Abstract

Popper as one of the figures in Philosophy of Science has offered an idea of the falsification of science. This idea can certainly be used by Islamic studies as long as it can be relevant to the needs faced. Popper's ability to criticize the tendency of verification-mechanistic Positivism can provide added value to Islamic studies, especially given that Islam does not only appreciate the material areas that tend to be mechanistic but also spiritual areas that tend to be of qualitative value. Therefore, the basic question in this paper is how is the construction of Popper's theory of knowledge and its contribution to Islamic studies? The method used in this paper is descriptive-qualitative in that it seeks to describe Popper's knowledge of thought, especially those related to Falsification, and give it meaning for Islamic studies. The results of this paper indicate that Popper's theory of Falsification is 'wrong testing' for a theory because each theory is considered a hypothesis, a transient truth, so that if the theory survives from the 'false test' then the theory will be stronger. As for its relevance to Islamic studies, this enables Islam to accept various variations in the application of universal values promoted by Islam at the level of reality to be open to being tested wrongly so that reality can be found that is close to objective universal values. Abstract

National education functions to develop the ability and shape of dignified national character and civilization in order to educate the life of the nation, aims to develop the potential of students to become faithful and fearful people of God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and become a democratic and responsible citizen. To achieve this goal, one of the fields of study that must be learned by students in madrasas is Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Jurisprudence education is one of the Islamic religious education that is applied in educational institutions, ranging from basic education to Islamic higher education as a means of realizing educational goals, forming people who understand the Islamic shari'ah. This article tries to analyze the subject matter of X-class fiqh material and its wisdom in Madrasah Aliyah from the aspect of conformity between material content and core competencies and basic competencies, between material and social development and children's intelligence, between learning materials and methods and also between material and evaluation. Abstract

The placement and distribution service in determining the majors/ concentration of students of PAI department at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and UB Antasari Training is conducted with the Procedures and Steps of Placement and Distribution Services, namely: First, Planning, subject at the KKNI curriculum sheet at the end of the fourth semester. Second, Implementation, Since being in semester V PAI college students based on their respective concentration. Third, Evaluation, Evaluation is done only in the form of a comprehensive examination in the form of written test and oral test applicable to all concentration with exam material is also the same. Fourth, Analysis of the results of the evaluation, analysis of comprehensive exam results that passed a written exam can perform oral exams and practice. Fifth, Follow-up, as a follow-up again is where munaqasyah thesis exam still there are students who have not correct reading Al Qur'an then when doing revision after test must learn again correct reading Al Qur'an so get the signature of revision by thesis examiner. Sixth, Reports, reporting made so far for students in placement and distribution services after they have determined their preferred concentration. Placement and Distribution service techniques include: First, Documentation studies on the results of instrumentation applications and data sets, No specific instruments have been used to determine the concentration of PAI faculty of Tarbiyah and UB Antasari Banjarmasin. Second, Observation of the Physical Condition, Communication Ability, and Other Student Behavior, and Environmental Physical Conditions. Third, the study of the rules, both written and unwritten apply, the technique of student placement in determining the concentration in the department / study program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training through the study of written rules and actually already exist in the academic script on the curriculum sheet of the department of PAI which regulates the distribution courses tailored to their respective concentrations. Fourth, Prospective and Conducive Environmental Conditions Study for Student Development, a perspective and conducive environmental condition study technique for the development of students in determining the type of concentration they choose in the PAI Department of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Antasari is to provide guidance that there is a certain concentration which is more prospective considering the limitations of teachers available to religious schools today. Abstract

Fiqih is the result of ulama’s ijtihad, could be changed and has a different opinion in some problems which is the forerunner of mazhab fiqih’s upcoming. Kaidah Fiqih is one of platform that is no less important compared with other supporting dalil for mujtahid in making easy to know Islamic law. This article tries to explain and explore the qonsequences against differences in kaidah fiqih. This article included in the literature search by using a normative juridical method. The result shows that differences of mazhab fiqih at least produces two qonsequencies. The first, there is mazhabfiqih that only adopted by one mazhab. Abstract

Human resources is a central and important sector within the framework of the attainment of objectives in an organization or company, because of the existence of ability skill of workers and the quality of human resources can drive the organizations or companies with good and right. Abstract

Sex education is providing teaching and understanding and clear information to children when they have understood matters related to sex and marriage. Sex education is an effort to teach, raise awareness, and illuminate sexual problems given to children since they understand problems related to sex, instincts, and marriage. Education has a very strategic role in developing Islamic personality in children in accordance with the guidance of Islam. The Qur'an as a guide to the truth-bearing which has a lot of good leads to peace. Therefore, if examined in more depth, many verses of the Koran explain the importance of sex education. Abstract

In Indonesia, education should be developed as objective, visionary and based on the philosophy of state objectives. Education should be mainstreamed by the unification of education with the social issues that society is struggling to create and to provide perspective for the future. Such education is read as a social entity laid out within the framework of the transformation of Indonesian society. In the current atmosphere of the education system, it seems that Indonesia is still at a crossroads. On the one hand there is a direction for building community-based, process-oriented education and enabling development towards transformative education (with very hard work?), But on the other hand, there are still elements of results-oriented and centralistic rules such as the National Exam with all the impact of its implementation. Abstract

Penetapan nasab merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting. Sebab dengan nasab, seseorang memperoleh kepastian kepada siapa dia dinisbahkan. Pentingnya penetapan nasab berbanding lurus dengan banyak hal yang berkaitan dengan banyaknya implikasi hukum dari penetapan nasab, seperti hukum perwalian, kewarisan, status sah dalam pernikahan dan sebagainya. Di antara alat-alat analisis untuk menemukan pesan hukum dari sumbernya adalah penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan (qawâid lughawiyyah), yang salah satunya menggunakan metode hakikat dan majaz (haqîqah wa majâz). Dalam penetapan nasab anak, pada dasarnya para ulama fikih mengedepankan makna hakikat dari teks sumber hukum. Namun dalam keadaan tertentu, beberapa ulama beralih kepada makna majaznya. Kata kunci: nasab, anak zina, hakikat dan majaz.

Abstract

The community is a community that interdependent (interdependence with each other). Generally, the term is used to refer to a group of community people who live together in one community that regularly. From birth to death human life as members of the community. Human beings always have a strong instinct to live together. Mix for quite a long time. They are aware that they are a single entity, and they constitute a system of living together. System life together is, therefore, culture inflict, every Member feels tied to one another. When compared with other living things as animals, for example, human life would not be possible on its own. Humans without other human are sure to die, the man locked up alone in a closed room, would be disrupted on his personal development, so that eventually he will die. The culture of the school is the education system certain behavior patterns develop in accordance with what is expected by the community and the students. Life at school as well as the norms that apply in situ can be called with the Culture of the school. The school culture is habits, values, norms, rituals, myths, formed in the course of long held together by school principals, teachers, administrative staff, and students as their basis in understanding and solving a wide range of issues that arise in school.
