This research produces a practical, valid, and effective application to measure the physical test of swimming. The R&D method was used with a sample of 3rd semester Physical Education students at FKIP Unsri. Data was collected through validation tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests using validation sheets, questionnaires, and student applications. The sports physical test measuring instrument in various branches in this study was very valid (83.92%) and feasible to use (average 81.25%). The main finding is the specific application to measure the physical test of swimming sports. The implication is that this application helps coaches, athletes, students, and students in measuring the process and results of swimming training.

The purpose of the study was how big the skill level of basic shooting techniques in the futsal game of the high school Cosmo club. The type of research in this study is a type of descriptive research with quantitative data analysis. The research site is Grand Futsal on Radda road, Belopa District, Luwu Regency. The research will be conducted in February 2023. The population is all high school Cosmo futsal athletes totaling 20 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling, where all members of the population will be used as samples in the study. The research instrument is a skill test of basic shooting techniques in futsal games. The research data will be analyzed using descriptive percentages with the help of SPSS program version 23.00. The results showed that the basic shooting technique skills in the high school Cosmo club futsal game were in the medium category of 65%. The results showed that the basic shooting technique skills in the high school Cosmo club futsal game were in the medium category of 65%. The conclusion is that futsal extracurricular activities at high school Cosmo have not received strong attention from students to actively participate in futsal extracurricular activities.

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of concentration on football playing skills Cintasi Fc. The type of research used is descriptive research of a correlational nature. The population in this study was all Cintasi Fc players. The sample was 20 Cintasi Fc players.The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with the researchers' own considerations so that it can represent a population of 20 people. The collected ATA is analyzed statistically, descriptively and infrencially for the purposes of testing research hypotheses. The accumulated football playing skill test instruments (dribble test, passing test, shooting test) are then used as T-scores.The concentration test uses a questionnaire with the Likert Scale. The result of the study was that football playing skills had a significant relationship with concentration with a significant value of 0.000>0.05. So it was decided Ha was accepted which means there is a significant relationship between variables. The conclusion of this study is that the psychological aspect of concentration greatly determines the success of players in playing football.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of target training on football shooting accuracy at Olang Soccer School. The method used in this study is an experimental method. The population in this study was 50 Olang Soccer School athletes. Sampling using porposive sampling with certain considerations by the researcher. The study sample was determined based on the level of the age group of 15 to 17 years which amounted to 20 people. Test instruments carried out to measure shooting accuracy are target training Goaling, Sleigh Shooting, Bolbal Shoot. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, normality test, paired sample t-test using the SPSS application program version 23.00. The results of the study were the value of t = count of 10.018 > t = table 2.086 and the results of sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a significant effect of target training on the shooting accuracy of Olang Soccer Scholl.

The evaluation implementation in this application aims to trial the ASIK Application program (a Health Application in Indonesia), one of which is an achievement from the Indonesian Ministry of Health on National Child Immunization (BIAN) 2022. The purpose of the research is to find out the results of implementing the use of the ASIK application in inputting and monitoring data on the development of patients or program participants for all health workers who are applied to immunization at the puskesmas. The method used in this study was quantitative. The samples were all users of ASIK application in the Ngoro Public Health Center, with 102 respondents. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are five heuristic components, but the results that significantly influence variables with a significance value of <0.05 are the Consistency and Standard components with a result of 0.0001. It can be concluded that the ASIK application is beneficial in work, but it still influences the application, which should be reassessed immediately

