Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the important points for evaluating information systems or applications. Information systems or applications are said to be "good" if users are satisfied with the information system implemented in an organization and ADIBA MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) application is one of example. ADIBA MSME application is engaged in business economics. ADIBA MSME uses flutter platform with dart programming language. ADIBA MSME can map the distribution of closest LKS in Yogyakarta so that it can be accessed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) actors. The existence of ADIBA MSME is expected to be the right solution in creating connectivity (link and match) between business actors and LKS so that the mobilization of LKS funds becomes more productive, effective, and efficient. Even though this app is already used, we still need to find whether users satisfy or not with this app. Therefore, we do this research to find that. The user satisfaction model in this study is End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and data processing methods to determine the relationship between indicators and construct to user satisfaction using SEM-PLS. The purpose of this study is to determine user satisfaction with ADIBA MSME application.

Abstract

E-learning services are currently needed to support learning activities. Since the coronavirus pandemic, the existence of e-learning is very important for online learning activities. This e-learning service is to facilitate for college who must be learned from home. This makes e-learning need to be measured its effectiveness. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the e-learning website at University using the WebQual 4.0 and the Importance Performance Analysis to find out the gaps and what parts should be prioritized for improvement for better e-learning quality. The variables used are usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. The results of this research are based on the achievement value, the quality of usability variable is 80% (very good), information quality is 80% (very good) and service interaction is 79% (good). Gap analysis produces an overall gap value of (- 0.30) which means that the quality of e-learning is not in accordance with user expectations. From quadrant analysis, it is found that the indicators regarding interaction with the website are obvious and easy to understand, the website appearance is attractive, and security of user's private information is included in quadrant I, which means that these indicators are the first priority for improvement of the e-learning website of University.

Abstract

Clickbait news title is often used by online news portal. The purpose of clickbait is to attract reader to open and read the news. Furthermore, news containing clickbait title can give negative impact by reducing the essence of important news. Therefore, clickbait detection tool is needed to avoid the clickbait news title. Chrome extension was chosen in this study because it supports all Chrome based browsers, such as Google Chrome, Chromium, Microsoft Edge, and Opera so that many users apply this program. In this study, Chrome extension-based application was designed and integrated by using artificial intelligence model. This application also utilized the availability of pre-trained multilingual BERT model as Natural Language Processing (NLP) which will be used to predict a clickbait news title. This study used Multilingual BERT model as NLP because this model has been trained into 104 languages, including Bahasa Indonesia and it has significant performance. The result of this study can detect clickbait news along with 92% of AUC-ROC value.

Abstract

Vaccines are a form of government responsibility in guaranteeing citizens' rights to health. In its implementation, the government seeks to fulfill the availability of vaccines for at least 208,265,720 residents. This number is the minimum number to be able to achieve herd immunity. To make it easier to show the vaccine achievements of each region, clustering can be done. The K-Means method is a non-hierarchical clustering method that is performed by partitioning data into predefined clusters. The research objects are 35 cities/districts in Central Java. The results of the data processing show that there are 2 optimal clusters, with information that cluster 1 is an area with a high vaccination achievement, while cluster 2 is an area with a low vaccination achievement.

Abstract

Digital signature has an important role in the digital era, where more and more people are joining the paperless life. Many cryptographic researchers support digital development by creating cryptographic schemes that are safe to use, and one of them is digital signature. This paper proposes a digital signature scheme based on an elliptic curve defined over with , where  and   are private keys of prime number elements. This scheme utilizes the advantages of elliptic curve cryptography in terms of security by using points that satisfy the elliptic curve equation. Additionally, the shorter key size increases the speed, making this scheme faster in signature values generation and verification process.This research was conducted to determine the differences between the modified ESIGN scheme based on elliptic curve and the original ESIGN scheme. The process of finding the point on the ring , with a large , resulted in a more complex key generation algorithm. However, the selection of two points in this key generation is precomputed. This means the actual signature value generation algorithm took significantly less time than the original. This is one of the advantages of the proposed scheme.

