Abstract

Banks have an important role in the economic sector especially in the development and economic growth, it is not separated from the role of banks as intermediary institutions. The bank has a duty to collect funds from the public and then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. The lending is not optimal conducted by the bank into the background of this research. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of third party funds, capital, earning assets and liquidity assets to total bank credit distribution. The population used in this study is a commercial bank listed on OJK in the period 2011-2015. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many 20 banks as the study samples. The method of analysis used in this study using panel data regression analysis with the program Eviews 8.0 and 5% significance level. The results of this study indicate that the third party funds and liquidity represented by LDR significant positive effect to total banking credit distribution, Capital represented by CAR has not significant effect to total banking credit distribution, while earning assets represented by NPL significant negative effect to total banking credit distribution.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of variable dividend policy and managerial ownership toward financing decision in company listed in BEI at 2013 with firm size as control variable. The population in this study is listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2013. Gained a total sample of 52 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F statistic and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the dividend policy and managerial ownership in Model 1 and Model 2 does not significantly influence the financing decision. While the control variables of firm size significantly influence financial decisions. We recommend to investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to pay attention to other factors that influence the financing decisions in making their investment decision. The control variables of firm size in this study is the most influential variable on financing decisions indicated from t-count value is smaller than the table and have significantly by 0.003.

Abstract

Technology is continuing to improve its quality for the users convenience. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users who are in the simulation room will feel like in real situations. VR now entering the realm of tourism as media promotion. It uses become important for a travel agent because takes promotion for tourism products and services. One of the travel agents’ products is variety of tour packages, such as travel incentive that focus on business and leisure in one package. TraveLab as a Bandung State Polytechnic travel agent often serve the incentive travel package’ as the student request to visit industries combine with destinations.Selection of VR as a promotional media at TraveLab known as a new media that attracts consumers to get information about tour package in the form of video watch. Along with the student needs and interest to new technology, VR is one of the recent technology that adopt by TraveLab to promote their incentive tour package to its specific segment, that are student of Bandung State Polytechnic. The enhancement of VR as promotional media, need more selection of videos. This project emphasis on the development of varies video of incentive travel package relate to specific student segmentation. The video shoot have been done by 360 degree camera with the purposes of incentive travel pattern and resulting of three new incentive tour packages.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the era of globalization is growing rapidly. This has a significant impact on internet usage in Indonesia. So that makes Indonesia a very potential market for e-commerce, which has triggered the emergence of various online stores in Indonesia. Achieving success in e-commerce business in online stores in Indonesia requires a strategy. Shopee is an e-commerce company that runs the C2C mobile marketplace business, which allows users to buy or sell goods through applications available on the iOS and Android platforms. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of functional comfort and representative excitement on Impulse Buying. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with PLS (Partial Least Square) method with Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The sample used in the study was 50 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that functional convenience variables have a significant effect on unplanned purchases, while representative excitement variables have no significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), SBI, and Exchange Units of Mutual Funds Against the period 2009-2011. The population in this study is a mutual fund owned Danareksa Mawar Danareksa Investment Management is active in 2009-2011. This study uses secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation kuadratterkecil and test hypotheses using t-statistics for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the effect together with a significance level of 5%. It also made the classic assumption test covering normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results of the study during the years 2009-2011 shows together Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), Rate Interest Rate, and Exchange Rate Against affect Mutual Fund Units. While the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and the exchange rate has an influence on Mutual Fund Units. But Interest Rates SBI has no influence Mutual Fund Units.

Abstract

The digital era 4.0 is currently making the environment turbulent. Economic actors tend to be faced with intense competition. One of these economic actors is the Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Maju Jaya, Kuningan. Every aspect in the cooperative is an important thing that must be understood so that it can be developed and utilized properly. At present, KSU Maju Jaya, Kuningan will develop its business. Therefore, KSU Maju Jaya, Kuningan needs to look at the conditions that occur, both internally and externally so that it can make an appropriate decision in developing its business. The researcher used SWOT analysis to determine the position of the business competition. The results of this analysis showed that KSU Maju Jaya, Kuningan is in Quadrant III with x axis = -0.32 and y axis = -0.25. Hence, some strategies that must be carried out by KSU Maju Jaya, Kuningan are Concentration Strategies, Product and Market Development Strategies and Innovation Strategies.

