Abstract

The main problem of this research is to assess the concept of child character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali from the advice contained in the book of Ayyuha Al-Walad. While the formulation of the problem in this study is how the concept of child character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali and the factors that influence the formation of the character of children according to Al-Ghazali in the book Ayyuha Al-Walad. The data presented in this study surrendered from the book of Ayyuha Al-Walad. In addition, it is also supported by several works by Imam Al-Ghazali regarding the character education of children. Thus this research is commonly classified in the type of library research (library research). Faith Al-Ghazali argues that human character can be shaped in such a way. Of course with continuous training and strong desire. In addition, he also provides several methods to be applied in the education process in order to be a good and noble figure, all of which is certainly related to the example of the educator, both parents at home, and teachers at school and the influence of the surrounding environment. After observing and comparing among the concepts of child character education according to Imam Al-Ghazali and the concept of character education in general which is applied today, the authors find that there are many similarities in character education values of the two concepts, which all lead to the formation of noble character as taught by the Messenger of Allah. Abstract

The quality of work in the perspective of Sharia Management in this research is classified into qualitative research with the nature of library research. The approach model used in this study is divided into two parts, namely the Sociology approach and the normative approach model. Thus to facilitate this research researchers divide the data into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Then for the sake of the fluency of this research, researchers divided the data collection method into two parts, namely observation, and documentation. After that, to enter into a conclusion the researcher uses the "Comparative Interpretative" analysis method. The final results of this study can be concluded that to realize the quality of work of a worker in his work in a company or the like twelve methods are needed in the study of Sharia Management, namely (right promise, responsibility, worship, jihad, maintaining work unity, being fair, transparency, cooperation, competence, maintaining productivity). Abstract

Ikhlas becomes a powerful word that is often spoken when someone is no longer able to overcome all the problems of life. In addition, the word Ikhlas can also be the last words used by people who are not persistent in fighting for their destiny. Erbe Sentanu with the theory of Quantum Ikhlas tries to offer an applicable concept of an Ikhlas word that he mixes from various religious teachings, theories and thoughts of religious figures. Erbe Sentanu believes that when humans express everything (good or bad) that has happened, in fact, the person has activated extraordinary energy that can attract and influence positively and can even reverse any deadlock to unexpected solutions. Researchers tried to dissect the contents of Erbe Sentanu's book entitled Quantum Ikhlas The Power of Positive Feeling by using a type of research library research and content analysis. In addition, when analyzing the contents, researchers also tried to approach the Sufism approach so that it could enrich the contents of the book. The conclusions from this study are how to achieve happiness through unusual new intelligence, which is about the ability to rule over yourself and win a war against yourself while achieving ultimate happiness. Abstract

In the current global situation where media and information access is very heavy and unstoppable, it will directly or indirectly affect the behavior of adolescents either in the form of positive or negative behavior. Teachers with specific physical and psychological characteristics are age groups that tend to be vulnerable to have various problems which must be faced with a special approach. Biological maturity in adolescence in the sense of maturity of reproductive organs followed by interest with the opposite sex often not accompanied by psychological maturity.Maka, when fostering households not infrequently ended in divorce. Moreover, the phenomenon of divorce is happening today many proposed by the wife through sued for divorce against her husband. Therefore, it is important to hold premarital education for married young people to minimize the occurrence of divorce and expected to help realize the formation of household (sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah). Starting from the above issues, then the issues raised in this paper are what factors are the cause of the divorce and the descriptions of pre-marriage education that how so that it can help for couples who want to marry towards the formation of sakinah family? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know what factors are the cause of divorce in society and to know the design of pre-marriage education that can help for couples who want to marry toward the formation of sakinah family. Through this paper is expected to contribute constructive and useful thoughts for the community, especially for young people married about what things should be done before marriage so that later when fostering households can help realize the family sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah. By using the theory of maturity of married age and the purpose of marriage and qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, it can be concluded that the factors causing divorce in the household are due to economic factors, infidelity, abuse and domestic violence (KDRT), unhealthy polygamy , domestic disharmony, jealousy, forced marriage, underage marriage, and biological disability (unable to meet biological needs), political differences, and family interference. As for the realization of a sakina family it is necessary to design a pre-marriage education systematically and well planned through: a) pre-marital education in the family environment, b) pre-marital education at school, c) the curriculum of pre-marital education on campus, d) future bride and groom. Abstract