Abstract

Academic transcripts are a summary of a student's high-value achievement score and must be guaranteed in their authenticity, as well as the source from which they are issued.  It was found that some universities were using technology to falsify transcripts. An example of a university in yogyakarta's special region that falsified academic transcripts. Several diplomas from makassar have been forged so that a civil servant can pass his exam, whereas in banda aceh evidence of equipment for creating fake diplomas has been found. This study seeks to prevent transcripts from being modified or falsified by locking data into student photos using blowfish and least significant bit algorithms. The purpose of this study is to keep transcripts from being  easily  modified or falsified. The methods of this study are data collection (student code data, gpa value, photo), encryption with blowfish, conversion of encryption results into binary form, insertion of binary values into the least significant bit method into photos, capture of encryption values from least significant bit photos, and returning messages encrypted with blowfish. In this study, the results show that this system was able to secure data and enter information into student photos with an accuracy of 100% after testing on 60 transcript value data. We can conclude that the application of blowfish and least significant bit algorithms to secure data and enter data into student photos is extremely effective in transkrip value.

Abstract

Forecasting is an attempt to predict future conditions through testing conditions in the past using previous data. According to the data obtained from Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UMKM Sukoharjo in January 2016 - August 2019, the prices of rice in Sukoharjo Regency experienced instability. Based on this problem, a method is needed to predict the price of rice in Sukoharjo Regency to prevent price volatility and to provide an overview of the price of rice in Sukoharjo Regency in the coming period. The method used in this research is the Exponential Smoothing Winters method. The rice price prediction application is made using the vb.net programming language and the sql server database. in this application produces predictive calculations for rice and in it there are graphs and reports on the results of prediction calculations. This study resulted in an overall MAPE of 3.91% for the price of  premium IR 64  rice,  and  4.24% for the price of  medium IR 64 rice.

Abstract

Along with the times, the exchange of information is becoming faster. People now use chat applications as a form of communication. With this application, users can easily exchange messages, whether in the form of text, images, audio, or video, without being limited by differences in distance and time. The information circulating varies, ranging from unclassified, private, to maybe confidential. Therefore, an encryption-decryption mechanism is needed so that users can exchange information safely through the mobile chat application. This study aims to implement the Rabin cryptosystem, symmetric encryption, and the use of session keys in a secure chat infrastructure for mobile applications. The test results showed that the combination of cryptographic applications and the Secure SDLC can increase security in application development, in this case for mobile secure chat.

Abstract

Lecturer performance assessment is a systematic evaluation of a lecturer's work to determine each lecturer's abilities so that each lecturer can plan future career advancement for each lecturer involved. In addition, the assessment of lecturer performance is able to provide value, evaluate abilities and skills, and improve the work of a lecturer. A system has been developed for implementation of decision support systems. The purpose of this study is to help complete data processing in assessing lecturer performance so that it can help a leader choose the discipline of each lecturer. Data assessment criteria on aspects of lecturer discipline include responsibility, discipline, accuracy, expertise, attendance, personality, and communication. The method used for the lecturer assessment process is AHP (Analytic Hierarchial Process) method. Based on the results of accuracy testing on aspects of lecturer discipline with the confusion matrix testing method, the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method obtained excellent accuracy values. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, an accuracy result of 80% was obtained.

Abstract

Wood is a very decisive main element in the furniture industry or other wood crafts. Furniture was originally an industry of furniture crafts and wood carvings, so that the furniture products produced highlighted the effect of art. To determine whether a wood is suitable or not as a furniture material, systematic and accurate calculations are needed in order to obtain the right decision making. From this problem the researcher implemented the Naïve Bayes method to classify the quality level of wood based on the probability of wood. This makes it easier for table manufacturers to choose wood based on the texture of the wood. The purpose of this study is to implement the Naïve Bayes method to classify the quality level of wood based on the probability of wood. The criteria used in this study include: wood texture, wood quality, wood age, wood diameter. The results of this study are in the form of a recommendation that the type of material was teak wood, the age of the wood was still young, the quality of the wood was good, the diameter of the wood was sufficient and the texture of the wood was smooth, the quality of the wood was suitable for use for raw materials for making tables
