Abstract

Whistleblowing, nowadays, is a common practice many organizations to detect fraud. This research aims to analyze the extent of the effect of financial incentives on employees’ intentions in faith-based organizations (FBO) to do whistleblowing. Individuals who works in FBO have different characteristics from individuals who work in profit-oriented companies. One of the characteristic uniqueness of employees who work in FBO is their motivation to work is more driven by religious values rather than financial incentives. Using the between-group subjects design, the results shows that religious and financial incentives affect the intentions of FBO employees to report fraud.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the magnitude of the contribution proposed by the coefficient lines at each track diagram of causal relationships between variables of Product Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty Provider Bolt Through Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study is that user Provider Bolt in Pondok Pinang Rw 012 South Jakarta with a sample of 70 people. Sampling technique using a Non-probability Sampling Simple Random Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Path Analysis and the obtained results of the coefficient of direct influence Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at 0,776 while the coefficient of indirect influence on the Product Quality and Price of Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is 0,688. Therefore the direct influence coefficient greater than the coefficient of direct influence.

Abstract

Destination image is an important factor in tourism marketing. Harmonious destination image between local residents, tourists, and Tourism Marketers Organization allows for a sustainable development model for tourism marketing. This study aims to examine differences of Jakarta's destination image in the perception of tourists and local residents. Methodology used is quantitative research. Research instruments are developed by reviewing relevant literature on destination image factors for Jakarta. Data collection is done through questionnaires distributed online. Different test conducted is Mann-Whitney test. Results show that local residents and tourists have similar destination image about culinary tourism and shopping. But they have different destination image about recreation, cultural tourism, beach tourism, historical tours, local people, infrastructure, affective destination image, and conative destination image. Researcher suggested to Tourism Marketers and Tourism Department of Jakarta to educate, to give information, and to involve local people especially to destination images that still considered low by local residents. Tourism Marketer Organizations, Jakarta Tourism Office, and Local Residents must maintain and even improve the quality of culinary tour and shopping experience so as to increase the satisfaction of tourists when visiting Jakarta, which in turn will make tourists want to re-visit.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a decision as an act of ownership of two or more alternative choices. Many factors can influence the purchasing decisions of consumers to a product, such as brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and consumen loyalty. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand awareness, percceived quality, brand associations and brand loyalty on purchase decisions of celular card Three Always On. Population in this study were residents in the neighborhood RW 007 Pondok Cabe Ilir – Pamulang using celular card Three Always On. Samples taken 80 respondents. Sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Results of analysis using SPSS Version 21.Results showed simultaneously and partially brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Therefore, suggested in management company should continue to perform the management, development, and improvement of the various dimensions of brand equity, either by using the media campaign strategy, product innovation, and quality of service. Because today many various kinds of brandmobile phone cards issued by competing companies both domestic or international.

Abstract

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape baik dalam hal pementasan substansial dan pementasan komunikatif pada emosi konsumen restoran limited-service (McDonald's) di Surabaya yang menghasilkan kepuasan pelanggan dan ditampilkan dalam perilaku loyalitas, yaitu niat kembali (return intention), WOM intention, dan EWOM intention. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah Survei dengan SEM analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Substatntive Staging of Servicescape (SSoS) pada emosi pelanggan; 2. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Communicative Staging of servicescape (CSoS) pada emosi pelanggan; 3.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan emosi pelanggan terhadap kepuasan; 4.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepuasan terhadap Subyektif - Kesejahteraan (SWB); 5.Ada pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan kepuasan pada Keseluruhan Kualitas Hidup (QoL); 6.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Subjektif-Kesejahteraan (SWB) pada Kualitas Hidup secara keseluruhan; 7.Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; 8. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the exchange rate, inflation rate, and the SBI interest rate of commposite stock price index (CSPI) on the Stock Exchange by using the sample period from 2009 to 2012. Results Partially shows that exchange rate, have a significant effect on the index. SBI, have a significant and positive influence on the index. Inflation rate, has no sinifikan effect against JCI. While simultaneously showed that a difference significant between the Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rates to JCI. The amount of Adjusted R Square of 0.714 or 71.4%. This figure gives the sense that the index change is influenced by the Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rates 71.4%, for the remaining 28.6% nfluenced by other factors outside of this discussion.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of business risk, growth in sales and profitability of the company's capital structure in a manufacturing company engaged in the various industries that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).The data in this study used secondary data from annual reports (annual reports) are available in the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data taken in the form of balance sheet and profit and loss statements and notes of financial statements, which are then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis that should be a classic assumptions using SPSS, while the t test was used to test and F test.From the analysis and the use of hypothesis on the data available in the company based on the F test found a significant effect between business risk, sales growth and capital structure on profitability. And based on the results of t-test also found that business risk is not significant effect on profitability, sales growth no significant effect on profitability, and capital structure significantly influence profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Asset Structure, Liquidity, and Capital Structure for the manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 - 2013. The study uses secondary data sources of the data derived by the Indonesia Stock Exchange with four years study period, namely 2010-2013. The population in this study a number of 40 companies manufacturing miscellaneous industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2013. Sampling was purposive sampling method with the provisions of these companies include financial statements for duration of the study period and has positive net income and then a total sample of 18 companies. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination, and profitability, asset structure, and liquidity as independent variabel. The data of this study are qualified classical assumption test and conformance tes models with adjusted R2 of 46,4%. Results of the analysis done of profitability, and liquidity strukturaset significant effect on the capital structure.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory and correlational study using survey method on heads of division in Regional Organizations of Banyumas Regency. This research aims to find out the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack and the effect of ethical factors expressed by person-situation interactionist factors on that relationship. The research population are all Regional Organizations of Banyumas Regency. The sampling method used is judgment sampling and it obtains 25 regional organizations. There are 4 heads of divisions from each regional organization who become the respondents.Based on the research result and data analysis using moderated regression analysis, it concludes: Asymmetric information can increase the creation of budgetary slack; (2) Ethical ideology does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (3) Machiavellian character does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (4) Locus of control does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (5) Moral intensity does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; and (6) Organizational ethical climate does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui klasifikasi pertumbuhan sektor perekonomian wilayah Kabupaten Pamekasan; dan mengetahui sektor-sektor basis dan sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Pendekatan kuantitatif pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis, Location Quotient dan Shift Share, dan Tipology Klassen. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan sektor yang masuk dalam kategori unggulan dengan kriteria tergolong sektor maju dan tumbuh dengan pesat, sektor basis dan kompetitif, serta kontribusinya yang besar terhadap pembentukan PDRB Kabupaten Pamekasan, yaitu sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, reparasi mobil, dan speda motor. Sedangkan sub sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, reparasi mobil, dan sepeda motor yang potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai sub sektor unggulan, yaitu sub perdagangan besar dan eceran.
