Abstract

The implementation of HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determinant Control) is one of the efforts that can be made to control potential hazards that cause work accidents. HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determinant Control) is the process of identifying hazards, assessing, and evaluating the risks contained in work activities and environments. The results of the risk evaluation are used to determine hazard control efforts so that they can reduce the level of risk that is likely to cause work accidents. The method used to complete the research results has achieved the expected objectives. The data presented uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which shows K3 in accordance with current conditions, developing policies, ongoing processes, and effects that occur or trends that are occurring in the company. These results are compared with data obtained in the field or from the HSE regarding the implemen- tation procedure of HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determi- nant Control) and compared with applicable standards. Based on the identification that has been carried out, 42 potential hazards have been identified from 21 stages of work activities, 6 of which are in the high risk category, 20 are in the low risk category, 16 are in the medium risk category. Furthermore, all these activities or processes are then analyzed in the HIRADC table and converted into percentages for each category to determine the risk priority. The results for the low risk level are 0.47%, the medium risk level is 0.38%, and the high risk level is 0.14%. This company has made efforts to reduce potential hazards in the work environment through substitution, engineering control, administrative control, and finally PPE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Foreign Share Ownership, Audit Opinion, and Voluntary Disclosure on Company Value. Using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. This research took a sample of 11 Metals and Minerals subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2021 to 2023 using census techniques. The results of the analysis show that partial foreign share ownership and audit opinion have a significant effect on company value, indicating that both can increase company performance and investor confidence. Voluntary disclosure does not have a significant impact on company value. Furthermore, foreign share ownership, audit opinion and voluntary disclosure together have a significant effect on company value. These findings provide important insights for company management on how to improve ownership and audit strategies to maximize company value.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the potential of the cultural landscape in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village, Badung Regency, Bali, and how these elements can be developed into sustainable tourist attractions. Bongkasa Pertiwi Village has various rich cultural landscape elements, such as rice fields with subak irrigation systems, temples, and springs (beji), which have not been optimally utilized as tourist attractions. Observations and data analysis were carried out by dividing the village area into three village area segments to evaluate the development potential and existing challenges. The results of the study show that: Segments 1 and 2 are dominated by rice field cultural landscapes, and there are springs (beji) and temples Segment 2, while Segment 3 is dominated by tourist attractions and residential areas where there is no cultural landscape whose potential has not been utilized The obstacles faced develop cultural landscapes as tourist attractions are limited infrastructure and lack of measurable data on cultural landscape elements in Bongkasa Pertiwi Village.

Abstract

Violent crimes often involve two legal aspects, namely criminal and civil, which require harmonization to ensure substantive justice for victims and perpetrators. The main problem faced is the separation of criminal and civil legal processes, which often hinders the holistic restoration of victims' rights. This study aims to analyze the harmonization mechanism of criminal and civil laws applied in various countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Canada, Germany, and Indonesia, and to develop a legal harmonization model that is appropriate to the Indonesian context by considering local values and international standards. The research method used is normative with a statutory regulatory approach, conceptualization, comparison, and history, which focuses on the analysis of relevant legal regulations and legal theories. The results of the study indicate that legal harmonization can be achieved through integrated application, restorative justice mechanisms, and recognition of customary legal practices that do not conflict with human rights. A model that calls for the importance of national legal reform, integration of local values, and application of international standards to create a more responsive legal system. The main recommendations are strengthening legal infrastructure, training law enforcement officers, and implementing best practices from other countries.