Abstract

Online reviews are emerging as a powerful source of information influencing consumers’ pre-purchase evaluation. This phenomenon has emphasized the need for a further comprehension of the impact of online reviews on consumer attitudes and behaviors, particularly in the sharing economy platforms. This study aims to examine the relationship of attributes in Airbnb listings towards online reviews and measure the effect of online reviews towards rental price. To examine the hypothesis and drawing conclusion, a web-crawling code was developed to collect data related with the characteristics of Airbnb’s listings, the attributes of the hosts, and the reputation of the listings. The model was tested by using a dataset of 413 Airbnb listings within Jakarta area over a period of Airbnb`s launch in January 2012 until May 2018. The data collected from the survey was processed and analyzed through multiple linear regression model, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that an online review is not a significant aspect in determining rental price of an accommodation. Furthermore, the findings highlight the importance of a “superhost” badge to influence review volume, while membership duration represents the key reason that affects both review volume and consumer ratings.

Abstract

This research is an explanatory and correlational study using survey method on heads of division in Regional Organizations of Banyumas Regency. This research aims to find out the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack and the effect of ethical factors expressed by person-situation interactionist factors on that relationship. The research population are all Regional Organizations of Banyumas Regency. The sampling method used is judgment sampling and it obtains 25 regional organizations. There are 4 heads of divisions from each regional organization who become the respondents.Based on the research result and data analysis using moderated regression analysis, it concludes: Asymmetric information can increase the creation of budgetary slack; (2) Ethical ideology does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (3) Machiavellian character does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (4) Locus of control does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; (5) Moral intensity does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack; and (6) Organizational ethical climate does not moderate the effect of asymmetric information on the creation of budgetary slack.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the accounts that are excluded, there are problems in the accounts is excluded, and the cause of the problems contained in the accounts are exempt from the examination report on the financial statements of ministries/agencies with the exception of obtaining reasonable opinion. This research uses a qualitative research methodology approach based positivistic philosophy. The data analysis in this research using content analysis with the type of conceptual analysis or collectively, the descriptive content analysis. The results showed that problems in the accounts that are excluded and the associated restrictions on the scope of noncompliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The cause of the problems contained in the accounts that are excluded is due to the weakness of internal controll and non-compliance with laws and regulations. Internal controll weaknesses include a lack of commitment to competence, leadership is not conducive, the lack of delegation of authority and responsibility for the proper, good working relationships with relevant government agencies have not been optimal, the weakness of the organizational structure, purpose of activity is not supported enough resources, internal control weaknesses the application of the SAI, physical control over assets and records have not been optimal, there is no verification process to the evidence of payment, expenditure, and accountability, which have incomplete information, and recommendations not yet acted upon the findings of the previous year.

Abstract

The study, entitled Analysis of Student Satisfaction Factors Impact On National Development University Student Loyalty "Veteran" Jakarta. To determine and analyze the influence of perceptual capabilities of employees, faculty performance against its impact on student satisfaction student loyalty either jointly or individually. This study is based on previous research and theories relevant capabilities of employees, faculty performance, student satisfaction and student loyalty by using the research method of descriptive analysis, correlation and path analysis (Path Analysis). Population studies students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta with sampling proportional stratified random sampling in the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as many as 168 respondents. From the analysis of the validity and reliability of all the questions to the variable capabilities of employees, faculty performance and student satisfaction and student loyalty is valid and reliable. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing sub-structure have a significant effect on the capability of employees is 50.10%, 38.30% of faculty performance and jointly by 65.40%. While the sub-structure capability -2 influence employees at 13.70%, 30.90% of faculty performance and student satisfaction by 0.219 or 21.90% and jointly by 36.10% means that individually and jointly variable employee capabilities and performance of the faculty must still be improved, thereby increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta. It is recommended to conduct further research on the influence of student satisfaction and loyalty beyond the capabilities of employees and performance variables lecturer at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta.
