Abstract

Master is a person who is so well respected for having a considerable contribution to the success of learning in school. Teachers play a role in helping the development of learners to achieve optimal ability. When parents enroll their children at every level of education at a particular school, at that time he also put great expectations on the teacher, so that children can get education, coaching and learning and guidance so that the child can develop optimally. Interest, talent, ability and potential of learners will not develop optimally without the help of teachers. In this regard, teachers need to pay attention to students individually. Teacher tasks not only teach but also educate, nurture, guide and shape the personality of students to prepare and develop resources owned by each learner. So great the task and responsibilities of teachers, so it takes attitude and behavior that can be a role model for children. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN 1 Pelaihari Lesson Year 2014/2015. With the problems formulated in this study is how the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers and what factors affect the performance of teachers of Islamic Education in learning at SMAN 1 Pelaihari Lesson Year 2014/2015. Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to find out how the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers and what factors affect the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning at SMAN 1 Pelaihari Lesson Year 2014/2015. Subjects in this study are 3 teachers of Islamic Religious Education, while the object is the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers and the factors that influence it. Data collection efforts in the field were conducted using observation, interview, and documentary techniques. Data processing techniques through editing, data classification and interpretation of data. Then the data analysis is done by taking the conclusion. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning at SMAN 1 Pelaihari good and satisfactory. Seen from the performance of teachers make learning program planning, implementing the learning process and carry out an evaluation (assessment) is achieved well. While the factors that influence the educational background of teachers PAI 2 people including a graduate degree, while one of them is still in the process of completion bachelor, and teaching experience over 1 year even one of them reaching 30 years, and the environment is very supportive on the performance of teachers Education Islam. Abstract

Citizenship Education is a subject that focuses on the formation of citizens who understand and are able to exercise their rights and obligations to become intelligent, skilled Indonesian citizens, characterized by the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Citizenship education is broadly formulated to include a process of preparing young people to take on their roles and responsibilities as citizens, and in particular, the role of education including schooling, teaching, and learning, in the process of preparing citizens. Millennials as part of the Indonesian nation's children are expected to understand citizenship education and become citizens who have a strong and consistent commitment to defend the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Kaerna The essence of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is a modern nation-state. The modern nation-state is the state whose formation is based on the spirit of nationality or nationalism, namely on the determination of society to build a common future under the same country, even though the people of that community differ in their religion, race, ethnicity or class. Abstract

Maintaining the health of yourself is an obligation which must be run by the entire human race especially special to Muslims. Because of these attitudes, including against myself. Islam teaches us to always keep good physical health and spiritually for the purpose of the study of religion and worship to God Almighty as the lack of life in the hereafter. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools have always been considered as a barrier to progress because they are considered educational institutions or religious social institutions that do not respond to change. Even so, there is no doubt that from the womb of the pesantren there have been many figures who have contributed to this country. Pesantren as a legacy of the past Indonesian Muslims grew up in the community to serve their various needs. He can serve the needs of education when people need it, especially when modern educational institutions that are generally formal, have not been able to penetrate into rural areas. Abstract

This study discusses the application of demonstration methods to improve students' understanding of fikih learning about the implementation of the corpse in boarding school Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of demonstration method to improve the students' understanding on Fikih learning about the operation of the corpse at Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru and what factors influenced it. The subject of research in the thesis is a class III students Wustha in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. While the object in this study is the application of demonstrating method in Fikih learning, in this case, relates to the implementation of the corpse and the factors that influence in learning. In data mining, the author uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing technique is done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and inductively drawn the conclusions. Based on the results of research known that the implementation of demonstration methods implemented on the learning of the corpse in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera has been running very well so as to facilitate students in understanding learning Fikih, in this case, relates to the operation of the corpse. This is influenced by several factors, namely ustadz, santri factors related to intelligence, seriousness, and motivation are different, time allocation factors, factors of facilities and infrastructure and environmental factors. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia di dunia ini. Tanpa pendidikan mustahil kita akan mengalami perkembanngan ilmu pengetahuan juga teknologi seperti sekarang ini. Dunia pendidikan juga tidak hanya milik orang-orang borjuis saja, akan tetapi milik dan merupakan hak bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Sebagai sebuah Negara yang mempunyai penduduk beragama Islam sangat besar, dan merupakan negara kepulauan tentu mempunyai tatangan tersendiri dalam merumuskan pendidikannya. Pendidikan yang tidak mempunyai tujuan yang mencerminkan kepribadian suatu bangsa maka, apa yang akan dicita-citakan oleh bangsa tersebut untuk membentuk SDMnya tentu akan mengalami kegagalan. Hal ini merupakan tanggungjawab bersama, terkhusus lagi bagi para pemikir pendidikan khusunya yang di Indonesia harus mencarikan solusi bagaimana konsep ataupun metode pendidikan yang tepat untuk diterapka di Indonesian. Sebagai orang Islam sebagai dasar pendidikan tentunya merujuk Alquran dan hadis baik dari segi metode ataupuan tujuannya, sehingga menghasilkan manusia yang segala aktifitasnya untuk mengabdi padaNya.

