Abstract

The emergence of a new variant of the coronavirus, SARS-Cov-2, which causes the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak has really changed the world. First reported in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China at the end of 2019, this virus has spread throughout the world. Apart from hitting the world economy, the Covid-19 pandemic has also changed the way humans interact. All over the world, people have changed their habits of work, worship, and social activities. This was done to reduce the risk of transmission of the massive new coronavirus. But the next question arises: when will conditions improve? when will this Covid-19 outbreak subside? To answer this question, this study seeks to model the spread of the new Corona Virus with a Dynamic Systems approach. In the modelling carried out, there are seven scenarios that describe the policies undertaken to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 which include WFH policies, office vacations, social distancing, implementation of PSBB, to PSBB relaxation. The resulting model is then validated with data from the Covid-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force which is released every day. Of the seven modelled scenarios, the fastest pandemic relief time is predicted to occur on September 25, 2020, as indicated by scenario 0 with a prediction of a total of 530,655 positive cases. The longest pandemic relief time is predicted to occur on July 17, 2021, with a prediction of a total of 269,115 positive cases.

Abstract

Data dan informasi merupakan bagian penting dalam pertimbangan mengambil keputusan terkait penanganan COVID-19. Data COVID-19 baik demografi maupun agregat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta diolah dan dianalisis untuk memberikan informasi mengenai situasi dan kondisi terkini terkait pandemi COVID-19 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Data COVID-19 tersebut juga dimanfaatkan untuk analisis prediktif untuk mengetahui perkiraan jumlah kasus COVID-19 di masa depan. Analisis prediktif yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Model ARIMA merupakan salah satu metode forecasting hasil dari perluasan model Autoregressive Moving Average (ARMA) untuk data yang tidakstasioner. Analisis dan visualisasi data dilakukan menggunakan program Python dan Tableau dimana hasil analisis prediktif memperlihatkan tren kasus positif harian yang cenderung naik di kurun waktu 14 hari ke depan dari data yang digunakan. Hasil analisis ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan dan intervensi dalam penanganan COVID-19 di Jakarta, dan untuk masyarakat agar tetap melakukan tindakan preventif dalam mencegah kenaikan kasus, seperti mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah.

Abstract

COVID-19, sebagai penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 yang baru ditemukan, telah menjadi pandemi yang sedang dihadapi oleh banyak kota di dunia, tak terkecuali di DKI Jakarta. Salah satu dampak pandemi ini adalah terbatasnya mobilitas publik atau pergerakan masyarakat. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta perlu membuat kebijakan yang dapat mengatur mobilitas penduduknya dalam rangka mengurangi risiko penyebaran virus COVID-19. Dalam artikel ini, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh dari kebijakan yang telah dibuat oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta terhadap mobilitas masyarakat di Jakarta. Data yang digunakan di antaranya adalah data harian COVID-19 dari Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta, data rata-rata kecepatan kendaraan di jalan-jalan yang dilewati oleh pengguna aplikasi Waze, data tren pergerakan masyarakat selama pandemi COVID-19 yang diperoleh dari Google COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports, serta data Apple Mobility Trends Reports yang merupakan data tren pergerakan masyarakat berdasarkan kategori berkendara dan berjalan. Melalui hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, terlihat bahwa tingkat mobilitas di DKI Jakarta lebih rendah pada saat diberlakukannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), yang kemudian berpengaruh terhadap penekanan jumlah kasus positif harian di DKI Jakarta. Penurunan mobilitas ini diharapkan menjadi langkah penting dalam menangani COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Catur Insan Cendekia University is one of the Universities in Cirebon that always strives to maintain and improve quality in order to compete with other universities. To guarantee quality and improve management services, it is necessary to analyze user satisfaction with management services that are tailored to their wants and needs. CIC University has not conducted an assessment relating to the level of satisfaction of the Academic Community of management services provided. Where there is no measurement of academic service satisfaction by students and general users as well as a system of governance and governance by lecturers and education personnel. It is important to know in order to provide input to the leaders of CIC University, so that they can provide a proposal or improvement in improving management services in order to improve the quality of CIC University. This study discusses management service assessment at CIC University by using UML as a tool in analysis and design, as well as the PHP Hypertext Preproccessor programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL as a data storage medium. Data collection is done by filling out the E-Questionnaire where the calculation of the results of the questionnaire is done using the CSI method and testing is done by the Black Box method. The results of this study are the Management Services Assessment Application at CIC University which aims to determine the level of satisfaction of the Academic Community to the performance of management services at CIC University.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a laboratory asset position tracking system automatically by utilizing data acquisition from contactless based sensors, namely UHF RFID. In addition, this study also identifies the location of the asset position using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. This case study of tracking the position of assets was conducted at the Manufacturing Automation Engineering Department and Mechatronics, Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic. The identification of the position of laboratory assets in this study uses the RSSI RFID asset tag as a predictor which will then be compared with 240 training data samples (training data). Testing of the RFID tag position detection system was carried out by means of three RFID readers detecting RFID tags simultaneously and producing an average classification accuracy of 64%.

