Abstract

Loyalty program, as a type of relationship marketing, consists of economic, social, and structural benefits. The benefits can make consumers loyal. The consumer's loyalty increases corporate profitability. The goal of this research is to know the the influence of loyalty program toward consumer's loyalty particularly in the hotel industry in Surabaya. The type of the research used is a causality survey. The result shows that there is a significant influence of loyalty program toward consumer's loyalty in the hotel industry in Surabaya.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a form of large-scale industrial responsibility for the conduct of cultural adaptation with social environment. CSR is a program, which includes various forms of activities that may be a solution for social problems which include the creation of employment opportunities , health, education, economy and environment. The purpose of this study was to Know and analyze the effect of the implementation of the CSR program conducted on the performance of major retail marketing, financial performance and endurance of the SME business. A number of 149 SMEs suppliers of large scale retail respondents.

Abstract

This research is conducted to test whether a conceptual model of manufacturing strategy is relevant when applied in different research settings among medium and large manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The study generally indicates that environmental uncertainty has no significant effect on the choice of competitive strategy and manufacturing strategy among medium and large companies.

Abstract

The study was aimed at knowing how the influence of the implementation of job description and the work of the job specification on the work effectiveness as the company's asset. To collect the data, survey was used. The data were collected by asking respondents to fill the questionnaire. The respondents were chosen by using simple random sampling.

Abstract

ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA), which took effect since January 1, 2010 cannot directly stimulate corporate creativity and productivity. Efforts can be made related to the human resource conditions in Indonesia to increase the capacity and capability of the workforce. This can be achieved through the company's ability to manage knowledge (Knowledge Management) owned by individuals and make it as a corporate culture. Knowledge Management which has been embedded in the corporate culture is a good quality solution for organizations (companies) to compete in the market.

Abstract

The study examined the influence of four variables (market characteristic, product characteristic, supplier characteristic, social bond) on manufacturer-supplier relationship pattern. The result of hierarchical regression, indicated that product characteristic have positive significant effect on manufacturer-supplier relationship pattern Further, manufacturer-supplier relationship pattern was predictor significant of operational performance.

Previous researches found that there was no consistent result of the relationship between organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Abstract

Abstract

This research is empire that teaching the relationship in between of self identity with creativity in working place. The purpose of this research is for testing the identity and creative behavior in working place that is related with theory of identity past and theory about organizational creativity. Model of creative identity is a model that is used to explain two important issue,the first is whether the factors that related with desire for specific part identity influences significant to the activity. The second is whether it got the influence for significant in between of creative identity with the work of employee creative.