Character development in students can begin at an early age. Many character characteristics such as sportsmanship and cooperation are taught in physical education. The purpose of this study was to identify strengthening sportsmanship and cooperation in football learning. This research includes action research related to football learning. The subjects of the study were 15 students of high school 14 Luwu, Bonelemo Village, West Bajo Regency. This research uses 4 stages of design which include the stages of planning, action and observation, reflection, after completion of reflection. Through research design, it can determine the improvement of sportsmanship and cooperation in football defense. This study focuses on the design of action research which includes (1) behavioral aspects in students by 70%. (2) Psychomotor performance tests with an average score of at least 70% in the good category. The results showed that in cycle 1 the character of sportsmanship was 47% and cycle 2 was 80%. While the character of cooperation in cycle 1 is 48% and cycle 2 is 82%. The conclusion is that the strengthening of character from the pre-cycle stage, cycle 1 and cycle 2 shows that the importance of the role of an educator in cultivating the value of sportsmanship and cooperation. Student character develops as a result of supportive learning environments, interactive learning settings, and student collaboration and good sportsmanship with each other while learning. Strengthening the characteristics of sportsmanship and cooperation can be implemented in conscious continuous football learning and instilling habits in students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of traditional sports on the interest in learning Physical Education and Recreation in junior high school students in Jayapura City. This type of research is quantitative. Quantitative Research is research where research data is in the form of numbers..The approach used is One Group Pretest Posttest Design. based on the results of the hypothesis test, there is a significant influence between traditional sports invitations on the interest in learning Physical Education, Health and Recreation of junior high school students. Test the hypothesis using the help of SPSS version 22 , namely using the t test. By making a decision, if the significance value (2 tailed ) <0.05, there is a significant influence between traditional sports invitations on the interest in learning Physical Education, Health and Recreation of junior high school students in the city of Jayapura. From the results of the analysis using the paired sample test, the value of Sig.(2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.005, so there is a significant effect. the conclusion is that the effect of traditional sports invitations on the interest in learning Physical Education junior high school students in Jayapura City is in the high category . Extrinsic factors have a significant impact on physical education learning. By making variations in learning through traditional sports, it can increase student interest in learning.

Physical fitness protects the body from viruses (Santoso 2021) post-covid-19. In Yogyakarta, 63.17% of students have "Not Good" physical fitness, and 51.61% of are Girls. Physical activity is related to physical fitness (Alamsyah, Hestiningsih et al. 2017), a lack of iron intake also causes low physical fitness (Sitoayu, Yuslaili et al. 2020). In 2018, only 35.1% of girls received iron tablets in Bengkulu Province (NINGSIH 2020). Does the low achievement of iron tablets cause low physical fitness? Objective; Knowing the Effect of Fe Supplements and Physical Activity on Physical Fitness. The method used in writing this journal is a Literature Review of 18 research journals from 2000 to 2023 obtained from the Google Scholar and Pubmed search engines. Conclusion; There are 4 (four) main factors that have been proven significant several times and were re-examined by this new researcher, these factors include; 1. Physical activity, 2. Hemoglobin levels, 3. Iron intake, and Anemia. the relationship between iron supplementation and physical fitness of female adolescents at school has not been proven.

This study aims to improve the ability of squatting style long jump through the application of audio-visual learning. This research includes classroom action research. The meeting in this study was designed two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The subjects of the study were 30 students of grade VIII A junior high school 2 Palopo. The research method includes classroom action research on grade VIII A students of junior high school 2 Palopo, carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, execution, observation and reflection. The processing of students’ long jump ability scores in this study was measured in psychomotor, cognitive and affective domains. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of audio-visual learning can improve the ability to jump squat style of grade VIII A students of junior high school 2 Palopo. The results of the data analysis showed that there was a significant increase in squatting style long jump ability through the application of audio-visual learning for grade VIII A students of junior high school 2 Palopo, where in cycle I the graduation percentage of grade VIII A students of junior high school 2 Palopo was 63% and increased in cycle II with a passing percentage of 93%. In conclusion, the application of audio-visual learning can improve the squatting style long jump ability of grade VIII A students of junior high school 2 Palopo.

The main problem that arises is that service is only considered as the beginning of a match. Serving is a very important thing in a match because serving is a fast way to get points. One important part of the tennis serve is the skill of coiling or body rotation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in coiling exercise tennis spin serve. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with 30 South Sulawesi beginner tennis athletes aged between 14-16 years as subjects. The research was conducted at the Tennis Court, Faculty of Sports Science, Makassar State University, for 8 weeks, in the first week the coiling tennis spin serve pretest was carried out and in the last week the coiling tennis spin serves post-test was carried out which was analyzed using Kinova. This coiling training is carried out a frequency of 3 times per week. The results of this study are an average increase of 1,267. So it can be concluded that coiling exercise can improve tennis spin serve in South Sulawesi novice athletes.
