Abstract

Weighing the activities carried out in posyandu each once a month which aims to monitor the growth of infants and early detection of growth disorders. To achieve a small family, happy and sejahteraa undertaken by the family with the community with guidance from local health officials. This study aims to determine the relationship with the growth of infants weighing regularity in the Village District Gayaman, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto. The design used was an observational analytic type "Cross Sectional", with a sample of 63 mothers and young children who come to posyandu where the researchers used a technique of sampling proportions (proportional sample). Data was then incorporated in the cross tabulations are calculated using a statistical test of"Chi-Square". Based on the results obtained from 63 respondents over half of respondents do not regularly weighing as many as 40 respondents (63.47%) and less than half the growth of children under five underweight were 24 respondents (38.09%). So that the calculation of the relationship with the growth of infants  =aweighing regularity performed with chi-square test with df = 3 and  0.05 obtained by calculating the X2 X2 = 14.05, while table = 7.815 The mean count X2> X2 table that is Ho refused and Ha accepted that there is a relationship with the growth of infants weighing regularity.Weighing regularity associated with the growth due to the regular weighing of the growth will be increasingly monitored, and if there is a disturbance of growth will soon be given the appropriate intervention. And vice versa if the weighing is done the irregular growth of the disturbance would not be detected early.The results of this study can be concluded that the order can affect the growth of infants weighing. So the mother came to posyandu regularly then the observed growth of these infants. Thus the effort to improve the regularity of such judgments necessary to improve the provision of counseling because of the high knowledge will foster a heightened awareness as well. Abstract

At this time, the social phenomenon of street children is very important in the life of a big city. Millions of children living and working on the streets, and many of those involved in survival sex where they exchange sex for food, money, security and illegal drugs. The threatening of HIV and AIDS cause sexual behaviors and the health of reproductive in the teenagers emerged. The purpose of this study is to describe the perceptions and attitudes about the health of reproductive in the streets teenagers the Orphanage of street children onGajah Mada street at Mojokerto. Design of this study is descriptive with public opinionsurvey, the variable is the perception and attitude about health of street all of teenagers reproductive in the streets teenagers. The population in this study is aged 10-24 years amount 41 people, techniques use accidental sampling in order to obtain 30 respondents. The study had been conducted on May 20, 2014 at Jl. Gajah Mada Mojokerto with using questionnaires. The data are collected through questionnaires will then be processed by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Analysis of the data uses T-scores. Based on the results of the study found that more than 50% have a positive perception amount 16 people (53.3%) and most have a negative attitude amount 22 people (73.3%). Perceptions and attitudes about the health of reproductive in the streets teenagers are affected by several factors consist of age, gender, education. Conclusions, the street teenagers in the study have positive perceptions but negative perception in their health of reproductive. Therefore, the health workers should provide counseling to the streets teenagers in order to solve problems of reproductive health.Keywords: Perception, Attitudes, The health of reproductive, Street teenagers

Abstract

Picky eater is one of the important issues in child growth that have to be concerned by parents and health practitioners, due to the negative effect of imbalance increasing of weight, important nutrition defeciency, also lack of variation of food consumptions. If this issue does not immediately treated it can cause a long term effect of an unhealthy or slow development and growth in children. Sample of population used in this research are all children aged 1-3 years old in Posyandu of Puskesmas Jabon in March until May 2013. The type of this study was an analytic with case control design study. The total of sample was 106 children devided in case (n=53) and control groups (n=53) and using Multiple Logistic Regression Test. The outcome of this research are showing all illness that have been suffered by all children in last 3 months, lack of interaction between mother and children, parents selective food behavior, not given enough exclusive breastfed for 6 months, given weaning food less than or more than 6 months, children is raised by people other than parents, socio-cultural dietetic view, unmatching frequencies between consumption and age, improper mealtimes, and improper feeding techniques are all crucial in affeting selective eating disorder in children aged 1-3 years in area of work of Puskesmas Jabon Sidoarjo in 2013.Key words: Picky eater disorder

Abstract

There is no family duties, Diabetes Mellitus patients will not obey implement diet, so uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and complications occur. The research objective to analyzes of family duties  improve patient compliance of Diabetes Mellitus diet compliance of diabetes militus type 2 on elderly. This research was cross sectional with the population were elderly who had diabetes militus in the village grabahan sub-district of karangrejo Magetan regency. The samples were 31 people with technique of simple random sampling. Date colleting used questionnaire. Date processing technique used editing, coding, scoring, tabulating and Date analyzing used test of rankspearman. The research result showed proven there was relation of family duties with diet compliance diabetes militus type 2 in the village of Grabahan sub-district of Karangrejo Magetan regency. Based on the test of spearman was obtained (p=0,017) < ? 0,05, so H1 was accepted. it was obtained from 31 respondents there were a large proportion of respondents 17 had good family duties (54,8%) and as many as 21 respondents had obedient compliance (67,7%). The conclusion of this research was that there’s relation of family duties with diet compliance diabetes militus type 2 on elderly in the village of Grabahan su-district Karangrejo Magetan regency. Keywords: diet diabetes militus , family duties, compliance

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women due to blood thinning occurs more pronounced with increasing age of the pregnancy so that the frequency increases. Anemia during pregnancy causes fetal growth is less than optimal impact on the occurrence of low birth-weight babies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the incidence of anemia and low birth weight babies in hospitals RA Basoeni Mojokerto. This study uses a case control design. The population in the study were all women deliver in hospitals RA. Basoeni Mojokerto during January to December 2014, as many as 281 respondents, while samples were selected using simple random sampling as many as 56 people. The results showed that pregnant women who are anemic in hospitals RA. Basoeni Mojokerto there are 28 respondents (50%). Respondents in this study most of having a baby of low birth weight by 24 (42.85%). Based on Chi-Square test can be concluded that there is a relationship of anemia in pregnant women with low birth weight babies in hospitals RA.Basoeni Mojokerto year 2014.Oleh pregnant women because it is attentive to the needs / nutrition during pregnancy to the fullest and always meriksakan her pregnancy at least 4 times the health worker or the nearest healthcare.Keyword: anemia, low birth weight, pregnancy

