A port is said to have a good level of service if the time required for loading and unloading items is shorter than the schedule given, so as not to disrupt the schedules of other ships that will be anchored. In order to know the service performance of a port, it is necessary to measure all port activities in order to obtain a service product size that is port operational performance, including service and productivity, port utility and operational performance of service. To measure the value of the indicator, primary data is needed including the time data of the ship begins to enter the port pool until the ship relinquishes the mooring rope from the dock. Other supporting data are obtained from related technical agencies as secondary data. Performance analysis is conducted in accordance with the guidance of the Director General of Sea Transportation Decree, especially the performance criteria for Lembar Sea Port. From the result of analysis of nine indicator can be concluded that performance of Lembar Sea Port can be categorized quite good from service and productivity side. While from port uttilitis, operational performance of service is still not good

The Balinese agricultural culture has existed since prehistoric times, with the advent of agriculture, especially rice domestication, as an important cultivation to date, gave rise to the myth of Dewi Sri. This study aims to studying the breeding of Dewi Sri in rice domestication activities in Bali, whose data sources were collected through field observations by observing archaeological remains in the form of worship media, lontar manuscripts and inscriptions. Besides being complemented by literature studies of various relevant journals, book and reports. This research has succeeded in revealing that the breeding of Dewi Sri in Bali is very unique, it can be seen from her mention of her local name, the worship media and its symbols are also influenced by Balinese local wisdom. Breeding is also carried out with prayers and ceremonies that are balanced with maintaining and caring for rice and rice field in order to achieve maximum results. Budaya agraris masyarakat Bali telah ada sejak masa prasejarah, dengan munculnya pertanian domestikasi padi sebagai budidaya penting hingga saat ini, memunculkan mitos Dewi Sri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemuliaan Dewi Sri dalam aktivitas domestikasi padi di Bali, yang sumber datanya dikumpulkan melalui observasi di lapangan dengan mengamati tinggalan arkeologi berupa media pemujaan, manuskrip lontar dan prasasti. Selain itu dilengkapi dengan studi pustaka terhadap berbagai jurnal, buku dan laporan yang relevan. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap bahwa pemuliaan Dewi Sri di Bali sangat unik dapat dilihat dari penyebutan Dewi Sri dengan nama lokal, media pemujaan dan simbol-simbolnya juga dipengaruhi oleh kearifan lokal Bali. Pemuliaan juga dilakukan dengan doa dan upacara, diseimbangkan dengan memelihara dan merawat padi dan lahan persawahan, agar dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal.

Traffic congestions, traffic violations, and queuing problems inWestern Lombok Region were frequently occurred at the main intersection, inparticular at four legged intersection of Gerung. This is caused by ineffectiveoperation at the intersection e.g. the use of the area for parking and stopping ofpublic transport (angdes and cidomo). Therefore, it is required to evaluate thethe intersection performance and to propose the intersection management.Primary data collected includes geometric, environment condition and trafficdata. Performance analysis was conducted for the existing condition (unsignalisedintersection) and for the proposed new traffic signal. The analysiswas based on IHCM 1997 method. The analysis for existing condition showedthat the capacity of the intersection was 3,159 pcu/hour and the degree ofsaturation was 0.74. This indicated that traffic management is required toimprove the intersection performance such as redesigning geometric andapplying traffic signal

Analisis Satua I Ubuh dengan Satua Bagus Diarsa (Teks Perbandingan) Ni Putu Ayu Desi Yanti; I Wayan Suteja; Ni Made Suryati

This study discussed two literary works of oral prose namely I Ubuh story and Bagus Diarsa story, which aims at understanding and investigating the existence of a text in another text or the intertextual relation in the story of I Ubuh and Bagus Diarsa. This study is conducted based on the structural theory from Teeuw and intertext theory from Kristeva, while the data collection is done by using free guided interview and supported by recording technique, taking notes, transcription and translation techniques. The methods used in analyzing the data are qualitative method and descriptive analytic method. In presenting the data analysis, the method used is informal method supported by deductive and inductive techniques. The findings of this study show that there are structures which form the story of I Ubuh and Bagus Diarsa namely incident; chronological plot in the stories; characters and characterizations such as main character, secondary figures, and complementary characters; the settings of both stories are setting of time, place and situation; the theme of the stories is Satya Samaya; and the moral. Besides, the findings show that there is intertextual relation between the story of I Ubuh and Bagus Diarsa, they have the similar motives namely chicken feathers that used to show directions and places in the stories. Meanwhile, the difference between these stories is I Santeng went southeast to reach the sea floor, and I Bagus Diarsa went north to reach the Banyan Tree.

This analysis is discussed about Tutur Jatiswara text with its forms and functions analysis. This analysis is used to reveal structures that is developed literatures and its functions in it. Tutur Jatiswara study is using structural theory from Teeuw, and then functions theory from Damono and Ratna. Therefore, analysis about Tutur Jatiswara could be understood well. Technique and method that is used in this analysis is divided into three steps, they are (1) technique and method of data provision that used is reading method and be helped with take a note and translation method, (2) technique and method that is used to analysis data is qualitative methode, descriptive analytic technique, (3) technique and methode of result provision from data analysis that used is informal methode and be helped by deductive-inductive technique. The result obtained from this study is forms structure, they are: language manner and genre. Content structures are: introduction, middle, and final parts. Besides, this study also reveal functions that is contained in Tutur Jatiswara are, etnics (susila), philosophy (tattwa), yadnya, and self control functions.