Abstract

Principal leadership is a very important thing in educational institutions. A school principal is a leader who will determine effective educational steps in the school environment. In this study focused on the four leadership models of school principals in enhancing the professionalism of PAI teachers at SDIT Ihsanul Amal Alabio. Specifically, professional teachers are teacher figures who have sufficient competence to be able to carry out the main tasks and functions of a teacher. This study aims to clearly know the leadership model applied by the principal in improving teacher professionalism at SDIT Ihsanul Amal Alabio. This research is a qualitative research, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or verbal words from people and observable behavior. The collected research data, described in detail then analyzed based on theories and leadership models of the principal in improving the professionalism of the PAI teacher, then interpreted in a conclusion. The results showed that the principal's leadership model in enhancing teacher professionalism in SDIT Ihsanul Amal Alabio was conducted using a democratic leadership model by making efforts to increase the professionalism of PAI teachers in the form of 1) Continuing coaching and being included in various training, upgrading, seminars and so forth. 2) Giving a salary that is proportional to the work demands that must be made by a teacher. 3) Assisting teachers in making RPP and providing good examples. 4) Conducting deliberations or meetings in decision making related to improving teacher professionalism and the responsibility for the implementation of the results of the deliberation is charged to all teachers. 5) Grow so that the teacher is happy to implement the decision and feel satisfied. In addition, the principal also made a policy to increase the professionalism of PAI teachers at SDIT Ihsanul Amal Alabio. Keywords: Implementation, Model, Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe how character education in Islamic perspective towards Professional Human Resources. Character education in Islamic perspective is education that shapes the character and character of human excellence in terms of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional (EQ), and spiritual (SQ). The totality of these three intelligences will make perfect human beings (insân kâmil) or Professional Human Resources. IQ forms a rational intelligence of mind. While emotionally intelligent is the emotional mind which is an impulsive and influential system of understanding, sometimes illogical. These two thoughts work in harmony, complementarity. SQ is the spiritual intelligence that shapes the human mind into shiddiq, istiqamah, amanah, fathanah, and tabliq. The synchronization of IQ, EQ, and SQ will form a vertical relation (Hablumminallah) and a horizontal relation (Hablumminnannas) that can be used as a guide of a responsible action in the world and in the hereafter. Abstract

This study discusses the values ​​of Islamic education in the Mappanretasi tradition in the village of Watanasi Pagatan Village, Kusan Hilir Subdistrict, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This study aims to find out why the villagers of Wiritasi do the Mappanretasi tradition, how the process of implementing the Mappanretasi tradition goes, and what Islamic education values ​​are contained in the Mappanretasi tradition. Subjects in this study are all components involved in the tradition of Mappanretasi, especially the board of the Ade 'Ogi Tanah Bumbu (LAOTU) as authorized and responsible in the implementation of the tradition. The objects in this study are the values ​​of Islamic education in the Mappanretasi tradition. Data mining techniques, which are used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data processing technique is done by editing and data classification. Further analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and the inductive conclusion drawn. Based on the results of the research note that the values ​​of Islamic education in Mappanretasi tradition in the village of Writasi, in general, is true there, this can be seen from the understanding of Mappanretasi and the process of implementation of Mappanretasi tradition such as Mappammulagau Mappanretasi ritual, Maddemme Berre, Mallibu Wanuwa, all of which contain elements of Islamic education. Through this tradition also proves that education, especially Islamic education is not absolutely obtained through formal institutions, but also from the forms that hold meaning for the life of the people as is done by the villagers Wiritasi. The findings of this study indicate at least this tradition can be an alternative solution and provide a positive influence to the community especially for the development and improvement of Islamic education.
