Abstract

Tilapia is a freshwater fish, not only how to maintain it more easily than other freshwater fish, but also more resistant to disease and has a high tolerance for water salinity levels, so it can also be cultivated in ponds with brackish water. In addition, tilapia is widely chosen by the community to be cultivated because of its ease of marketing, and favored by many people.This study is a case study research, with the aim to determine the feasibility of the investment plan in tilapia aquaculture in cages in Sigerongan Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. The research was conducted at UD. MAHNEP, using investment criteria methods namely Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) and Break Event Point (BEP). The results show that the value of the Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) is 1.5 which means that the amount of revenue that will be obtained from the tilapia enlargement business is 1.5 times the amount of operational costs incurred. The value of Break Event Point (BEP) is 1,947.8 kg, which means that the tilapia enlargement business breaks even when the production in one production process is 1,947.8 kg.From the results of the study it is suggested, if the cultivator wants the amount of revenue higher than 1.5 times the production cost, the number of seeds should be increased, while the number and size of the pond should not be increased

Abstract

As the complexity of life and the burden of the economic burden of the family increases, the duties and roles of women fishermen become increasingly important. Women not only act as housewives but also perform productive activities to increase family income. Limitations faced by fishermen women in the coastal district of West Lombok is the low mental attitude of entrepreneurship, so that their condition is at the level of poverty.This research is a descriptive research, conducted in West Lombok regency with porposive sampling and the number of respondents as much as 75 people determined by non proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively.From the research results can be concluded that: 1). fishermen ladies in the coastal area of West Lombok regency have a moderate attitude of entrepreneurship, this is due to the fact that most of the women are low education fishermen, also fishermen women are very dependent on nature and high risk in facing nature, 2). The activities of women fishermen are still spatial, so there is a need for a joint business group (KUB), and maximizing the government's role, especially the government in facilitating and arranging for the implementation of development or community empowerment to run smoothly, 3). Empowerment should be done through participatory and compressive approaches on economic, sociological, sociocultural and institutional aspects.

Abstract

Corruption shares parasites which caused this nation to collapse. The regime has changed from the revision of old orders, new orders, and reform orders, none of which have succeeded in eradicating corruption. Even lately the practice has been very chronic and has spread throughout the components of this nation. We are well aware of how corruption is a serious problem, like a disease that has entered the acute stage category and has taken root in the lives of our society. At the same time corruption has reduced the image of the government and officials, both at the central and regional levels. Even bureaucracy loses trust, clean, honest and transparent governance is very difficult to achieve.     One of the things that is often addressed in the context of efforts to eradicate corruption in the Central and Regional Centers is how to create Good Governance. The concept of good governance is at least a control of the state apparatus in terms of the rules of the game and procedures for living a nation, state and community, so that the effort to create a clean government and uphold the rule of law can work well. Speaking of good governance must be in line with bureaucratic reform. With the implementation of bureaucratic reforms well, it is hoped that simultaneous development will occur between bureaucratic reform and democracy. Because, until now these two things, between bureaucratic reform and democracy still face severe challenges, which ultimately will have an impact on the increasingly difficult to eradicate corruption in Indonesia.

Abstract

In business, every expenditure issued aims to get benefits. Similarly, in the business of ebi shrimp seaweed chips at UD. Ora Et Labora Kota Mataram. In order for the resources used to be useful, the ebi shrimp seaweed chip business needs to be analyzed for its feasibility. While information on the business feasibility of ebi shrimp seaweed chips at UD. Ora Et Labora Kota Mataram is not yet available, so support from research is needed. Selection of UD. Ora Et labora of Mataram City as the location of the study was conducted by purposive sampling with a sample of three people which was also done by purposive sampling.     The results showed that the ebi shrimp seaweed chips business was feasible to be carried out by UD. Ora Et labora Kota Mataram with ROI = 35.33%; B / C = 1.11 and BEP = 181.78 packs.