The role of the principal is crucial in creating a religious culture in an educational institution. Religious culture in school can be created when the principal performs his function an administrator. The importance of building a religious culture in school is primarily concerned with achieving the goals of school education. The leadership of the principal is part of a very important management function to achieve educational goals in schools. Leadership can play a role in protecting some of the issues of inappropriate organizational setting, including in this case in creating a religious culture, such as; the distribution of power that blocks the effective course of action, the lack of resources, the perceived poor procedure and so on, the fundamental school problems. Religious culture can be known from the regularity of behaving like religious activities held school, the language used that contains religious cultural values, norms that contain the standards of behavior of school residents, the formation of student personality quality both in science and moral, besides that religious culture can also be seen from the school rules made by the principal. Abstract

Every organization and all organizations of any kind must have and need a leader and the highest leader (top leader) or the highest manager (top manager) who must carry out leadership activities (leadership action) or management (management) for the whole organization as a whole. The leader is the first person, like a ship captain who must direct the course of the ship, in a container called the organization. Anti-corruption education can be interpreted as an effort to minimize and eradicate corruption through education. Education is chosen as one of the alternatives to eradicate corruption because education itself has two essential functions, namely growing creativity and instilling and socializing noble values. Islam as a religion and a system of values plays an important role in providing enlightenment, moral awareness, mental improvement, and moral improvement by utilizing existing potential. Therefore, existing Islamic leaders must be the main role models to move towards moral revolution through the enlightenment of religious thought which liberates human behaviors with a mentality of corruption. Abstract

Abu Yazid lived in a religious family, his mother was a zahidah and his father was a leader of the community and two of his relatives including Sufi experts, although not as well known as him. At first, he studied religion at the mosque where he was born. Then he continued to travel to various regions and eventually he became a Sufi with his Sufism teachings al Fana, 'al Baqa' and al Ittihad. Before reaching the level of ittihad, he initiated his maqam with fana` and baqa` which are two inseparable twins, in the achievement of al Ittihad, al Fana` is the disappearance of basyariah traits, morals which are despised by ignorance and immoral acts of human beings. Whereas al Baqa` is the eternal nature of divinity, commendable character, knowledge and cleanliness of sin and immorality. Whereas al Ittihad is the union of the human soul with God, and to achieve this must be done maximum efforts such as repentance, remembrance, worship and adorn yourself with praiseworthy morals. A Sufi in achieving ittihad first experiences al-fana '' an al nafs, in the sense of the destruction of the soul (not the destruction of the Sufi soul becomes dead, but its destruction will lead to Sufi awareness of Himself). This is what is called the Sufis al fana'β€˜an al nafs wa albaqa, bi β€˜l Lah, with the meaning of awareness of oneself being destroyed and self-awareness arising from God, then ittihad, unity or union with God occurs. Abstract

The focus of this paper is on the effectiveness of applying the Indonesian language learning approach at STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru. The aim is to determine the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches which include: observing, asking, trying, reasoning and communicating. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which functions to see, review, know and expose and express things according to what they are. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. As for the findings and discussions gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation, about the effectiveness of the application of scientific approaches to Indonesian language courses in STAI Al Falah Banjarbaru, can be described as follows: (1) Application of scientific approaches to observing aspects, ask, try and communicate has been implemented optimally. Abstract

The shifting of leadership pattern in pesantren from individual kiai leadership to collective leadership of the foundation brought a considerable change in pesantren. These changes, especially regarding the authority of the kiai and the participation of religious teachers and students. Through this collective leadership, the succession system is not based on genealogy but emphasized on professionalism. But if there is a cadre who has the ability, in addition to the founding kiai is also a potential cadre, will probably convince the foundation to lift him to be the successor of the leadership of the pesantren because he has prestigious requirements. Ideally, the existence of individual kiai leadership shifts toward the collective leadership of the foundation must bring new nuances to the emergence of democracy, but the problem is not that simple.
