Abstract

Sexual satisfaction is a feeling of satisfaction obtained from sexual activitybetween husband and wife. In some cases it was found that wives tended not toget sexual satisfaction. This can have a negative impact onwife or both parties because sexual satisfaction is an indicatorthe joy of marriage and a source of individual psychic energy. Hence, this studyaims to determine the effect of sexual satisfaction on health levelshousewife mentality.This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of causal researchcomparative. Data were collected using a scale, namely the scale of sexual satisfaction(NSSS) and mental health scale (WEMWBS). The number of research subjectsare 89 out of 818 housewives with a marriage age range of 2 to 20 yearswhich is determined based on the sampling technique in the form of purposive samplingand the slovin formula to determine the number of samples.The results of this study are the results of the regression analysis test obtained a significance valueof 0.000 <0.005 and the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.224 and the coefficientregression x of 0.267. This shows that there is sexual influencesatisfaction of 22.4% with the level of mental health of housewives and 70.6% is influenced by other factors such as environment, economic conditions and maturitythink.

Abstract

Pelayanan kelahiran terpadu merupakan inovasi dalam pembuatan administrasikependudukan di pelayanan kesehatan. pelayanan kelahiran terpadu memberikanpelayanan pembuatan akte kelahiran, kartu identitas anak dan kartu keluarga denganwaktu penyelesaian pelayanan hanya 2 hari. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisisimplementasi kebijakan pelayanan kelahiran terpadu serta menganalisis fakor pendukungdan penghambat dalam inovasi pelayanan kelahiran terpadu. Jenis penelitian inideskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, dengan fokus penelitian membentukstandar prosedur opersional dalam inovasi pelayanan kelahiran yang terpadu untukpenerbitan akte kelahiran, kartu identitas anak dan perubahan kartu keluarga bagi pasienyang melahirkan dirumah sakit umum daerah Sumbawa, . Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa pelayanan kelahiran terpadu merupakan pelayanan yang efisien dan efektif hal inidapat dilihat dari segi inovasi proses layanan yang mudah dan inovasi metode layananyang cepat karena setiap pasien yang diperbolehkan pulang akan langsung mendapatkankartu keluarga baru, akte kelahiran anak dan kartu identitas anak secara gratis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kondisi kerentanan penurunan prestasi siswa pada tingkatSekolah Menengah Atas akibat perubahan kurikulum selama satu dekade terakhir.Peranan lebih dari pendidik (Guru) sangat dibutuhkan terutama pada segi Inovasipengajarannya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perumusan tingkat efektifitas inovasimanajemen pengajaran dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa SMA di wilayah Sumbawatahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis kualitatif yang diterapkanpada SMA Islam Terpadu Samawa Cendekia tahun ajaran Genap 2019. Adapun informandalam penelitian ini yakni Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang kesiswaan, Guru dan juga siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data melaui metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.Analisa data menggunakan metode interaktif, penyajian data, reduksi data denganChauvenet Criterion dan digeneralisasi untuk kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian terkaitefektifitas inovasi manajemen pengajaran dalam peningkatan prestasi siswa yaitu inovasipengajaran bukan pada wujud fisik melainkan juga yang non fisik oleh guru. Perencanaanprogram dalam pengembangan potensi guru untuk menciptakan inovasi dalampembelajaran. Manajemen pengaturan kelembagaan pada struktur organisasi,pengelolaan, pengembangan potensi guru secara inovatif melalui kegiatan workshop,diklat, pelatihan inovasi dalam pengajaran, sehingga berkorelasi positif terhadap prestasisiswa. Pengawasan manajemen inovasi dilakukan oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Guruserta supervisi oleh Pengawas dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten yang dilakukan rutinsetiap bulannya

