based on the achievement of cooperative Ministerial Regulation No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006, dated May 1, 2006

Abstract

Research with the title: "The level of visitor satisfaction Kuwaru Beach Tourism Object Sanden, Bantul Yogyakarta", aims to investigate the characteristics of visitors or tourists, to determine the level of visitor satisfaction, when seen from the factors that influence, as well as to determine the most dominant influence on tourism visitor satisfaction levels.Factors thought to influence the satisfaction level of visitors is limited in the 8 factors: fees/entrance fee, the beauty of the beach, the cleanliness of the beach, playground, outdoor stage/venue, souvenir shop, SAR / health, location of parking. The survey results revealed that visitor characteristics by sex men 60% and women 40%; derived from DIY 69.3%, 30.7% outside DIY; seen from the age of visitors by 44% over the age of 50 years;Most visitors are high school education by 48%; and 29.3% of visitors to work as private sector workers. The level of visitor satisfaction is at a value of 3.98 which is located in criterion from 3.40 to 4.19 entering the satisfied category. The dominant factor influencing visitor satisfaction are: parking space factor with a value of 4.08 providing the highest level of satisfaction, followed by a factor of 4.03 and souvenirs to the value of SAR with a value of 4.00, whereas the rate factor is a factor kepuasanya lowest levies/entrance fee tourism with the value 3.84.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of entrepreneurial intention of deaf students in SMPLB-B  (Junior High-School for Disabled Children Type B) Karya Mulia V Surabaya, Indonesia in which so many alumni became laborers or even unemployed. Entrepreneurship intention is one of predisposition factors that determine a person's entrepreneurial behavior. One of which various aspect determines how much a person's intention to perform a behavior is the social environment in a student's life, especially teachers. This research also shows that the intention of entrepreneurship can be nurtured since an earlier age through education. As the student’s main educator, teachers play an important role in the process. This article discusses how the role of teachers through parenting is done to foster entrepreneurship intention of the students by using theories of planned behavior.

Abstract

This study wasconducted toexamine the effect ofROA, CR, NPM andinflationon the price of the shares of PT KalbeFarma. Thisresearchusescasestudyperiodof 2001-2014.The analysis usedis multiple regression withSPSS.From the results of the analysis indicate that the individual ROA CR, NPM and inflation affect the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma. While jointly ROA CR, NPM and inflation affect the stock price of PT Kalbe Farma.

Abstract

Marketing employees as the heart of the company have a duty to achieve good performance, work targets must be fulfilled in an effort to contribute to the company's performance. Gender differences in the domestic role of families with work and emotional differences in gender can provide benefits in the recruitment process and the job description of marketing employees. This study aims to determine differences between female employees and male employees in the role of work conflict and to know the differences between female employees and male employees in emotional work and performance as marketing employees of pharmaceutical companies. The sample of all marketing staffs of Takeda Indonesia Pharmaceutical Company in Central Java is 16 people. Primary data collection was done by a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The analysis of data uses an ANOVA analysis. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) is used because there are two independent variables with combinations scales, namely interval and nominal (gender), while the dependent variable is interval scale. The results of this research showed that the roles of conflict and performance have no differences between male employees and female employees. For emotional intelligence, there are differences between male employees and female employees. The significant differences mean that there are a real differences between male employees and female employees in their emotional intelligence. Self-control and self-motivation as a form of emotional intelligence showed differences between male marketing employees and female marketing employees.

Abstract

This aim of this research to suggest organization, motivation, and role of manager financial to performance managerial. The hypothesis of this research is that whether organization commitment, motivation and role of manager financial management positively affect and significant on the local government performance. Collecting data using primary data collection, is the questionnaire by using purposive sampling technique. Data obtained from manajer and used budgeting who work in Magelang District Government with number of questionnaires returns 119 respondents. Methods for analyzing the data using regression. The result of this study suggest organization commitment, motivation and role of manager financial management influence effect have a positive and significant performance managerial. This research is only a qualitative measure performance based on employee perceptions.

Abstract

Success in carrying out business activities can not be separated from the marketing concept of customer satisfaction or customer priority. Likewise, the leather industry in Yogyakarta. To achieve business success, must be able to understand what motivates consumers to buy their products, including also understand consumer behavior. The decision will purchase a product by the consumer is influenced by various factors, both internal and external factors. Factors include cultural factors, social factors, Personal factors, psychological factors which include motvasi, perception, knowledge, beliefs, and attitudes. Determine the factors that are considered by consumers to buy the product, then the manufacturer will be able to determine the right strategy in improving business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in the market reaction, as measured by abnormal returns and trading volume activity in the period before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate. This study uses event study research design, observation period were 10 days before and 10 days after the event. The populations in this study were all members of LQ45 companies. The study sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection is the documentation. The variables of this study are the abnormal return and trading volume activity. The analysis used in this study is different test paired sample t-test. Based on the research results, the stock market reaction test showed no significant difference between the average abnormal return before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate. While testing the reaction by using the average trading volume activity indicators showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the announcement of the increase in the BI Rate.

Abstract

The importance of prividing capacity women farmer in the agricultural sector bring a great impact on the development of the Indonesia’s agricultural sector. This articles written to give a description of how the role of women in the development of the agricultural sector. A qualitative approach trough a method of participation action reseacrh used to obtain the image and problem solving faced. It will provide understanding in more well of potential for development agriculture in various line including potential for development entrepreneurship based agriculture by women. This research result indicates that the woman’s role in efforts to improve the development of the agricultural sector through the development of entrepreneurial-based agriculture is very high. The importance of increasing the capacity of peasant women in the agricultural sector to be very needed in order to the development of agriculture especially for smal-medium scale of farming.
