Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan metode asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menggunakan observasi serta menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan non probability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden. Untuk uji analisis pada penelitian ini digunakan uji validitas instrument, uji realibilitas kemudian dilakukan uji analisis statistic untuk analisis hubungan dan pengaruh digunakan analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa hubungan pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang kuat pada SMK Bina Mandiri Sukabumi Kabupaten Sukabumi. Besarnya kontribusi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 59,99% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40,01% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti diluar variabel pelatihan seperti kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, harga dan kualitas produkterhadap perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Avanza di KotaTangerang baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama. Populasi dari penelitian iniadalah para konsumen yang mempunyai mobil pribadi Toyota Avanza di KotaTangerang dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 90. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalahregresi berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa ada pengaruh harga,promosi dan kualitas produk terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam keputusan pembelianmobil Toyota Avanza di di Kota Tangerang baik secara individu maupun bersama-sama.Selain itu, dari hasil temuan promosi merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhikeputusan konsumen dalam membeli mobil Toyota Avanza.

Abstract

Strategi promosi sekolah dalam meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik tahun 2017-2021 berfokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi strategi promosi, dan bauran pemasaran 7P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evindence, dan Process). Jenis penelitian ialah penelitian eksploratif dan pendekatan islamic educational management. Sumber data diambil dari kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah hubungan masyarakat, panitia, orang tua siswa, dan data jumlah siswa. Metode pengumpulan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dilakukan perencanaan membentuk panitia, menentukan waktu dan menentukan sasaran serta target. Pelaksanaannya melalui media cetak, kunjungan rumah warga, bantuan masyarakat, kerjasama dengan puskesmas, dan masjid. Evaluasi setiap tahun ajaran baru dengan target peserta didik yang ditetapkan tetapi belum tercapai karena rencana strategi sekolah untuk jangka panjang tidak ada, promosi menggunakan media sosial belum dilakukan, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai serta lokasi sekolah tidak strategis.

Abstract

Guru dikatakan berhasil dalam mendidik siswa apabila motivasi dan hasil belajar diperoleh dengan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahuai pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay terhadapat motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada muatan pembelajaran IPS Kelas IV SDN 29.4 Majannang. Motode yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Sampel penelitian mengunakan teknik rondom sampling sehingga terdapat dua kelas terpilih yakni kelas eksperimen dan kelas control. Teknik pengumpulan datang yang digunakan adalah tes, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa uji persyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, yang ditandai dengan perolehan nilai traf signifikansi 0,00 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe course review horay harus diperdayakan di sekolah dengan baik karena memiliki  pengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to findout the effect of online gaming habits on student,s learning outcomes in class X of social sciences in economics subject at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, Bone Bolango Regency, It employed a quantitative method with a sample of 66 students. At the sama time, the data analysis used in this research was a simple linear regression analysis assisted by IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 program. The research findings signified that the variable of online gaming habits partially had a negatif and significant effect on students’ learning outcomes in class X of social Sciences at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, the results of this research obtainet a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.169, meaning that the effect of online gaming habbits variabel on students’ learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa was 16.9%. in contrast, the remaining 83.1% was affected by other variables that contribute to students’ learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, which were not examinet in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of scout extracurriculars and student discipline on student learning outcomes in economics subject in grade XI of Social Science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. This quantitative research involves 38 samples, and the data are collected through a questionnaire with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results indicate that partially or simultaneously, the variables of scout extracurricular and student discipline affect student learning outcomes in economics subject in XI grae of social science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency positively and significantly. The results are obtained through the coefficient of determination (R2) of 85.70% of the variable scout extracurricular and student discipline on student learning outcomes in economics subject in grade XI of Social Science at SMA Negeri 2 Limboto, Gorontalo Regency. Meanwhile, the other 14.30% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. .

Abstract

To achieve PPKn learning objectives, strategies and models are needed in learning that can increase student participation and creativity. To increase student participation, researchers choose the project/activity-based Project-Based Learning model as the medium. The purpose of this study is to increase student participation and learning outcomes by applying the Project Based Learning learning model to PPKn class XI TKJ2 subjects of SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. This research was carried out 2 (two) cycles in 4 (four) stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. From the results of the study, it can be described that the observation of Student Participation from all indicators observed in the first cycle was 13 (65%). Cycle II is 19 (95%). The results of the Student Comprehension Test in the first cycle were 11 students who completed or 41%, while those who had not completed there were 16 students or 59%.  In cycle II there were 25 students who completed (92.6%), while those who were not completed there were 2 students (7.4%). Thus, it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of students' ability to understand the material have increased by 52%.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividend Per Share, Dividend Payout Ratio, and the exchange rate on the stock prices of infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is all infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX 2017-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 11 companies selected. Analysis of research data using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the WarpPLS 8.0 version test tool. The result is that Debt to Equity Ratio is not significant to stock prices, Dividend Per Share is significant to stock prices, Dividend Payout Ratio and Value are not significant to stock prices. The research findings will become a new source of literacy for investors to be able to consider the factors that influence stock prices before investing in stocks so as to minimize investment losses.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on stock prices through earnings per share. The population is 787 companies on the IDX until 2021 and purposive sampling is the sample shopping technique, resulting in 30 LQ45 index companies during the 2019-2021 period. Partial Least Square (PLS) is the data analysis technique and then obtains the result that partially it is found that there is an influence that has a positive direction but is not significant by profitability, solvency, and liquidity on stock prices, while only EPS has an effect on stock prices with a significant positive direction. If partially on EPS, there is a negative effect that is not significant by profitability and liquidity, while by solvency there is a negative effect which is significant. As well as partially on stock prices through EPS, there is a negative effect that is not significant for profitability and liquidity, while for solvency there is a significant negative effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Payments, Peer To Peer (P2P) Lending, and Marketplace on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) during the Surabaya City pandemic. This type of research approach uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with a test tool in the form of SmartPLS 3. The data source is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, namely MSME actors in Surabaya as many as 86 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) Digital payments have no effect on the development of MSMEs during the pandemic (2) Peer-to-Peer Lending has an effect on the development of MSMEs during the pandemic (3) Marketplace affects the development of MSMEs during the pandemic.