Abstract

This study aims to meet the needs of an effective and learning systemefficient amid the Covid-19 pandemic. As is known, Coronavirus Disease 2019or Covid-19 is a new type of virus that disrupts the respiratory system,acute pneumonia, causing death. There is concern over the sizethe risk that this creates affects the education sector, namely bythe presence of digital technology-based educational innovations, which replace all formsactivities at school are carried out online (online). Although aiming tofulfill and facilitate the learning process from home, precisely in its applicationstill raises several problems, particularly the ineffectiveness and efficiency of activitieslearning. This study uses a descriptive approachqualitative, where what is collected is in the form of opinions, information not numbers, conceptsand information in the form of description to describe andinterpret an object as it is. The results showed that,one of the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the education sector at SMAN 1 Empangare taken several policies in the form of disabling activities at school andapply online learning (online) via Whatsapp, Zoom,Cloud Meeting, and Short Message Service (SMS). If needed, learn toocan be done offline, one of which is that the teacher comes to students directly toprovide motivation to learn to students. However, this has implications forLess effective and efficient learning systems due to insufficient time andalso the amount of costs incurred, so that the policy is still not optimalimplemented. Based on several learning methods used at the timeThe Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the most effective learning methodsis to use the online method through Zoom media and Cloud Meeting.So it can be concluded that this method is an effective method and canimplemented at SMAN 1 Empang during the pandemic.

Abstract

This paper discusses local wisdom from local communities in Indonesiain environmental management of natural resources asimplementation of sustainable development. The purpose of this paper isprovide an overview of the forms of natural resource management andovercoming environmental problems based on local wisdom asinsight for community development activities. This research is descriptivequalitative analytical descriptive method using a theoretical approachcultural ecology through literature study. From the results of this study, it is known that the valuesculture in Indonesia tends to be ecocentric and biocentric, so it cansaid to be a deep ecology (ecology that is deep / concentrated). Apart from that, it was shown toocultural values ??regulate the management of natural resources wisely. This writingalso shows that local wisdom as cultural ecology is an insightimportant in community development activities because it is not just shapingindependence and creating prosperity. More than that, cultural ecology isembodiment of sustainable development.

Abstract

Lemuru production in Sumbawa has increased and is one of the processed productsthe famous one is bage fish. This bage fish is processed by a process of salting andpickling, then drying and frying. Request from the Sumbawa peopleThere are already many who want to bring this typical bage fish souvenir from the region. Bytherefore in this study a controlled drying process was carried out usingoven, and is expected to be a solution to improve the quality of bage fishphysicochemical and microbiological. The results showed that fresh lemuru hadthe average moisture content was 86%, protein content was 19.8%, fat content was 6.1%. Water contentThe highest bage fish was found in treatment with a temperature of 50 ° C for 2 hours (56.33%)while the lowest water content is found in 4 hours drying with a temperature of 60 ° C(28.41%). The highest TPC test value was obtained in bage fish drying at 50oCfor 2 hours, which is 21000 CFU / gr (2.1 x 104 CFU / gr).

Abstract

Bima Regency has great potential in producing shallots (Alliumascalonicum L.) because it can be planted throughout the year so that the production is abundantRed onion. Onion processing aims to maintain agesave and the quality of the onion. This study compared the characteristics of the pastashallots with two different emulsifying systems. Use of an emulsion systemthe right one affects the quality of the shallot paste. The research was conducted in a scalelaboratory using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatments andthree replications, the first treatment was addition of shortening with lecithin, andthe second treatment adding starch with oil palm. Characteristics of onion pastered that want to be investigated are water content (AOAC 2005), protein content (AOAC, 2005) andfat content (AOAC, 2005). The test results of shallot paste show thatThe addition of CMC 0.3% for 7 minutes had the lowest water content (44.11%).While the addition of 6% lecithin 4 minutes has a higher water contentcompared to other treatments (51.27%). The highest protein content is found intreatment with the addition of CMC 0.3% 7 minutes is 3.05%. while lowest onlecithin addition treatment 6% 4 minutes is 2.63%. Fat content of shallot pasteThe highest was the treatment with the addition of CMC by 0.3% with timestirring 7 minutes (0.89%), while the lowest was found in treatment withaddition of 6% lecithin with a stirring time of 4 minutes (0.82%).

