Abstract

Education industry is a service enterprise that has its unique characteristics. Thus, the implementation of e-CRM in education institutions and other service companies is different. The research methodology uses variables Pre-Purchase, At-Purchase, Post-Purchase, e-Trust, e-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty, where the hypothesis was tested by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Besides, it also uses IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to identify factors to be improved by calculating the gap analysis. The test results obtained show that based on the correlation analysis, all the H1hypotheses (has relationship) are accepted and based on the regression analysis, all the hypotheses H1 (has effects) is accepted. Under the IPA, for both increases in the first priority and second priority, all the variables need to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the constraints and the distribution system of learning information, and designing a web-based application that can be accessed 24 hours and support the dissemination of information relating to school and improving the quality of their students. The research method used was a field survey, literature, and interviews. UML design methodology covers the development, creation of database design and screen design. The results achieved are a school administration application that is used for learning information. The application also provides information on school officials. With this application, can facilitate the teachers and administration in making the charging and management of the information in high school. The conclusion was that with this application, the efficiency and effectiveness of time increases, the error value calculation is minimized. In addition, with this application, it also can improve the performance of teachers and administration. However, it is expected for the future, these applications can be developed better.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a CAI application as a learning support and media to introduce the valuable cultures of Indonesia. The CAI is objected to children or people using computer. The research applied the Interactive Multimedia System Design & Development (IMSDD) method, which consists of system requirement, design consideration, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this research is a CAI application about Indonesian culture based on multimedia that fulfills the user?s need on CAI application. CAI is expected to grow users? interest about Indonesian culture, improve children?s memory capability, and help create the learning process more interesting and fun.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in ensuring the good management of crowdfunding entities in Indonesia. Research methodology is using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative approach was conducted by analyzing the factors of the driving forces for donors in financially participating in crowdfunding initiatives. Conceptual framework is developed and a study was conducted to 96 donors from three Indonesian crowdfunding portals. The findings of quantitative study show that the main factor that drive the donors to participate is motivation to accomplish, social merit factors and good trust to the project creator. Based on that results, qualitative study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles in those three Indonesian crowdfunding portals. The evaluation explains that GCG principles has been well implemented by those administrators of crowdfunding portals. Nevertheless, serious concern should be taken in the area of accountability and financial reporting. The research provides insights for crowdfunding practitioners to be succesfully raise funding and for crowdfunding platforms to be sustainable in this business by implementing good corporate governance. This research takes a further step in explaining crowdfunding phenomenon in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discussed the properties of Spatially Corrected Blundell-Bond (SCBB) in overcoming the problem of endogeneity and spatial dependence that occur in dynamic Spatial Durbin Model (SDM) panels. The properties of the estimator tested were unbiased and normality. The properties test of the estimator was carried out using the Monte Carlo simulation approach. From the results of this research, it finds that the SCBB estimator has unbiased properties and follows a normal distribution. Based on the property of the estimator obtained, the SCBB parameter estimation method in the dynamic SDM panel model works well in overcoming endogeneity and spatial dependence problems.

Abstract

As a country renowned for its natural beauty, Indonesia has many interesting attractions to visit. An example is the attraction of animals shown at Ragunan Zoo. At Ragunan Zoo visitors not only enjoy the tour, but also learn about animals shown. However, information about the animals is only provided on the board. Therefore,Ragunan Zoo needs a technology that provides more information, efficiently and as a guide to explore the tourist attractions. The purpose of this research is to design an android-based mobile application that can provide information more than what is show on the board as well as provides digital mapinformation. The application generated in this study implements the QR code scanning to obtain information as well as locations of digital map attraction.

Abstract

This paper introduces a classification of the image of the batik process, which is based on the similarity of the characteristics, by combining the method of wavelet transform Daubechies type 2 level 2, to process the characteristic texture consisting of standard deviation, mean and energy as input variables, using the method of Fuzzy Neural Network (FNN). Fuzzyfikasi process will be carried out all input values with five categories: Very Low (VL), Low (L), Medium (M), High (H) and Very High (VH). The result will be a fuzzy input in the process of neural network classification methods. The result will be a fuzzy input in the process of neural network classification methods. For the image to be processed seven types of batik motif is ceplok, kawung, lereng, parang, megamendung, tambal and nitik. The results of the classification process with FNN is rule generation, so for the new image of batik can be immediately known motif types after treatment with FNN classification.  For the degree of precision of this method is 86-92%.

Abstract

Besides having a particular function or purpose, a building also has certain characters that generally appear and are accumulated into an image or impression given by anyone who sees the building. Function is a fundamental starting point for all architectural expression. The influence of function on the architecture is quiteobvious especially when we observe differences in the use of certain building and how certain activities can create the form of the building. However, is it true that the function and form of the building has any relation with the formation of building classification (typology)? For that reason, this paper discusses a case study ofmosque buildings.

Abstract

Shortest path algorithms have been long applied to solve daily problems by selecting the most feasible route with minimum cost or time. However, some of the problems are not simple. This study applied the case using Dijkstra's algorithm on a graph representing street routes with two possible digraphs: one-way and twoway. Each cost was able to be changed anytime, representing the change in traffic condition. Results show that the usage of one way digraph in mapping the route does make the goal possible to reach, while the usage of twoway digraph may cause confusion although it is probably the possible choice in the real world. Both experiments showed that there are no additional computation stresses in re-calculating the shortest path while going halfway to reach the goal.

Abstract

The high rate of retail industry growth absolutely needs good attention and well-constructive improvement. We often see that the consumer waste their time to shop in super market. With Data Mining and its relation with association function, it is expected to give inputs and contribution for the revolution of placing procedure of display case layout in every retail businesses, either in big supermarket or the small one. The result of this research is that the association pattern was gained among several display-case objects, and the distance between display cases is the determined variable of the implementation of association tabulation.
