Abstract

Unstable chili prices are often caused by external factors such as weather conditions, harvest seasons, and unpredictable market dynamics. This study uses weekly chili price data for two years obtained from the Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS-BI), the data was analyzed using the Coefficient of Variation (KV) and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) methods. This study has purpose to analyze price risks for various chili varieties cultivated by farmers in Kediri Regency. The conclusions obtained in this study are (1) red chili, large red chili, and curly red chili have a high price risk with a coefficient of variation (KV) value of 0.5 while green cayenne pepper shows a lower price risk with a coefficient of variation (KV) value of 0.5 which tends to be more stable, (2) The ANOVA test produces a significance value of 0.000 ( 0.05), which indicates a significant difference in price risk between chili varieties in Kediri Regency.

Abstract

This study “aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure and liquidity on stock returns, with firm size as a moderating variable. The study population comprised manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling, resulting in 45 companies meeting the criteria. The analytical method used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS version 27. The results show that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, liquidity has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, and firm size has been shown to moderate the effect of capital structure and liquidity on stock returns. These findings indicate that decisions regarding capital structure and liquidity levels must consider firm size, as the larger the firm size, the stronger its role in influencing the relationship between these variables.”

Abstract

Increasing business competition drives organizations to optimize the quality of human resources to achieve company objectives effectively. This study aims to analyze the effects of intrinsic motivation, organizational culture, and work experience on employee performance at CV Bhakti Astawira Sejahtera in Kulon Progo Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with a saturated sampling technique involving all 53 employees. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method, including tests of validity, reliability, model fit, coefficient of determination, and hypotheses. The results indicate that intrinsic motivation and work experience significantly influence employee performance, while organizational culture shows no significant effect. Collectively, the three variables explain 55.8% of the variation in employee performance. The novelty of this study lies in identifying intrinsic motivation and work experience as compensatory factors for weak organizational culture internalization in medium-sized firms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of sales promotions, customer experience, and system quality on customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach involving a sample of 264 respondents. The research sample was selected based on specific criteria, namely a minimum silver member level, to obtain more representative data from loyal customers. This research also uses an online questionnaire and applies the SEM-PLS 4.0 data analysis model. The results of this study found that there is a significant influence of sales promotions, customer experience, and system quality on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction can significantly mediate the influence of sales promotions, customer experience, and system quality on loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Bengkulu, dengan komunikasi organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Populasi penelitian adalah 864 karyawan dan penetapan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga sampel penelitian berjumlah 274 responden dengan teknik pengambilan cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta keduanya juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komunikasi organisasi. Namun, komunikasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan tidak terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan kerja lebih ditentukan oleh dukungan langsung dari pemimpin dan adanya jalur pengembangan karir yang jelas. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai hubungan kepemimpinan, karir, komunikasi, dan kepuasan kerja dalam konteks perbankan daerah, sementara secara praktis memberikan arahan bagi manajemen untuk memperkuat kepemimpinan transformasional dan menyusun strategi pengembangan karir yang lebih terstruktur.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset strategis yang berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan dan keberlanjutan organisasi. terdapat venomena yang terjadi pada rendahnya perilaku sukarela karyawan dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, Self Efficacy, dan kedisiplinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Sahasrabhanu Cipta Karya Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 50 responden dari total 120 karyawan yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10 persen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, di mana kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan, keyakinan diri, dan kepemimpinan inspiratif berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dengan demikian, peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan Self Efficacy, serta penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten dapat memperkuat perilaku positif dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap perusahaan.