Abstract

The occupational hazard risks that generally occur in the RFCC refinery area, namelythe event of a fall while going up or down stairs. Usually this happens because of the concept of threethe point of contact is often overlooked, namely the safe and secure use of the stairsmaintains three points of contact at all times. In addition, anti-coin innovation is also appliedslip as a double safety in working when going up and down stairs. The purpose ofThis study was to determine the effect of using anti toe slip and threepoint methodcontact in going up and down stairs and the level of understanding of workers in educationregarding the risk of hazards in the area of ??the RFCC Pertamina RU IV Cilacap Refinery. Toget comprehensive data in research, used qualitative analysis methodsdescriptive, where the data is translated from the results of field observations in the form of interviewsand a questionnaire with relevant questions. Furthermore, the data is analyzed and presentedin the form of a diagam or histogram. This study shows that the use of antitoe slip and the application of three point contact is very important because it canminimize the occurrence of falls when going up and down stairs during work.As many as 64% and 24% of respondents stated that the use of this method was very strongit is safe to work at a height because of the safety equipment that prevents slipperywhen going up the stairs. While the concept of thee point contact can help workers tocontinue to focus on positioning the hands and feet while on the stairs so that the incidentfalling can be avoided. Providing education about the use of anti toe slip and threepoint of contact is a factor that also determines the level of security at work atthe height when using the stairs. Of the 50 respondents who were observed, as much as 94%I totally agree that education makes workers more understanding and awarewith safety equipment that must be used and of course prevent fromrisk of falling while climbing stairs.

Abstract

Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) is an application of the thermoelectric module forgenerate electricity according to the seebeck effect which takes advantage of the temperature differenceoccurring on both sides of the module. This study aims to design a toolportable power generator by exploiting the energy loss in motorcycle exhaustin order to produce a power of 10. The design that is built is in the form ofelectrical design with series configuration and series-parallel configuration ascomparison, using 8 pieces of thermoelectric modules of type SP1848-27145 and modulesDC / DC converter. The mechanical design consists of 4 layers with visualizationusing Autodesk Inventor software. The shape of the tool is adapted to the shapeexhaust so that it can be removed and reinstalled with dimensions of 164.3 ????????× 205 × 23.135 ???????? and can maintain the temperature difference (????????) of 60 ° ????. ResultThe selected design uses a series configuration because it has the same amount of powerclose to the target of ? 9???? with good reliability and has protection onconverter step-down module.

Abstract

The world's population continues to grow, causing energy needs to increase rapidly.In fact, not all regions have a special supply of electrical energyareas that are located in remote and difficult to access places. Besides the depletion of reservesfossil fuels as the main source of electricity generation and effectsbad pollution also encourages the change of energy sources into new energyrenewable (EBT). The purpose of this research is to design a solution forovercome both of these by using the exhaust heat utilization system(waste-heat recovery) in domestic combustion, especially portable stoves.Thermoelectric generator (TEG) is the right choice because it has severaladvantages needed such as simple conversion process, reliabilityhigh, and ease of application. The research will discuss the design of the toolwaste-heat recovery on portable stoves mechanically and electrically. Designcarried out on 2 different types of TEG modules, namely TEP1-1264-3.4 and SP1848-27145. The proposed tool has an estimated output power of about 9.24 W for the moduleTEP1-1264-3.4 and 9.0048 W for SP1848-27145 module using 8a TEG module with an approximate temperature difference of 60 ? and a cooling systemwater based. Thus the TEP1-1264-3.4 module generates more powerhigher than SP1848-27145 module and the series configuration is rated better because of thishave no problem when experiencing voltage differences between modules. Designmechanical build that is made to have 2 separate frame parts for conveniencecircuit maintenance.