Abstract

       The need for dual citizenship regulation is an issue that continues to be striven by Indonesian diaspora in various parts of the world dual citizenship has become the dreams of Indonesian diasporas, because until now citizens of Indonesia who live abroad only have  single citizenship status. It is resulted in difficulties and obstacles for the diaspora because of the unequal slowdown and equivalent of citizens present in the access of opportunities.        The emergence of demands for change and dual citizenship of diaspora living abroad, inviting government attention to their aspirations should be heard to serve as input and consideration for the Government and the House of Representatives in the revision or amendment of Law Number 12 of 2006. Dual citizenship is not really the only factor to be able to empower all the diaspora's potential for the country of origin. Therefore the most important thing is how the Government of the country of origin can make efforts in capturing the potential of Indonesia Diaspors scattered in various countries in the world for the benefit of the state and people of Indonesia. Thus, multiple citizenship arrangements in Indonesian citizenship politics become very important to be appreciated and accommodated by the Government and the House of Representatives as a representative who fights for the interests and aspirations of their people whenever and wherever they are in accordance with the mandatory of the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the Segmentation of Market Based on consumer lifestyle on Perusahaan Daerah Bank Perkreditan Rakyat – NTB, Lombok Timur, Labuhan Lombok branch.From the analysis of factors done it seems that from 39 items of questions 12 factors are formed, namely Activist, Oriented, Optimistic, Save and Clean, Hedonis, Apathy, Careful, Home, Information Finder, Confidence, Socialist, and Full of Hope. Then several factors are merged, so there are 5 segments of the consumer market on PD. BPR-NTB Lombok Timur Labuhan Lombok branch which serve as a reference to determine the target market, those segments are Indoor, Dynamic, Collective, Analytical, and Apathy which all formed after doing analysis calculation.Regarding to consumer profile of each segment in the market segment in this study, it is seen that the Indoor segment represents 25.38% of the respondents PD. BPR-NTB Lombok Timur Labuhan Lombok branch as a whole, Dynamic 12.50%, Collective 27.50%, Analytical 13.33% and Apathy which amounted to 20.83%.

Abstract

The equality of the right to enjoy and use facilities is the right of all citizens, even everyone in Indonesia. Likewise in Ampenan Old Town Park area as a public facility must be able to accommodate the needs of its users.This study aims to find out the accessibility facilities that are already available in the Ampenan Old City Park, the condition of the facility can be known by conducting a survey and direct observation to the location. The necessary requirements for park accessibility are carried out with references in the form of literature books and guidance from the government and regulations issued by the government for people with disabilities. The analysis is carried out by comparing the conditions in the Ampenan Old City Park with those in government regulations. By conducting this research, it is known that the facilities that are available are still very minimal, the facilities in the form of yellow directional floor tiles are installed in the middle of the sidewalk used for provide direction information for blind people, the condition of the facility does not meet the requirements as a director. Other facilities are not yet available to become an inclusive park. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the importance of implementing government regulations in the form of Permen PUPR No.14 / PRT / M / 2017 for the provision and construction of public facilities that can be used by people with disabilities. Taman Kota Tua Ampenan is equipped with good accessibility facilities, so that visitors who can use, enjoy and have maximum activities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables of capital and labor on MSME income in Tabanan Regency. This study uses 95 respondents spread across 10 Districts of Tabanan Regency, then the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression.     The results of the analysis simultaneously show that the variables of capital and labor have a significant effect on MSME income in Tabanan Regency. While the results of the partial analysis of the variables of capital and labor have a real influence on the income of MSMEs in Tabanan Regency. Capital is the dominant variable that affects income, the higher the capital will increase the amount of additional production so as to increase income. Likewise with labor, the more labor, the production will also increase

Abstract

     A port is said to have a good level of service if the time required for loading and unloading items is shorter than the schedule given, so as not to disrupt the schedules of other ships that will be anchored. In order to know the service performance of a port, it is necessary to measure all port activities in order to obtain a service product size that is port operational performance, including service and productivity, port utility and operational performance of service.    To measure the value of the indicator, primary data is needed including the time data of the ship begins to enter the port pool until the ship relinquishes the mooring rope from the dock. Other supporting data are obtained from related technical agencies as secondary data. Performance analysis is conducted in accordance with the guidance of the Director General of Sea Transportation Decree, especially the performance criteria for Lembar Sea Port.    From the result of analysis of nine indicator can be concluded that performance of Lembar Sea Port can be categorized quite good from service and productivity side. While from port uttilitis, operational performance of service is still not good
