Abstract

The location of Indonesia at the equator is a Hadley, Walker, and local circulation encounter area so that the condition is estimated to be rich in wind potential. The power capable of installing the 2016 PLN power plant from the Bayu Power Plant (PLTB) only meets 0.20 MW in Gorontalo. This study aims to study the availability of wind speed in the southern coastal region of Gorontalo Regency. Wind speed measurement using hand anemometer is carried out in two sessions for each village, namely session I between 10.00 - 12.00 WITA and session II between 16.00 - 18.00 WITA. There are five villages located on the southern coast of Gorontalo Regency as data collection locations, namely Bongo, Kayubulan, Bulihu Tengah, Luluo and Taulaa Villages. The selection of the village is based on its location in the District Capital, directly adjacent to Tomini Bay, easy access to location, and population. Data retrieval in the form of wind speed, location coordinates, air temperature, air pressure, and altitude. The results showed that the highest average wind speed occurred at the measurement of Session I in Taulaa Village at 4.2 m/s.

Abstract

Abstract - The development of the coastal area in Bone Bolango Regency is a huge potential for ecotourism. Ecotourism development focuses on aspects of nature conservation, aspects of socio-cultural and economic empowerment of local communities, aspects of learning and education. One of the ecotourism potentials of coastal areas in Bone Bolango Regency is the Molotabu beach area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the potential of the Molotabu beach ecotourism area based on the physical parameters of the socio-cultural, economic and institutional parameters. To achieve this purpose, an ecological spatial approach is used using the Geographical Information System. Field observation research methods consisted of direct measurements, interviews, and questionnaires. The research analysis used quantitatively, namely descriptive statistical analysis, scoring analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis for the final assessment of the potential of Molotabu beach ecotourism. Based on the results of the analysis of the physical parameters of the beach, namely vegetation, environmental cleanliness, beach material and water transparency, Molotabu beach has high potential. The same results were also obtained for the measurement of physical parameters including distance, infrastructure, accessibility and attractiveness of the Molotabu beach ecotourism area. High potential for ecotourism is also obtained from criteria based on institutional, socio-cultural, economic and environmental parameters. The high potential of Molotabu Beach ecotourism is because this coastal area has the potential for natural scenery, underwater beauty, crafts, regional arts and culinary.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sebaran titik-titik Tempat Penampungan Sampah (TPS) ilegal dan volumenya, serta pengaruh faktor geofisik, faktor antropogenik dan faktor kependudukan terhadap sebaran Tempat Penampungan Sampah (TPS) ilegal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang diperkuat dengan hasil pemetaan TPS Ilegal berdasarkan data Global Positioning System (GPS) dengan menggunakan Geographic Information System (GIS). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk output berupa peta serta tabulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran lokasi dari 43 TPS Ilegal hampir merata di 9 kelurahan di Kecamatan Mataram. Karakteristik TPS Ilegal ditinjau dari volume, jarak dengan sungai, jenis penggunaan lahan, jenis jalan yang ditempati, dan kepadatan penduduk. Volume TPS Ilegal terbesar yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 36 m3, lokasi TPS Ilegal berjarak kurang dari 15 m dari sungai sebesar 60,46% dan berada di jalan lingkungan yakni sebesar 58,14%. Sedangkan kepadatan penduduk tidak dapat dijadikan faktor utama terkait pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah titik TPS ilegal di Kecamatan Mataram. Dengan demikian keberadaan TPS Ilegal tersebut sangat berpotensi mencemari lingkungan karena berada dekat dengan sungai dan berada di lingkungan permukiman.

Abstract

Gorontalo District, which is geographically located in the middle of Gorontalo Province and is traversed by the Trans Sulawesi road, is the main transportation route from Central Sulawesi, Pohuwato Regency and Boalemo Regency to the east, as well as from North Sulawesi Province, Gorontalo City and Bone Bolango Regency to the west. The mobility of the vehicle that passes every time requires the consumption of fuel oil (BBM). The supply of BBM by Pertamina through the Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) is one of the main infrastructure available. The purpose of this study is to examine the spatial distribution of gas stations in Gorontalo District. The navigation measurement tool in the form of GPS is used to take the coordinates of gas stations based on field checks. Nearest neighbor analysis method is used to calculate the distribution pattern of location points between gas stations. The results showed that the distribution of SPBU location points in Gorontalo District formed a uniform (linear) pattern and the location distance between SPBUs was included in the very far criteria.

Abstract

Ketersediaan data dan informasi merupakan salah satu kendala utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan lingkungan (SDAL) di negara-negara berkembang. Padahal perkembangan teknologi di tengah masyarakat seharusnya mampu mendukung kegiatan pengelolaan SDAL menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif, sekaligus memberdayakan potensi sumber daya manusia setempat melalui open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan skema integrasi open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif dalam pengelolaan SDAL. Integrasi ketiganya dapat diawali dengan memanfaatkan open data yang tersedia bebas melalui laman daring beragam instansi sebagai data dan informasi dasar. Keterbatasan utama open data yakni dari segi ketelitian serta updating bisa ditanggulangi melalui kegiatan urun daya. Pelibatan masyarakat secara sukarela dalam proses pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait SDAL merupakan ciri utama urun daya. Hasil kegiatan urun daya dikumpulkan secara daring melalui platform jejaring sosial maupun laman penyelenggara. Kualitas data dan informasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi dari penyelenggara, pemasangan media bantu, dan perangkat yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Kebutuhan data dan informasi lebih rinci dapat diperoleh melalui kegiatan pemetaan partisipatif yang mana pelaksanaannya harus diawali dengan pelatihan teknis bagi masyarakat dan pihak terlibat. Open data, urun daya, dan pemetaan partisipatif dapat diintegrasikan karena adanya kesamaan seperti semangat untuk berbagi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemberian nilai lebih terhadap data dan informasi, efisiensi biaya dan waktu, serta keterbukaan.

Abstract

This study aims at determining changes in the surface temperature of the mining and oil and gas mining industry. The method that used was the analysis using the 1997 Land 5 Tm Image and the 2018 Oil Landsat 8 Image and seeing the growth in the GRDP of Bojonegoro Regency. The results of this study show: The surface temperature in Bojonegoro Regency in 1997 an average of 20-30 ° C and 30-35 ° C was in the eastern part of Bojonegoro Regency, namely part of Kanor District, part of Baoureno District, part of Kepohbaru District, part of Sumberejo District, part of Kepohbaru District and part of Sokosewu District. However, there was an increase in soil surface temperature in 2018 in Bojonegoro Regency. At a temperature of 20-30 ° C on the outskirts of Bojonegoro Regency, the average surface temperature of 30-35 ° C is found in almost all of Bojonegoro Regency, and a surface temperature of> 35 ° C is the highest in the Oil and Gas Mining and Mining Industrial Zone located in Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency
