Abstract

AbstractBackground: The medical view of the entire maternal period calls into question the use of pathogenesis to frame maternity care services. Therefore, adopting a salutogenic model of maternal care can reduce care inequalities and improve the quality of maternity care provided. The concept of salutogenesis was first introduced in the late 1970s by Antonovsky, who focused on the origins of good health rather than the origins of disease. Salutogenesis is an alternative school of thought that encourages healthcare professionals to adopt a more positive and health focused approach in providing perinatal care to women. In the salutogenic approach, a woman's past experiences, both pleasant and unpleasant, are strongly believed to contribute to her perception of life, well-being, and ability to cope with stressful situations such as the perinatal period. Objective: This study explores the topic of salutogenesis in obstetrics through the Google Scholar databaseResearch Methods: This study uses bibliographic information from the Google Scholar article database between 2000 and 2020 using a total sampling technique. Data was extracted using Publih Or Parish, VOS Viewer and Mendeley Desktop Keywords: salutogenesis, obstetrics, bibliometric, Publish Or Parish, VOSViewer

The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the results of research related to the effectiveness of contraceptive counseling carried out in the prenatal and postnatal periods to increase the use of modern contraception. Writing this journal uses a literature study approach from several databases, namely PubMed, ProQuest and Google Scholar. Eight research journals reported that interventions in various forms and media led to better knowledge, more positive attitudes, and higher intentions towards contraceptive uptake. The results of the study can be used as a source of information to help solve health problems, especially regarding decision making using modern contraception. Keywords: Counseling, Family Planning, Contraception, Women of Childbearing Age

AbstractMost of the maternity mothers stated that they could not stand the pain they felt, especially in the abdomen, waist, back and radiating to the spine, so that the mother continued to feel pain during the first stage of labor. Contractions during labor can cause pain. Labor pain is a problem that has not received special attention, even though the purpose of intrapartum care itself is to reduce pain in labor, in addition to providing calm and comfort to the mother, it can also help speed up the process of opening the birth canal. reduced by taking non-pharmacological actions, one of which is the provision of massage effleurage. Massage effleurage which is done in the abdominal area to help reduce pain that arises during the labor process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether massage effleurage can reduce the pain response in women in the first stage of labor based on the literature review. The design of scientific papers is in the form of a literature review with three articles taken from the Google Scholar journal page with the keyword "massage effleurage". “labor pain” and “Active phase I stage”. The number of respondents from the three articles was 49 mothers who gave birth. The average value of pain response before effleurage massage was 5.883, and the average value of pain response after effleurage massage was 3.576. The conclusion is that the action of massage effleurage can help reduce the pain response in the active phase of the first stage of labor. Suggestions for health workers, especially midwives, to be able to apply the effleurage massage technique in the first stage of the active phase to reduce pain in the labor process. Keywords: Massage Effleurage, Level of Labor Pain in Active Phase I

Abstract

ABSTRACTMaternal and child health is a problem in Indonesia and even the world. It is proven in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's), one of the goals in the health sector is to improve the welfare of mothers and children. In addition, according to the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2015, the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) each year reached 450 per hundred thousand live births. Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Detection and Intervention Program (SDIDTK) is a revision of the Early Detection of Growth and Development (DDTK) program which has been carried out since 1988 and is one of the main programs of the Puskesmas. Based on a report from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, the coverage of Toddler health services in early detection of toddler growth and development is 78.11% 10. Monitoring and detection of early childhood growth and development is part of the duties of posyandu cadres in their respective working areas. The task of cadres is very important and complex because the problem of child growth and development is not only directed at physical growth and development, but also the psychological development of children under five. Harisman, stated that the lack of training and coaching to improve adequate skills for cadres caused a lack of understanding of cadres' duties. Early detection education efforts must be increased and one way is through training. Method: With pre-experimental design with non-standardized control group pretest design on 80 trainees. Results: skill changes in the treatment group MD = -13.07, and control group MD = -9.71. The effect of training on skills F = 12,867 sig 0.001 means there is influence. Conclusion: Training with problem-based learning methods is significantly more effective than conventional groups to improve the skills of posyandu cadres in SDIDTK. Keywords: Skills, SDIDTK, PBL
