Abstract

Fertile Age Women (WUS) are women whose reproductive organs function well between the ages of 20 and 45 years. In Juntiweden Village, there are still many pregnant women who have a high risk so that health workers need to develop practical skills to improve maternal health. One of our approaches is through community service activities by counseling women of childbearing age who aim to increase knowledge to prevent high-risk pregnancies caused by "4 Terlalu" as an effort to improve women's reproductive health. The counseling method uses adult learning methods, including discussion, question and answer, and video screenings. The description of the activity is carried out pretest in advance by using a questionnaire, giving material then carried out posttest. The results of the 50 people the number of participants found that before counseling (pretest) there were 44 people (88%) with less knowledge and six people (12%) with enough knowledge, whereas after being given counseling (posttest) results obtained 50 people (100%) good knowledge. This means that there is an increase in WUS knowledge about preventing high-risk pregnancies after getting counseling. This dedication activity can increase the knowledge of WUS in efforts to prevent high-risk pregnancies from reducing the number of maternal and infant deaths caused by 4 Terlalu.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (IKM) play an important role in the economic growth of Sragen Regency. Efforts to empower SMEs to need to be continued, one of which is by maintaining the availability of fuel. The IKM of Kedawung District currently uses wood fuel but is hampered by the quality of firewood that is less dry. Nata de coco IKM had switched to using LPG, but it was often difficult to get it if they found it at a high price. Wood pellets are an alternative fuel source that can be used by SMIs in Sragen Regency. Sragen Regency already has wood pellet producers located in Kalijambe District. The solution offered at IKM is alternative energy biomass wood pellets. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) to be carried out is in the form of production in the form of introduction of wood pellet biomass energy and management in the form of calculating the feasibility of using wood pellets for business development. The PKM activity plan includes training and socialization of wood pellet biomass energy, the introduction of wood pellet stoves, training on the use of wood pellet stoves. The target of this PKM activity output is the IKM of Sragen Regency to get knowledge and skills to use alternative energy biomass wood pellets as fuel

Abstract

Riau Islands Province requires the readiness of Human Resources (HR) who are able to compete in the global market, with its position next to neighboring Malaysia and Singapore can be an advantage and also a weakness if HR is unable to compete globally. Therefore, the electrical engineering department with the tech for kids program seeks to provide personality and technical skills training to elementary and secondary school children in the coastal areas of Tanjung Pinang. The tech for kids program focuses on understanding the engineering design process to be able to produce innovations and products that are able to compete globally and on target. Activities that are carried out routinely weekly are accompanied by students as facilitators who will assist the supervisor during the training. The pattern of training and learning that integrates the technical ability of design using Autodesk inventors with non-technical forms of the ability to think innovatively, critically, and be able to work together with friends in a group will create a superior personality in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The training results obtained satisfactory results where students can attend the training enthusiastically and still remain enthusiastic until the end of the activity. The limited use of computer equipment is not an obstacle in the implementation in the field because students are able to manage training schedules well.