Abstract

Product introduction is an effort made by a company to introduce new products to the public. However, sometimes there are several obstacles that cause sellers to be unable to show their products to potential buyers, such as during this pandemic. There are many ways to introduce a product, namely through photos or videos. At this stage, a marketing strategy is needed so that the target market is more familiar with the products being sold and can be used as business advantages. Marketing strategies can be done by utilizing technology, one of which is by using Augmented Reality. In augmented reality, there are three characteristics that form the basis of the system, including a combination of the real and virtual worlds, real-time interactions, and the last characteristic is the shape of an object in the form of a three-dimensional or 3D model. The Augmented Reality model used in this study uses the marker method and the application can be applied to an Android smartphone. By using augmented reality technology, the introduction of a product will feel more interactive and effective. In addition, it can increase the product's marketing appeal.

Abstract

West Bandung Regency has a very abundant potential of natural resources, one of which is in agriculture. Agriculture is the use of resources made by humans to produce food and manage their environment. One of problem is the inability of farmers to supervise and take care of crops so that an intelligent agricultural system based on IOT is required. The intelligent agricultural system aims to predict and monitor the problems faced by farmers to increase the productivity of agricultural products. In this study, it proposed a design of intelligent agricultural framework by configuring several sensors that generated data from agricultural land and then the information is presented in the monitoring system for the use of the user to determine the decisions in conducting agricultural activities.

Abstract

One of the increasing cases of COVID-19 is due to the large crowd. The crowd that occurred during the last quarter of 2020 occurred as a result of the easing of the PSBB to revive the community's economy, rife demonstrations, and other activities or events with large numbers of people. This is very worrying, coupled with the limited facilities and health workers to treat COVID-19 patients for those with severe symptoms. Therefore, an early detection system is needed by utilizing existing technology, especially for cities that have implemented smart cities and become red zones. So that this system can be an early warning or early detection for stakeholders to make decisions more quickly to prevent additional cases.

Abstract

AKB (New Habit Adaptation) requires people, especially in Indonesia to carry out their usual activities by complying with health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. The government continues to develop new policies to protect its citizens, including urging the public to avoid crowds wherever they are, including in-office areas. The purpose of this research is to make a system design that can monitor the gathering activities of office employees according to government regulations, namely not filling a room with more than 50% of the maximum capacity of the room. The result of this research is a design of hardware and software as an interface device that can automatically count the number of people in a room with the help of an RFID (Radio-frequency identification) sensor. Besides, this system design is also able to store data of employees who are active in a room and detect their temperature, if the room's capacity is full, the door will automatically be locked and will not accept other employees to enter the room. The hope is that this design can help office management to always supervise points of office space that are often filled with employees so that it also helps the government so that people always avoid crowds.

Abstract

Technological developments have been used to support health and economic systems in various countries. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the health sector, for example, starting from the process of identifying positive cases with chatbots, contact tracing, monitoring independent isolation, even monitoring social media for mental health can be done with the help of technology. This can help the government make policies and keep health workers in direct contact with patients, especially patients with mild symptoms, for patients with severe symptoms can be prioritized to be assisted by health workers. In the economic field, this pandemic has caused economic growth to decline, even in the third quarter of 2020 Indonesia experienced negative economic growth. The largest proportion of economic growth in Indonesia is household consumption, which is closely related to people's purchasing power. Artificial intelligence technology can be used to examine the level of public consumption. So that it helps the government in making policies on how to increase people's purchasing power. The use of this technology involves a variety of devices, online datasets, devices connected to the internet (IoT), and advances in the fields of machine learning, computer vision and natural language processing. This study aims to provide an overview of how artificial intelligence technology has great potential in strengthening the health system and restoring the national economy.