This study is entitled “Pupulan Puisi Sangsiah Kélangan Somah Karya I Gdé Nala Antara Analisis Struktur”. Pupulan Puisi Sangsiah Kélangan Somah consists of four poems, namely poem Sangsiah Kélangan Somah, Tresna Uluh Kalarau, Pasah, and Semara Tan Patepi. Pupulan Puisi Sangsiah Kélangan Somah is analyzed by structural theory from Herman J. Waluyo. This study aims to describe the forming structures contained in the Pupulan Puisi Sangsiah Kélangan Somah in the form of physical structures and mental structures. Methods and techniques for providing research data using library and interview methods are supported by document, recording and note taking techniques. The methods and techniques of analyzing research data use descriptive analytic methods, and the hermeneutic method is assisted with translation and note taking techniques. The methods and techniques of presenting data analysis use formal and informal methods and are supported by deductive and inductive techniques. The structures that make up the Pupulan Puisi Sangsiah Kélangan Somah are divided into two, namely the physical structure (diction, imagination, concrete words, figurative speech or language, versification, and typography) and the mental structure (theme, taste, tone, and mandate).

This research entitled "Collection of Short Stories Kupu-Kupu Kuning Ngindang di Candidasa by I Ketut Sandiyasa Literary Psychological Analysis" by discussing three short stories entitled Tamplakan Limané Intan Pandini; Kupu-Kupu Kuning Ngindang di Candidasa; and Wayan Arya NgalihTunangan with psychological analysis of literature. This analysis aims to determine the structure and obtain a clear explanation about psychological aspects of the characters in the short story. This research uses structural and literary psychological theories The methods and techniques used in this study were divided into three stages; the stage of providing data using the listening method along with translation technique and note-taking technique, the stage of data analysis using qualitative method with descriptive analytic technique, the stage of presenting the results of analysis using informal methods with deductive techniques. In this study, it can be found the narrative structure such as incidents, plot, characters and characterizations, settings, themes, and moral value of the stories. Psychological aspects in the three short stories entitled Tamplakan Limané Intan Pandini; Kupu-Kupu Kuning Ngindang di Candidasa; and Wayan Arya Ngalih Tunangan in the collection of short stories Kupu-Kupu Kuning Ngindang di Candidasa including Id, Ego, and Super Ego (part of theory of literature psychology). Id in these short stories are seen in the mentality of the main and the secondary characters when performing an action for pleasure and self-satisfaction. Ego in these short stories are seen in the mentality of the main and secondary characters when performing conscious actions. Super Ego in these short stories are seen in the psychological aspect of the main and secondary characters when doing an action based on a sense of remorse and self-introspection of the mistakes made.

The research discusses the text Geguritan Sri Eswaryadala with analysis of images of women. The analysis aims to reavel the structure of the building work of literature and image of women contained in Geguritan Sri Eswaryadala. Methods and thechniques used there are three stage. (1) phase of the data providers used methods of reading and translation techniques and notes. (2) phase analysis of data using qualitative methods, deskriptive-analytic technique. (3?) stage presentation of the result of data analysis using formal and informal methods aided by inductive-deductive technique. The result obtained from this research is forma structure composed of literature and language codes, style and variety of language. Narative structure consists of insiden, plot, character and characterzation, setting, theme and mandate. The narrative structure of one of the most important elements in revealing images of woman that may be in Geguritan Sri Eswaryadala. Images of womwn in Geguritan Sri Eswaryadala played by Ni Dyah Tantri can be divided into two parts, namely beautiful from inside and beautiful outside ourselve (phisically). Images of women intellectuals. Intellectuals means being able to use intelligence abtained is according to the situation at hand. Image of women who are ethical. Ethical means being able to behave well and good manners with their older, with their own age and those who are smaller than we are. Images of women suputra. Suputra means a child who is able to serve and do good to parents.

This study uses Kidung Tunjung Biru as object. The problems raised in this study include structure and the meaning of Kidung Tunjung Biru. Theory which was employed in this study is a structural theory and semiotic theory. Methods and techniques used in this study were divided into three phases, (1) the stage of data collection method is used to read assisted with translation techniques, (2) the stage of data analysis used descriptive analysis method, and (3) the stage of presentation of the results of the analysis used informal and formal methods. The results obtained from this study is structure of Kidung Tunjung Biru consisting of: metrum, use of languages, figure of speech (hyperbole, litotes,tautology,simile, metaphor,personification), and narrative sequence. The meaning contained in Kidung Tunjung Biru, consisting of: flowers in a symbolic;the expression of love; and the unity of God, Human, and Nature.

This study is entitled "Discrimination of Women in Pupulan Tatu Anak Luh Short Stories Feminsime Approach" by discussing three short stories namely Tatu Anak Luh short stories, Mejalan Tanpa Batis and Mepasung Ulian Warisan with the feminsime approach. Research on Pupil Tatu Anak Luh Short Story discusses the analysis of the structure and discrimination of women in the form of violence. This analysis aims to reveal the structure and violence contained in the short story of Tatu Anak Luh. This research uses structural theory and feminism theory. The methods and techniques used in this study were divided into three stages, namely: (1) methods and data collection techniques using the listening method assisted with translation and note-taking techniques. (2) data analysis methods and techniques using qualitative methods and analytic descriptive techniques. (3) methods and techniques for presenting the results of data analysis using informal methods assisted with deductive-inductive techniques. The results obtained from this study, namely the narrative structure consisting of incidents, plot, character and characterization, setting, theme, and mandate. In addition, this study also revealed female discrimination, in the form of verbal violence, physical violence and mental or psychological violence.