Abstract

Zero inflated Poisson Regression Analysis Regression (ZIP) is used for discrete data modeling which is indicated by many 0 values on the dependent variable. The objective of this research was to model the factors that affecting maternal mortality rate in East Java in 2010 using ZIP. This was a non reactive research with profile of East Java Provincial Health Office in 2010 as the secondary data. The profile data were the results of health centers routine recapitulation from Information and Research and Development Section on the whole regencies/cities in East Java. The unit analysis in this research was 950 health centers in the regions of East Java. The estimated results of ZIP log model parameter showed that childbirth assistance by health practitioners (?7 = -0.050655), postnatal care (?8 = 0.004500), and pregnancy complications (?9 = -0.004528) affected the number of maternal deaths while the estimated parameter logit model showed that occurrence probability of maternal mortality in East Java in 2010 was determined by the delivery helped by health practitioners (?7 = - 0.0662297) and care during postnatal period (?7 = -0.012563). ZIP model (AIC = 2199.391) was better when compared with the Linear regression (AIC = 3996.563), and Poisson regression (AIC = 2392.636). Each increase in birth numbers helped by health practitioners would reduce maternal mortality by 0.9506 times. Postnatal services would influence about 1.0045 times on the increased risk of maternal death, the increased pregnancy complications, and also the increased of maternal mortality probability by 1.0045 times. The conclusion is that ZIP estimates the incidence of maternal mortality far better than other forms of discrete data with many 0 values on the dependent variable.Keywords : Maternal Mortality, Zero inflated, Poisson

Abstract

Sesuai data yang diambil di RSUD Sidoarjo, kejadian kangker serviks merupakan kasus terbanyak diantara kasus kandungan lainnya di VK kandungan RSUD Sidoarjo sehingga tujuan penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah populasi 1110 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan instrument pengumpulan data berupa penelusuran data skunder kartu status pasien. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan  derajat kemaknaan = 0,05. hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 1110 orang pasien VK kandungan RSUD sidoarjo pada tahun 2005, 111 orang menderita kangker serviks. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan antara paritas dengan kejadian kangker serviks diperoleh x2 hitung = 5.36, x2 = 3.481 jadi x2 hitung >x2 tabel sehingga ada hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian kangker serviks.Keyword: paritas, kangker serviks

Abstract

Breastmilk provides all the energy and nutrients that needed by infants during the first 6 months after birth. But the scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Nganjuk still quite low and known that nutritional status problems is still very high. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and nutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months in the Polindes Patranrejo Berbek Nganjuk. The design study is correlational with cross sectional approach. Samples are all mothers of infants aged 6-12 months in Polindes Patranrejo Berbek Nganjuk in 2014 were 34 mothers. The independent variable is exclusive breastfeeding, while the dependent variable is the nutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months. Data were collected through interviews and observation and then analyzed by Spearman Rank test at ? (0.05). The results showed that 19 mothers (55.9%) exclusively breastfed their babies, 24 infants (70.6%) infant nutrition status in the category of normal BB. Spearman Rank test results concluded that there is a relationship of exclusive breastfeeding and nutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months in the Polindes Patranrejo Berbek Nganjuk. Advised health workers to provide counseling and increase KP-ASI program, increasing malnutrition eradication program motion, giving KIE about breastfeeding, breastfeeding technique is correct, lactation management working mothers.Keywords :breastfeeding, exclusive, nutrient

Abstract

Anxiety is a state where the person experiences feelings of anxiety and activity in the autonomic nervous system responds to threats that are not clear and specific. Patient’s family that is caring in Intensive C are Unit (ICU) always feel anxiety. Because of that, family have to mixed up in the nursing care. The aim of this study was to indentify the anxiety that felt by the patient’s family in RSD Sidoarjo. The research used a descriptive design and take 30 people as samples. The result showed that only 43,3% family feel anxiety in average degress. Conclusions on this study it was found that the majority of respondents decreased anxiety after being given information on health, so nurses and other health workers are expected to cooperate with the cadres of health coaching in hospital.Key word: Axienty, Patients, ICU

Abstract

Premenopause merupakan salah satu fase kehudupan normal seseorang wanita dan gejala – gejala premenopause dialami wanita usia 40an dan berlangsung kurang dari 6 tahun. Salah satu gejala premenopause adalah adanya perubahan menstruasi, dimana perubahan tersebut bias menimbulkan rasa cemas. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di polindes gumantuk kecamatan madura kabupaten lamongan, diperlukan sikap positif pada wanita yang mengalami perubahan menstruasi bias muncul jika diimbangi oleh informasi atau pengetahuan yang cukup serta kesiapan fisik. Mental dan spiritual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengetahuan wanita usia madya dini tentang perubahan menstruasi pada masa premenopause di polindes gumantuk kecamatan madura kabupaten lamongan, desain penelitian ini menggunakan studi deskkriptif, populasinya berjumlah 89 wanita usia 40-50 tahun dan sample yang digunakan 40 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan variable penelitiannya adalah tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia madya dini tentang perubahan menstruasi pada masa premenopause. Alat ukur yang digunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala ukur ordinal dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah prosentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada tingkat tahu sebagian besar 52,5% (21 orang) mempunyai pengetahuan cukup.Kata kunci: tingkat pengetahuan, wanita usia madya dini, perubahan menstruasi, premenopause
